Ekon had been done for a little while, though not for too long. Everything about tacking up his horse was easy considering the fact that Ekon was very tall. Plus, Ekon's muscle really did add up. After pulling Zaine out of the stables, Ekon mounted up, patiently waiting for Anasuri.

Anasuri joined Ekon outside, and nodded once, "Let's go, then." She headed off with none of the same relaxed aura as their ride yesterday. Now, there was an urgent purpose and reason, and very real danger. They had to go fast, so once the horses had warmed up, she had Melion go, heading towards the site of yesterday's encounter.

Ekon followed on Zaine, though he stayed rather close to Anasuri. She was his charge and even if he did plan on killing her later, he had to protect her right now. Zaine stayed a constant speed, and from the tenseness of the group, knew that he would have to be ready to run if Ekon said so.

Anasuri knew exactly where the people had been located, after thinking about the arrows arc and direction, and how Ekon's knife had flown. Soon, she was slowing Melion down, not wanting to damage the evidence. She looked around, then dropped onto the forest floor, bringing Dava out, "Keep alert... and help me find the blood spot..." Anasuri soon found the bow the archer had dropped, along with an arrow. She carefully picked the two up with a gloved hand. Soon, Dava alerted Anasuri of her finds a few feet away. Anasuri nodded, and set the bow and arrow doen by Melion, then grabbed the materials she needed from her bag. It was a tedious process, so even though Ekon already knew to keep watch, she reinforced that idea, "Please be very alert. This may take a minute."

Dakota was there a second before Dava was, his huge form keeping an even sharper eye than Ekon did. The bear tried to help with the search but everything was quite to compact for the large bear. Instead he hovered around Dava and Anasuri, being a protective bear and watching where Ekon could not. Ekon nodded at Anasuri and within a moment his sword was in hand.

Anasuri knelt down by the blood spot and carefully began extracting it. The blood was already soaked it pretty well, but luckily there was some rocks around that it has pooled on top of. After what seemed to be an eternity, but was really only three minutes, Anasuri finished, "Okay..." She surveyed the area one last time, "We are done."

Ekon nodded though he didn't let his guard down. He was simply was to trained to do that, even for a moment. Dakota didn't seem at ease either, the big bear peering into the dark forest with intense brown eyes.

Dava picked up the bow and arrow, and with Dava standing on her hind legs, was able to be boosted back onto Melion. With a flash, the panda was back in her jewelry, and Anasuri looked worriedly over to Ekon, "Let's hurry back."

Ekon swung up onto Zaine with ease, and within a moment Dakota was back in his jewelry. Though the huge bear didn't actually want to leave, he would much rather stay out and protect Anasuri and Dava. Still, he disappeared while Ekon stayed on guard.

Anasuri nodded once Ekon was set, "Ready?" When the knight confirmed, Anasuri has Melion go slow until the firm and flat trail was beneath his hooves, and the horses could run safely. And run they did.
