"Hmm, yea. I think so." By now, Amika had brought out one of her sharper blades, not one to like cops. "Can I kill him?" Her question was directed towards Addilyn who felt like gutting Zane instead of the cop. "That's a no. Don't put the knife away though. Just in case I feel like killing him later." Ami nodded and said nothing. Addilyn turned to look over at Zane with slight disappointment yet just a sudden tiredness. "So. What's this about?" Zane sighed. Launching into a short explanation of what had happened.

Michael groaned as Jason hauled him up in a fireman carry, "Let's go. He has a little sister there that can patch him up so we can get some answers." Ribs nodded, but Rainbow wondered how he knew that, but shrugged it off. He probably met the cop in prison before they got there.

"Kay," Addilyn said without question and gave Zane a looked that meant to say nothing. He didn't rebel and began heading off again. Ami looked rather confused along with the other two guys. Why didn't Addilyn question that? Was she really that soft now to where she was inclined to listen to Jason even if he wasn't being honest?

Jason, realizing his mistake, added in, "He was a prison guard that liked to talk. His sister came in every once in a while to bring lunch or whatever. I recognized him." He didn't make any further move to defend himself.

Ami didn't question it though she was still confused on why Addilyn was so faithful in Jason. Then again they had been through a lot. So her suspicions melted to the back of her brain. Addilyn meanwhile had a bright pink nose now, the cold weather obviously making her uncomfortable. Then. The first snowflake landed on Addilyn's jacket.

Jason hurried the group along at a faster pace. "Let's go quickly. We don't want to freeze. Ribs doesn't have a jacket or anything, and Aloe may be sensative to the cold. Being out too long could kill her." Jason didn't know if he was exaggerating. But, the only one who would know if he was would be Kaitlyn, and he had a feeling she would be willing to rush. Although, now that he looked at Aloe, the girl was shivering and her nose was pink like Addis. Her lips were also slightly blue. Maybe he wasn't exaggerating.

Kaitlyn saw the signs in her patient. So, being the wonderful doctor she was. She took off her own jacket and peeled the blankets off the girl. Carefully putting it on the child and putting up the hoodie. Followed by zipping up the jacket. Then putting the blankets on the child. The jacket was black and rather large. It was made to withstand much colder temperatures than this. Kaitlyn hurried to keep up with the rest of the group. Her pale arms out in the open now though she didn't look uncomfortable by it.

Jason made sure the group hurried along, and didn't slack even though he was carrying a full grown man. Soon, they reached the house Jason saw in the guys mind, though he didn't say anything.

"This should be it. Someone knock on the door. Preferably someone who doesn't look like they want to murder everyone that gets in their way." Zane looked pointedly at Addilyn and Al. He himself looked a little too innocent and because he didn't like knocking on doors.

Jason shrugged, "I'll knock," he brushed past the people there and went up to the door, knocking as quietly as he could. After a moment, a pretty young girl, maybe around 17, answered the door. She had light, cornsilk blonde hair and milky white eyes. "Hello?" Her voice was uncertain. "Hello. Your brother was injured.. I and a group need to come inside. He said we could stay here for a while.." Jason trailed off, and the girl nodded, understanding, "Okay! Come on in." Jason waved to the group, telling them to come on in, then went inside.
