she smiled and watched him leave the walked to find Jack she wanted to teach him some techniksin battle so when he is and adult dog he will know how to fight for himself

Shadow woke up around midday, the hunting dogs had gotten back earlier. Rabbits and squirrels were on the prey pile. Looking around, he saw Hail teaching Jack to fight and smiled. Walking into the roomy den, he saw the pregnant female and decided to go find some herbs for her.

Hail smiled "good jack, Frost can you teach jack some techniques?" Frost looked up "yeah of course" she said and walked over Hail laid in the sun warming up.

Shadow went into the forest and picked up a couple healing herbs and some for pregnant mothers to take when they give birth. Coming back, he made a place to the side of the main den where he set them all. Misty came up beside him, "I was the secondary healer in the pack, remember? She will be fine." She said smiling looking over at Frost's friend. "And with your mate as well." She winked at him before going to look for more herbs.

Hail roled over on her back and soked up the sun feeling relaxed.

Shadow got up and went out of the den, hearing Misty come back with herbs. Storm came over, "You want to go patrolling?" He asked cheerfully. "Sure." Shadow responded before following Storm towards his old territory.

Hail role off of her back and got up "gunner, zela and night I want you to go on a hunting patrol frost your coming with me on a patrol on our north border" they all nodded and did what they had to do soon Hail and Frost set out

Shadow and Storm went down through the south border and up the west border. They went down by Misty and Ice's old territory, checking their border as well. Coming back, they came upon a meadow where there was a small herd of deer. Flicking his ears, he stalked around as Storm did the same on the oppostie side. Lunging forward, he brought down a doe as Storm went for an older doe. Shadow killed the doe and after looking up, saw Storm dragging his kill to him. Panting happily, the pair started back to camp with their prey.

Hail and frost walked along the border and resented the sent markers so they would stay strong After they did that Both of the females walked back to camp to see if the hunters were back.

Shadow and Storm came into the camp dragging their deer behind them. Setting it onto the prey pile, they both let out a baying howl to let the others know they were back.
