Imani was slightly taken aback by Zeus's statement, but she didn't object at all. Loki would fit the role perfectly.

"No, he is perfect." She said with a smile, "The cubs will need a fun uncle to hang out with."

He smiled, glad she agreed, although she had looked shocked at first. "And you may pick the Godmother, if you wish." He said, adding quickly. "You dont habe to if you want." He gave a little wink, then after hearing her response, nodded and walked off to find Loki, who didnt seem to be in camp at the moment. But he soon found the male by the watering hole, his mane flowing softly in the breeze. "Loki," he said, standing a little ways away. "May I have a word with you?" He asked. Loki got up, and with a worried expression in his face, came iver and bowed before asking. "What did I do your majesty?" Zeus gave a small chuckle, you have done nothing wrong, you've done outstanding actually." He said. Loki looked confused, so Zeus went on. "Imani and I have both agreed, that we trust you deeply, and we would like you to be our vubs godfather." Zrus finished with a smile. "Wh... Really?" He asked, shocked at the news. "Of course I will King, I'll watch iver those cubs as I would my own." Zeus smiled even nore at his words. "It would be an honor." Zeus replied, then dismissed him.

"Okay, I'm going to need some time to think." Imani didn't know who she would pick. She wasn't super close with any of the lionesses in the pride. She dismissed the thought as she waited for Zeus's return with Lokis answer.

Zeus returned, and took a seat beside Imani. "He said yes, of course." He said smiling, leaning down and rubbing his mane over her neck. "Is there anything I need ti get you?" He asked, "Prey, Water, anything?" He wanted to make sure she was satisfied, and happy, he'd never been a father before, and he wanted to make sure both the cuns and their mither were okay.

"Good." Imani said, chuckling as Zeus asked her that question for the fifth time today.

"As I said, I appreciate it but I can get everything myself." She said, giving his nose a lick.

"Okay." He said, "I'll stop asking. But I'll take out a hunting patrol, should be back around noon, or a little after." He said, giving her jose a lick. He needed to be away for a bit, and do simething to keep his mind of things, like Imani. She needed a break for him, as he feared he was bugging her. He nuzzled her neck. "Ill be back." He said, and with a flick of his tail across her nose, he went off to assmble the hunting party.

Imani nodded, "Good luck." She said as he walked away.

Imani looked towards the healers den. The healers apprentice was coming along good, thankfully. Soon enough the old healer would be out. She had been especially wary around him, often avoiding her check ups until he was gone so hid apprentice could check her over. She was careful of the herbs she ate, still remembering the words he had said to Zeus those months ago.

As he neared the lions den, he was suprised to find it empty. It seemed all the lions were out, but he soon found them gathered in the sun rocks. A group of rocks that were nice and warm, and perfect for the lions. He walked up to them, his tail swishing sligjtly. "Who would like to join me on a hunt?" He asked, to his suprised almost everyone wanted to volunteer, he smiled, and picked four liona to go with him. "I heard that there was a herd if dik dik tgis morning, lets see how many we can catch." And after some nods from the others, Zeus and his party left camp on the hunt.

Imani watched as the pride gathered for a hunting patrol. She sighed, laying her head on her paws as she watched them. She couldn't wait until she could join them again.

She turned her head when she heard paw steps and seen the healer approaching her. Imani tensed as she watched him get closer until he stopped at her side.

"Is there anything you need, Your Majesty?" He asked.

Imani tried not to glare at him as she responded, "No, I'm fine thank you." She said, hoping he would take the hint.

The herd Zeus had been told of was at the border, farthest from camp, and as he crossed the hill, one of the few in the Savannah, he could see dust rising father out. There was definitley a herd there. "This way." He said, hus tail flicking towards the dust, "We can at least get two." Then he bounded off towards the herd, closing the difference fast. His patrol running behind him.
