Anna started to shake, she never liked to tell anyone that their loved one was in the hospital. She looked down at the ground, unable to speak. Her lips were trembling. She bit her lips as her tears started coming down, “Jason, he’s -” She couldn’t take it anymore, her eyes created more and more tears as she tried to wipe them away. “A bomb exploded in the Empire state building.” She looked up at Damien, noticing Jax behind him. She felt so weak, she rarely if not ever cries in front of people, except for Millie. She felt slightly embarrassed that she was crying in front of Damien, but she couldn’t control it anymore. She noticed that a cut was on her arm, she covered the cut up but the warm blood covered her hand. Although her heart was racing, her breathing was shaky as she was unable to take in much air. She was in shock, she couldn’t say a word to Damien or anyone. She just stood there, the last thing she wanted was for Damien to cry but at some degree, she knew he was going to at some point.

Damien could feel fear properly running through him as he could see Anna shaking. Whatever it was wasn't good and the fact Anna wasn't able to say anything increased the fear. He tried to calm himself but it wouldn't work. "O..oh" was all Damien was able to say,he could hear a thousand thoughts run through his head but he wasn't able to think about them. He wasn't able to focus on anything and stared at the floor trying to take deep breaths. Damien couldn't register anything happening around him and had to lean against the wall for support. He could barely feel Jax's hand rest on his shoulder. Damien tried to fight back tears and looked up at Anna seeing her crying. He didn't know what to do and even if he did his body stopped him from moving. Damien wanted to go to the hospital but he couldn't gather the words.

Anna started crying even harder, she looked around the house. She tried to take deep breaths, to try and calm her down. “Millie is also in the hospital.” Anna bit her lip while rubbing her arm. “You want to ride with me to the hospital?” Her voice was still shaky, but she didn’t even realize something until now. Quint was there. It wouldn’t be good for Damien if he went and saw Quint but she knew Quint wouldn’t do anything to Damien if she was there. Plus they had something else to focus on, Jason. She looked at Jax then at Damien, not knowing what else to say. “The doctors said that he’ll be out in a week and out on the field but you know Jason. As soon as he wakes up, he will go straight to the office.” Anna looked down again, Jason’s condition wasn’t severe. His airway just got blocked due to too much smoke, a few cuts on his body as well but a minor concussion as well. It could have been a lot worse if he was in the building. Millie was worse though, a few bricks hit her torso, no fractures but a ton of bruises were marked on her skin. Glass shards were on her body, Anna had guessed that they went into surgery to get them out. But none of them were in severe conditions, everything that happened to them can heal over time. In a few weeks, it would be like nothing even happened.

Damien bit his lip,he wanted to comfort Anna or atleast do something but he didn't trust himself to speak let alone move. He furrowed his brow as she said about Millie "Oh god,I'm so sorry" he managed to say. Damien looked at Anna and nodded in reply. He tried to offer a small smile but he could feel himself shaking. Damien was able to laugh slightly at what Anna said about Jason and nodded,that did sound like him. He did calm slightly knowing he would be okay but that still didn't stop him from feeling like he was going to collapse or something. All Damien could think of now was just seeing Jason.

Anna nodded as she took a deep breath, “Ok.” She turned around and got in the car, she started driving but all she could think about was Millie. It was somewhat a long drive to the hospital, she thought of just turning her lights and sirens on but that would be breaking protocol so she sat in traffic for at least half an hour. “New York, am I right?” She turned to look at Damien but her eyes went to the road as they started moving. Once they arrived to the hospital, Anna went up to the front desk and asked for Jason and Millie’s room number. “Um alright, here is Jason’s room number. Quint and AJ might be there but they shouldn’t do anything to you.” She put on a weak smile as she ran over to Millie’s room. She opened the door slowly as she saw Millie’s body in the bed. Tears formed as she started to breath shaky. Millie opened her eyes and saw Anna, she sat down next to the bed. “Hey.” She put her hand on top of Millie’s. She didn’t have an incubator or anything but her voice was raspy. She groaned in pain as she tried to smile. “I’m so glad you're alive Millie.” Anna laid her head next to Millie’s hip as she cried, muffled whimpers and tears were in the bed.

Damien walked over to the car thankful for Jax staying with him and his hand on his shoulder. He got into the car as Jax said "Okay,I'll be going now,text me when you can" he smiled quickly although Damien could see the concern on his face. Damien nodded before Jax walked away. The drive felt too long,it allowed Damien to focus on his thoughts and they were not a pleasant thing to think about. He was distracted briefly from Anna's words and he offered a quick smile "Yeah,it's pretty crazy." It only took a few seconds for his mind to be back on Jason. Their arrival at the hospital came as a relief and Damien just wanted to see Jason,he could still feel himself shaking. He nodded at Anna and walked over to the door,the thought that Quint and AJ would be there made him slightly apprehensive about opening the door but seeing Jason was enough to ignore that. Damien pushed open the door and instantly saw Jason he stepped over to the bed and felt a few tears fall before he pushed them away. He bit his lip as he looked at Jason. Damien avoided doing anything other than that because of Quint and AJ.

AJ looked to see who opened the door, it was Damien. He took a deep breath as he watched Damien sit down. He didn’t say anything but noticed a hickey on Damien’s neck. Shit. AJ instantly knew Jason was the one who did it. AJ has had too many hickeys from Jason, he knew his bite mark. AJ looked down, not saying a word to Damien. Quint came into the room a few minutes later and paused to look at Damien. “Why are you here?” Quint looked pissed, he also noticed a hickey on Damien’s neck. That was enough to set his mind flying through the air. He stared Damien down, “Alright. Enough guys.” AJ stood up and blocked Quint’s view from Damien. AJ took a deep breath and looked at Damien, “When did you and Jason get involved?” AJ crossed his arms, he wasn’t looking to fight Damien, he just wanted to know Jason’s ‘secret boyfriend’.

Damien shifted uncomfortably in his seat,he was surrounded by the two guys that he disliked more than anyone. It was odd he was with the one he liked more than anyone but also with two others he hated. Damien didn't want to make a big thing about it though and tried to calm himself down more. Atleast he wasn't on the verge of tears anymore. He looked up at Quint hearing him speak "Because I am so you'll have to get over it" Damien answered with a glare at him. He watched AJ stand up between him and Quint. Damien didn't particularly want to answer and raised an eyebrow "Why does it matter to you?" He spoke not hiding the dislike in his voice,he was being stubborn on purpose but he didn't know why AJ needed to know.

AJ looked back at Quint with a confusing look, he took a deep breath and looked back at Damien. “Well I think we can both agree that we love Jason. I just feel like I deserve to know.” Quint nodded, he agreed with AJ. Quint went up to Damien and stared him down, not moving at all. AJ was about to say something but Quint said something first, “I can ruin you if I wanted. I have the power to- “ AJ covered Quint’s mouth before he could say anything else. “Quint isn’t threatening you. But really, we want to know. It’s not just you he likes.” Which was a bit true but Jason has lost interest in Quint. AJ on the other hand, there was no way Jason could break up with him.

Millie looked around the room, a few tears came out, knowing Anna was hurt just made her heart tear in half. “Hey, It’s ok. Come here.” Millie patted the bed. Anna’s head lifted up as she got in the bed with her. Millie kissed Anna as she started crying some more. “It’s going to be ok.” Her voice was dry and shaky. “I love you.” Anna kissed her again and laid her head on Millie’s chest.

Damien disliked staying sat in his seat and stood up looking at both of the guys with a glare. Damien didn't want to agree on anything with AJ but he had to admit that it was true. He still didn't want to say and kept quiet for a little longer glancing at Jason. Damien snapped his gaze back at Quint as he spoke and felt a rush of anger run through him,he gave a sarcastic smile at him as AJ covered his mouth. Damien raised his eyes "Well,I liked Jason for a while and I don't know about Jason but he told me a couple days ago" Damien shrugged keeping vague. If he was honest he didn't know how long exactly,they only got together the previous day but it was a while ago that they both obviously liked each other.
