Anya The woman led him along relatively quickly... she loved the little place, and it held a lot of memories for her... important ones. It was a shame to think it all happened and ended so quickly. She would never be young again... never run around and truly enjoy life. She was stuck here, hiding from her family and everyone else... all she had right now was Frigus. She couldn't help but feel a little isolated with it all... and she wondered if Frigus felt the same. This wasn't his home... it wasn't where he belonged. And now, because of her, he might not be able to go back there... and if he did, it meant she'd be left alone. And she didn't know if he'd ever come back if he found his place there. It was selfish... and she knew that, but she just didn't want to be left so completely alone. She left the man once they got to the little cove... he could do whatever he wanted. She wandered around until she found a small box that'd been covered with ivy over the years... god, they must have been the last people here. She carefully moved all the ivy before prying the box open and rummaging around... it was full of old trinkets and the like that they'd have collected while they knew each other. She looked for a couple of minutes before pulling out a tiny little box with tiny blue detailing along the edge. The woman cocked her head and opened it up, only to find that it made a rather sweet little melody. Anya smiled slightly and looked at Frigus... he'd gotten the tiny music box for her when she'd been a bit ill. It was a rather cute memory when she thought about it... it was surprising it still worked. She glanced back at the man before winding it up for about a minute until the song started to play, then trotted over to him and wrapped her arms around his shoulders so that her chest was against his. "Dance with me?" She asked with a childish grin. He seemed to be so out of it... and she did want to get him back in the present. It was just a matter of figuring out how.

Frigus As they arived, his bright blue gaze trailed the area, it was so full of memories. Full of wonder and happiness. this place, although dusty and overgrown, was almost like it was still full of little versions of them. It was almost as if little frigus still lived here, like his child spirit still roamed, keeping this place alive with memories and what joy used to feel like. He walked slowly around the place, running his hands over the table and the engravings in the trees. Shidting his gaze over to Anya, he saw that she had found something. walking over at his own steady pace he saw it was the music box he had once given her a very long time ago. The tune of it was so nolstalgic and he could almost feel what he felt when he had first given it to her. He had been so nervous at the time. Anya had been his only friend but she was also his first crush at that age. He had always felt so attatched to her, on a different level. He never felt feelings for anyone after they had lost connection in life. Now though, in the present it was a much deeper feeling, but he couldnt tell if it was real or just a wolfish desire after being alone for so long and being at the age of starting a pack or if it was a connection through the bite. He was brought quite abrubtly out of his thoughts as he felt her swing her arms around his shoulders, "Dance with me?" Her childish smile brought along a small smile of his own as he wrapped his arms around her gently, feeling a deep fondness grow warm inside, bringing a bit of life back to his eyes, "of course" he said as he began to sway to the music boxes nolstalgic tune, gazing softly into her deep brown honey pooled eyes.

Anya The woman couldn't help her stupid grin when the man wrapped his arms around her in agreement with her little question... she was glad to see a little bit of life come back to those icy blue eyes of his. That was all she'd wanted to see for the last nine or so years... to see him even a little bit happy. And she, of course, was more than happy to just sway with him... to bask in the comfort his gaze brought her, and the safety she felt when she was in his arms. She truly loved everything about this man, and really, she suspected she had since she was a child. She remembered him being so shy about the little box... knowing herself, she'd probably teased him about it, but she also remembered winding it up for ages and falling asleep to the particular tune every night... she'd brought it back when her mother had found it so that she wouldn't have it taken off of her and disposed of. And it was still here... where she'd left it. And, she was admittedly rather surprised about that, in a good way, of course. She let her Honeywood gaze fall into Frigus's own sparkling blue eyes... it was almost impossible to look away from them. They were mesmerizing, almost... he was mesmerizing. So perfect in every detail. And yet, she still forced her gaze away, and let her head rest lightly on his shoulder as they swayed along with the old music... the tune itself seemed to bring back an array of memories. "What are you thinking right now?" She asked out of the blue with a soft sigh. She could answer that question in a heartbeat... or, she wanted to, but she couldn't... it seemed almost daunting to admit to herself quite how fondly she was thinking of him right then.

frigus The mans gaze stayed locked with hers for what seemed like an eternity, a blissful one at that. She was just such a mesmerising person. from her perplexing personality, playfully sarcastic, fun, and the sweetest person youd ever meet. She was like a beam of light among others. Theres something about her that just stands out like a single sunflower among the weeds. She had a beauty that seemed to radiate her same internal energy, bright and fond. He hadnt seen another that would even begin to match her level of beauty, inside and out. He felt he had found the diamond in the rough, the angel among the condemned of the world. He got to spend the majority of his life and grow up with someone so perfect in all of her features and traits. He knew he was lucky but he couldnt grasp just how much. Especially since its such a rare occurance that a royal met a normal from a whole other kingdom and is still here. it was unfathomable. As she rested her head on his shoulder he gently let his cheek rest against the top of her head, gently running his fingers through her hair with one hand. "What are you thinking right now?" He smiled softly at her question and spoke with a gentle tone, "How much I appreciate you and how lucky I am to have met you, and to have found you again." He took a deep breath of comfort and spoke once more, "what are you thinking about?"

Anya The two kind of swayed back and forth for a little while before she heard the boy's replies. It admittedly brought a smile to her face... it was exactly what she was thinking. He'd worded it better than she ever could. "How much I appreciate you and how lucky I am to have met you, and to have found you again." Anya gave a breath of a laugh before running her hand up and down the back of his neck in an almost ticklish manner. "what are you thinking about?" The woman smiled in thought for a moment before leaning back a little to look up at him with bright eyes. "The same thing," she hummed gently before giving him another grin. "And about how perfect you are to me. You've done so much... all I want to do is make you happy. It feels horrible to see you the way you were earlier, Frigus," she told him in a type of whisper... the music had gone off by now, and yet the two of them were still swaying back and forth. She hadn't actually noticed that it'd gone off... she was just a bit too caught up in the moment. She was genuinely happy... in his arms, where she could take in his warmth, his scent... everything about him, it just made her feel... safe, really. She wanted to make him feel that way somehow... she wasn't as big as he was, nor as brave, but she could at least try, even if it was in the smallest way.

Frigus His blue gaze brightened more the darker it became, his eyes glowing with a radiant fondness towards her. In the wolven lands it is said that during a werewolfs life, there is one true being that you can lock onto for life. His species is supposed to mate for life but once that bond is made, you can no longer form a bond as strong with anyone else ever. That there will be one in your lifetime that you will meet and is your soul linked mate. Most lose their soul mates and try to make bonds with others but its never as true as the one before. He wanted to believe that his was Anya. But she wasnt wolven when they met. But what if she didnt have to be? He wasnt sure. "The same thing," He smiled softly as she responded to his question back "And about how perfect you are to me. You've done so much... all I want to do is make you happy. It feels horrible to see you the way you were earlier, Frigus," he exhaled slowly as he looked her in the eyes, resting a hand on her cheek, "It wasnt normal for me to have felt that way. I promise it has nothing to do with you, Something else is messing with me. I dont know what but it didnt feel right. It shouldnt happen again." he offered a gentle smile as he softly kissed her forehead after moving her hair behind her ear with his finger, "Dont blame yourself ok? Ill be ok."

Anya The woman furrowed her brows slightly as the man promised he'd be fine... she believed him, she did, but something about what'd happened was just so... unsettling. Like it wasn't right. And it'd happened so suddenly too. Like he was there and then he just... left. Gone. And she didn't know how to help him, which seemed to be the worst bit of it. "Dont blame yourself ok? Ill be ok." Anya sighed softly and gave a soft nod, gently leaning her cheek into his hand, taking in its warmth before he pulled it away again. "Okay," she whispered and tried another smile. She had to admit, his friendly kiss to the forehead had caught her a little off guard, but it did allow a silly smile to appear on her face. She wondered if she'd have a soul mate like the boy described... she wasn't actually wolven, and she couldn't go over there without putting Frigus at risk. Did humans even have soulmates? The species were full of lies and lust, she didn't think they'd ever manage to be happy with just one person. Anya was no exeption to that. And yet, she couldn't in good consciousness be with a human...not now... not if there was a chance she might hurt them without even realising it. She gave a soft huff at the thought before leaning into the man again, resting her head back in the crook of his neck for a moment or so. "Should we get going?" She asked softly before leaning back and looking around.

Frigus He really did hope it wouldnt happen again. he didnt know if it would or not but he didnt want her to worry or be anxious of it even when he was ok. He really didnt know what it was. was he develouping a mental illness somehow? he didnt know. "Okay," her confirmation of his attempt to reassure her settled his thoughts a bit as he wrapped his arms around her tightly and squeezed, giving her a big hug and holding her there a moment without loostening his grip before letting his arms loosten after a few seconds. "we'll be alright, I promise." he said as this he knew wasnt a lie and was something he could promise. In the end hed make sure they were ok. no matter what could happen. he knew he had it in him that if anything happened to her he could massecure half an army by hand, even if wounded, he knew if he had that will and drive put behind her wellbeing, hed get through anything. Its part of what scared him. the things he could do, the amount of blood he could have on his hands if anything happened to her. she had more power over him than she realized. "Should we get going?" he nodded lightly, blue eyes glowing as they warmly landed upon her gaze, "you tired?" he said as he lightly brushed a strand of hair back oncemore before looking up at the sky then back to her with a little goofy smirk, "I dont know about you but im pretty exhausted. remember? kinda lost a fight with a log today." he chuckled softly.

Anya Anya gave a small nod when he asked if she was tired... she was, but mainly because of the lack of sleep she'd gotten the night before. "I dont know about you but im pretty exhausted. remember? kinda lost a fight with a log today." Anya's eyes widened slightly at this... god, she'd almost forgotten about that. He'd gotten hurt too... he must have been really tired. She gave a type of sheepish smile and shook her head, the lightest chuckle escaping her. "I nearly forgot about that," she told him with a sheepish smile. She looked back up at him after a moment when he brushed her hair back again, meeting his eyes for a second or so. They seemed so bright now... like he was getting brighter every second the dark came down on them. It was almost an effort not to get trapped in him. She'd noticed that there were a couple of slightly more golden flecks in her own eyes that morning, but they seemed to have faded throughout the day. She supposed that was a part of the changes. She had to admit... it would be pretty cool to see her reflection and eyes glowing back at her. "Some rest would do you good then," she told him with a small smile before slipping her arms off his shoulders and turning towards the ivy exit. She could feel the cold now that she was wrapped up in his arms... almost a flicker of regret flashed across her face before she turned back to him, grabbing his hand again with a grin as they waded back through the lake.

Frigus The tall man chuckled lightly at her sheepish grin, "I nearly forgot about that," He had to admit that eventhough his body was sore and his shoulder was in pain, between cooking the food and feeling so off earlier, it kind of all blended into the same thing in his mind and being so close to her had a way of easing his pain. which was another thing that confused him a bit. In the wolven world, yes you have a soulmate but If you find them, even in your dying moments, when theyre close they can ease your pain simply with their presence. of course not all the way depending on the severity but it helps. "Some rest would do you good then," He nodded with a chuckle, "i agree for sure." As they made thier way back he could feel the soreness beginning to set in. He couldnt see how bad it was yet but in the morning hed be able to see what bruising was where and how bad. As they got to camp, he spread the furs in a nice comfy cuishon for them to lay on and had enough for a blanket before he settled himself down carefully, laying on his good shoulder as to not damage his bad one further.
