Okey))
Addilyn was back to her house. She had stayed the night at Jason's after the attack. To be honest, she was still scared. The people who'd came after her had threatened not only her but her mother too and even Lewis. They'd wanted money and she'd happily handed it over. That didn't stop them from beating the crap out of her though. For now, Addilyn was stuck in her house, she had alerted her employer about what had happened and for now he decided that she should have another break. This time she would still be paid though. Addilyn was happy for the break, she was sore and aching all over. She enjoyed watching the news on her couch to see what the other heroes were up to. Right now there was a story on something about some dead villains or something. That's when she recognized their faces. Her eyes widened as she took in a sudden deep breath. It was her attackers.

Jason heaved quick breaths from behind a building. The police and news crew had been on the scene quickly. It was his fault though - he hadn't made it a silent death. The police most likely found mangled villains with ash all around them - save for the faces. He wanted Addilyn to be able to identify them. It was almost over too fast, and Jason clenched his fists to resist hitting something. They needed to pay. Death was an easy escape.

Addilyn righted herself on the couch and turned up the tv. Listening intently to the information. They were dead, gruesomely murdered by another villain. It didn't make sense. Why would a villain murder another villain when there was no motive? As a hero herself, Addilyn didn't understand it. That's until there was a witness report of a villain with ice blue eyes and a red cape, who was quickly identified as the villain Addilyn had fought a while back, Recrimination. The image of Recrimination filled her brain as she made a connection. The blue eyes, black hair, same build. Recrimination was Jason. Jason had killed her attackers.

At this point in time, Jason didn't know he had been spotted, but even if he had, it wouldn't have changed his next course of action. One of the guys had a handy ability - being able to stick to any surface. Seeing this as an escape route, Jason had made sure to touch him last. The power flared up in his hands and feet, and Jason scaled the wall and amazing speeds. Once he reached the rooftop, Jason sprinted away.

The cameraman had just managed to capture Jason just as he was speeding away, and then he was gone. Nobody knew what to think, a villain killing another villain wasn't exactly unheard of but it sure as hell didn't happen often. Especially between a well known villain and two smaller, hardly known criminals. Addilyn knew the truth though, she knew exactly why this had happened. She was grateful, because she didn't have to live in fear that the criminals might kill her mother or Lewis, but now she had no idea what to do, or say to Jason. How did you just bring up that someone was a villain? A villain that Addilyn herself had fought against and lost miserably to? How did she say anything?

Jason dropped down into the one safe spot he knew - the cafe he met with Addilyn at that one time. It was secretly a villains hideout, one he visited quite frequently. That's how he had been able to find the guys. Jason - well, Recrimination, actually - was good friends with the head man. So, when he got into the secret underground area and plopped down for a seat, the guy simply shook his head, "R - that was too fucking close, and too fucking reckless, and you know it! What the hell man? You wanna get sent to hell?"
