I woke up and noticed the boys had gotten closer to one another in the night. Except they still respected my space allowing me room to move. Curse was probably the closest at about 6inches to me while the others had at least a foot still. They were all still asleep so I quietly got up and moved out of the circle. Once I did so I stretched and let out a silent yawn; I shook off the sleepiness. I went on a little hunt and caught a small rabbit, returning to find Curse was the only one awake. I sat down and started to take the fur off the rabbit, fluff flying everywhere. Curse watched me curiously and as I took my first bite i decided to say something

"Why are you staring at me?" I asked

"Just admiring you is all," He said quietly in response, a blush appeared on my face then the Raptor next to him decided to pipe up.

"Can y'all flirt a little quieter, some of us want to take this as a chance to sleep in," he said, he was a male that was all black but with faint hues of purple here and there.

"Sorry shin," Curse said with a quiet chuckle. I continued to eat with a pouting look on my face.

I woke up with excitement in my bones. It just dawned on me that what i need to do to get Rose to like me is to be straight forward, just like Curse. I got up and stretched before heading to get a drink. After a quick drink i raced through the enclosure, trying to find a perfect flower. I had no idea which flower Rose liked best so i decided to grab a normal, white wild flower. Besides the fact it was the only type of flower on the inside of the enclosure, it was also pretty. It was almost as pretty as Rose.... I shook my head, forgetting about everything eles except for the plan. After getting the flower i sat by the gate. I focused very hard on what i was going to say to Rose when she came. I didn't like doing this when i wasnt sure if it was going to work but i knew i had to if i wanted even a small chance. I also wanted to get some food for her but it was impossible when i couldnt go outside. After getting everything ready i put the flower down beside me before relaxing as i waited for Rose.

"I'm going to go check in with my father and get my new gear, I will be right back," I told Curse, trotting off towards the facility.

"Alright, we will still be waiting here," he said then I broke into a sprint. It didn't take long for me to find my father and let him know I was alright. The military-grade headset was put on me and a vest that the others wore too. It had my title on it "Alpha female" but it didn't have the pack name above it since I didn't have a Military Raptor pack. I Ran back outside and only a few of the pack were up and moving again.

"Believe it or not I slept great despite not being in the enclosure where it is technically safe," I said but then Trees cracking interrupted me, and the alarms in the facility went off. Everyone was awake. "Shouldn't we go inside?" I asked a bit panicked

"It would be too," late he said standing up as did the rest. It slowly got closer and then I whispered under my breathe to Curse

"It's a Giga," And we all faced the direction it was coming from. The only large predators that ever came into this section of the forest were the T-rex and the Giganotosaurus. That's when It slowly emerged from the trees, it had its eyes glued on Curse since he was in front. Curse clicked a little, saying we don't want a fight and we won't start one. The Giga just shared glances with every raptor stopping on me. Then turned back to Curse and slowly got closer smelling him, then it turned to get closer to me. I back up a bit but it just stepped forward. Once it was done smelling, it huffed and walked closer to the facility, going around us. Once it was out of sight everyone let go of their breath. There was a loud band at the facility, the sound of something hitting the large gates. The Giga was trying to get in...

I jumped up as the facility's emergency alarm rang. The first thing to enter my mind was, is Rose alright?! Hoping to answer that question i quickly ran to the large den and climbed it. I didnt have to focus to see a huge Giganotosaurus. I only knew what type it was because when we were younger mom instisted that we learn of other types of dinosuars just incase we happened to get lost on the outside of the facility. I then saw Rose and her new pack, thing. I was terrified as i jumped of the den. I quickly went back to the gate and tried to climb out. Of course it was impossible but i tryed anyways. Just then the Giga came over to our enclosure! I jumped back as it hit the glass wall with its tail. I stared at it with horror as it tryed to break the glass. Pixel ran to my side with a smile. "Lets fight this thing!" She clicked with excitment. Apparently the Giga could understand us because that made it angry. It hit the glass one more time before it came crashing down. I quickly pushed Pixel out of the way but the gate ended up hitting my side, knocking me out.

I heard the scream of humans ducking for cover and dodging the Giga. All of a sudden I watched my father and mother run out,

"Whats wrong?" I asked "The Giga got into the enclosure, it killed all of your siblings," My father said drastically paused an immediately panicked

"Why didn't it go after you guys, it came from your direction!" He asked panicked

"We don't know, we just stated we didn't want to fight, he got pretty close to me to smell me. It did the same for Rose, otherwise, it didn't pay us much attention. It only inspected us." Curse explained, both my parents relaxed a bit but were still tense.

"I'm so sorry Rose," My mother said then I realized what my father said a little bit ago. My siblings were dead. Was this how mom felt when her pack died? I asked in my head
"Try not to process it all right now dear, we need to get away first," She explained. I nodded my head and we all looked at Curse, he jumped not expecting everyone to look at him.

"What's the word?" My father asked him

"How about we travel down the training path, there are some game trails that lead off of it and we can go that way." He explained. Before I knew it we were all running my father was on Curse's Right while I was on his left. My mother was more in the center. There were 8 of us. Curse, Eclipse, Nee, my mother, my father, and two other members of the Dark Pack including me were running. The others were allowed to stay behind and try and help but were told not to engage. Otherwise, the Giga would recognize them and see it as us going against what we said. I didn't realize how long we had been running until we started coming to a stop. There was a cave, large enough to fit all of us. "We will stay here for now, for all we know the facility is ruined." Curse explained "We should plan on being wild until they come and find us or come and get us. Meaning we need to take off our vests and leave our headgear here are the den buried or hidden. That way they know where the 'den' is and they can wait for us to return." He explained and everyone agreed. My mother tried to help me get my vest off

"I'm about to just tear this off you," She said annoyed

"I got it," Curse said beginning to help, and my mother gave him a thankful look.

I watched in horror as the gate knocked Amor out. If he wouldnt of knocked me out of the way i wouldve been dead for sure. I could tell he was alive since he was slightly breathing, though he wasnt in good condition. He was bleeding slightly and was bruised. Just then the Giga let out a loud roar. I wanted to bite into its flesh for hurting my brother but i knew that wouldnt help. I quickly managed to get Amor's head onto my back before i slowly trotted out of the enclouser. I found the sent trail of the Dark Pack so i decided to follow it. I managed to make it to a large den where the Dark Pack and my alpha's were staying. "Amor's hurt, but he saved me." I then gently layed him down on the stone floor before racing out again. "He saved my life so intend to save others!"

I raced back into the enclosure. The Giga had moved on to the actual facility now but its destruction could be seen everywhere. I raced about, trying to find my siblings. I heard a weak roar and quickly rushed to the sound. There my mom layed, dying. I tryed to put her head on my back but she let out a weak, "No, get your siblings, im already gone." My eyes filled with tears as she stoped breathing. I wanted to mourn her but another crash of the Giga's tail told me otherwise. I then found Sky, hiding under a rock formation. She was hurt badly but i managed to stablize her and trot back to the large den. On the way there i found a male military raptor. I didnt reconize him but that didnt matter right now. I quickly helped stabilize him before countinuing. It was very hard to help both my sibling and the military raptor but i kept going. Soon i reached the cave again and layed down both the raptors in the corner of the cave.

Curse and the rest of the Dark pack didn't want them to join us. My parents picked up on this quickly and understood why. They were unknown raptors with no hands-on experience. They didn't want to teach them either,

"Yeah, no," Curse said and the others nodded. I wasn't surprised at all

"I have to agree with you, they will most likely be dead-weight," My father said and my mother just nodded

"None of them have been outside the enclosure," my mother piped up. Curse turned to me clearly wanting an opinion

"I could care less, the only logical explanation would be to with test their abilities and only let the ones who can survive join and force the others out. But I can already tell you they will most likely refuse to split up." I said and once again my parents agreed.

"It doesn't hurt to offer," Curse said with a sigh "But that doesn't mean they won't be the lowest rank in the pack, He said with a serious and clear tone. He wasn't going to put up with anything from them.

As i headed back out again i heard the raptors talking and curious i stopped. My eyes filled with tears as i listened to them talk. I couldnt believe they thought of us as dead weight. I let the tears flow as i ran back to the enclosure again. I wanted to fight with Curse but if Amor taught me anything it was that fighting wasnt the best option. When i got back to the enclosure i found dad standing at the gate with Jade, Miracle, and Snowfall. I ran up to him with tears in my eyes. "Mom is dead, but ill go look for the rest of us." Dad looked at me with seriousness in his eyes. "I know, but iv found the strongest of your siblings, and the rest will have to get left behind."

I couldnt believe what came out of his mouth, "W-what?! But-" "No buts," he growled, "Now come, we need to get out of here." Tears fell as i looked at my paniced siblings before we all followed Dad. As we ran i could tell he was slightly limping but he seemed to ignore it. As for my siblings they all seemed fine except maybe some small cuts. When we got to the cave Dad bowed to Curse, "Ive gathered my strongest childern, and i hope to join your pack. Also im sorry for my daughter as you know shes never had things like this happen so shes a bit scared and confused right now." I was shocked at what Dad said as he bowed before Curse, like a king. All my siblings, like me, couldnt believe this, as they stodd beside me and behind dad.

"We will see," Curse said not holding any mercy "if you can keep up with us we will accept but if not then get lost." I stood by his side as my parents were more bystanders. I stood with the pack behind me, as they were also behind Curse. My decision was clear, my parents made theirs clear also but they didn't want to get involved in drama that wasn't theirs.

I nodded as i knew Curse was being very generous even with the high standards he put on us. I understood why he was though, if you want to survive in the wild you have to be tough. I only wished Pixel and the others understood. I then clicked for my childern to follow before sitting down beside Amor and Sky as well as a military raptor. I could tell from just looking at Sky she wasnt going to make it, as for Amor he might if he would wake up and gain strength quickly. The military raptor would probably make it to but i wasnt concerned with him. I then nuzzled Amor, hoping to wake him up. Luckily after a minute or two he awoke, but he was very drowzy. "Hurry, there is not much time, if you want to live i suggest you gain strength and quickly." I wispered in his ear so only he could hear. He nodded as he lifted his head slightly to look around. I noticed he laid his head down as he looked at Rose but i just ignored it as i hoped he would get better and quick. I couldnt bare and loose anyone eles.
