" what are you waiting for...? I ask yawning. I sat up and stretched, hungry and tired still. Being old took it's toll after a while. I haden't had a meal in days as it was harder to hunt alone in my age. " So where are you going to go now? now that the storm is gone..." I said, not wanting him to leave.

"Just seeing if the storm passed yet." He says and his pet rustles in the wind." Currently I think I'll stay.. I have nowhere else to go." He smiles walking up to you and sitting down." How'd you sleep?"

" better then normal... How did you sleep?" I say laying down again still exhasted even though she haden't done anything.

"Could be better... Are you feeling okay?" He licks your neck and frowns." I just want to make sure." He lays by you

" i'm ok... It's just... I'm getting old... i'm ten... I can't hunt anuthing bigger then a rabbit... I get worn out half way through the hunt and i end up not eating... only if i find a kill can i eat. I haven't eaten in a week..." She says licking his nose

"I can hunt for you. I can't guarantee it'll be anything bigger then an elk. Old age is getting us both it seems." He smiles and nuzzles her side his guard coming down as he starts trusting you." I'll go now to find some food. Don't get hurt."

He goes out of the den and instantly sees an elk and crouches, waiting. I jump at the right moment and it goes down easily. I walk back with it in my mouth." I'm back."

" hmm? oh. hi. i see it went well." I say waking up slowly. i sit up and give a nod of approval. " nice work... that's a nice buck. He'll feed us for a few days if we're lucky. So... now what?" i asked

"Thank you.. I'd say eat it.. that's the next step." He pants and lays down, stomach feeling worse by the day." I caught it for you so you should get the first taste of it." He yawns and tries not to fall asleep. He looks outside deciding it's best to watch the den instead of sleep
