"Nothing." Imani said, "The leader just went on about how he would love to kill me." She said, trying to ignore what he had said about killing the cubs too.

He thought about it for a second, "Did they say that you were more valuable?" He asked, but already knowing the answer. Clearly they had known that Imani was pregnant, but how? Then it hit him, worse then when he was flung into that wall, the healer. He had been missing from the kidnapping, he had been the inly one besides Imani and Zeus who had kniwn she was expecting. He wanted to tell her, but he eas afraid that she would panic, and he didnt want her to be worried any more. So he walked on, waiting for her respons.e.

"Zuri didn't say anything, and all the rouge leader said was that he wanted to kill me. They didn't say anything else. I think they took me to get back at you." She said as they arrived back at the camp, the others there as well. "Why?" She asked.

"Nothing, nothing." Ge said almost immdiately after she spoke, no use in gettimg her worried. What they needed to do was get back, and go the the healer, even if he eas a traitor. Zeus needed to change the subjrct, and quick. "How are you feeling?" He asked, knowing she was feeling some sort of pain. He really did want to know the answer, as he was worried about her after the kidnapping.

"Not the best. I have a small headache and the stomach ache came back, but other than that, not horrible." She knew he wasn't telling the truth about what he knew, but he would ask him later, after he saw the healer. She led him to the healers den, asking if he could look him over.

"Of course I'll look him over. But you Imani need sime rest." The healer said, as Zeus entered the den. Clearly the healer wanted to talk to him alone. Zeus got nervous, but didnt show it. "Its okay Imani, you should go get some rest." He said, with a smile on his face. He laid down carefully on the ground, his headache returning with a pounding force. It hurt so much he grimaced, and shut his eyes til the pain went away. He sighed, and looked up to the healer, whose face was blurry.

Imani knew they wanted to talk alone. "Okay." She said, taking the bait. She walked out of the den, stopping once she was out of sight of listen. If Zeus wasn't going to tell her, she'd find out herself.

Once Imani was out of his earshot, he looked up to the healer. "Explain yourself." He said, a slight growl escaping his maw. The healer looked down at him, a suddenly he could see him nearly clearly. "I guess you know my little secret." He said, a smile on his face. "I bet you didnt know Ares was my brother, and I wasnt to happy to find out that you took place as King, and then expecting cubs." He smiled again, placing a paw on Zeus's head, causing it to throb like never before. "Stop." He whispered, the pain bow being unbearable. Then he leaned down and whispered in his ear, "Your cubs will die, wheather I am here or not." He pushed ahrder. "And yoou won't tell a soul. Will you?" Zeus stared fowards blankly. He wouldnt be able to tell Imani, in fear of the cubs and her death. "Fine." He said, his voice hoarse. The medic took his paw off his head and said to him. "Mild concussion, and a sprained him. Along with blurred vision. May or may not get worse." He said, he tossed a couple herbs to Zeus, who ate them quickly, and within a few moments, his eyesight regained completely. "Thank you healer." Zeus said with a bow, then the healer replied. "Of course, your majesty." Then Zeus exited the den, his head still in sligjt pain. He thougjt he was hallucinating when he saw Imani. Had she heard the whole thing. "Imani, what are you doing? The healer said to rest."

Imani was dumbfounded at the healers words. When Zeus walked out, she brushed right past him, into the healers den, her face written with anger. "Your banished. Pack your things and leave. Now." The healer looked surprised, "You're Majesty! What did I do?" He asked innocently. Imani growled, "I heard everything. You threatened me and my cubs' lives, which is treason. Leave before I make you."

"Imani?" He said, as she brushed past him, "Imani wait!" But it was too late, she had bamished him, but he wasnt sure if the healer would go. "Imani, he hasnt chosen an apprentice yet, he's outlr only healer. We can't banish him." He said, he knew those words would make Imani angry, but he jnew he was right. The Pride would die out without a healer to tend to wounds. "Without him the Pride will die, once the lions get injured. He has to stay." He flicked his tail towards her rounded stomach, "What if you have complecations with labor?" He questioned. "The cubs and you would die, he is the knly one who knows medical things. He must stay." He said, his eyes widening. He didnt know if she would get the message, but he looked at her with The we'll talk later look.
