I lock eyes with my dad. Then turn and walk out of the room. I rush to Morra and saddle her up. "Come on. We do not need them. I'll come back later" Morra canters away with me on top. Marrying me off? Parents these day. "Faster girl" I have never met who I am getting married too. Why do they do this to me.

She felt tears well up in her eyes and she furiously brushed them away. Nope, not crying. Not gonna embarrass myself out here.* She looked at the local forests, she knew there was a map inside that she often used to mark off her paths. But she honestly didn't have any desire to go back inside and deal with her parents. She huffed and started to walk, shivering in the light breeze.

Oops, shifted to first person, is that okay? - Jackson followed a well beaten path through the forest. Slowly, he eased down on Morra's untill she went at a fast walk. Jackson can hear the hoof beats on the trail, and footsteps?

That's fine, no worries.) She kept her gaze down as she walked along the path, until she finally became aware of the sound of hoof beats. She paused and looked over her shoulder, surprised to see a rider approaching. "Hey there." She nodded respectfully.

Jackson slowed his horse down at the sight of another human. "Are you lost?" He asks. This young woman seemed to be mad at something. What was it. What it was is not Jackson's biseness. Maybe he could make her feel better. Then again, maybe not.

She shook her head with a little chuckle. "No, no it's not that. Just a casual walk, hoping this can clear my head." She glanced up at the stranger and said, *What about you? Just wandering or going for a trip elsewhere?" Honestly she never met many people on the path beforehand.

"just needed so fresh air." Jackson says. The young lady is pretty short. Sitting on the horse made him feel so tall. So Jackson gets of so not the make this newcomer uneasy. Still, he is taller than her. "I'm Jackson. What's your name?"

"Sophia." She replied. "Nice to meet you Jackson." She chuckled as she had to essentially look up at him to meet his gaze. "I didn't know that other people knew about these woods. Kinda a secret around these parts."

"me nether. I just turned left at every intersection." Jackson says. It's true. Jackson tusses his hair and glances at the sun. "I should be heading back soon. I'll see you around?" But he phrased that as a statment. Jackson fit his foot into the sturrip and turned Morra around. He smiled, then rode of, leaving an air of mystery.

She tilted her head curiously, watching the stranger ride off. "I'll see you around!" She called back. What a fascinating stranger. She crossed her arms, glancing over at the sunset before she started to make her way back home, she didn't want to be stuck there at night.
