[Simon sighed, staring at the crowd. It was just full of unfamiliar faces, it could mostly be his fault though for never really socializing but who needs to socialize, people are scary. He continued to stare off a bit longer before turning back to Alessandro, he didn't know how he got into the situation he was in, talking to a random stranger, loud music everywhere, people everywhere, and a ton of drinking, it was all the opposite of anything he liked or liked to do. Simon listened to Alessandro’s comment about Rachel ditching him, he didn’t quite know how to feel or respond, it was fairly normal for Rachel to go hang out with her friends, it was normal for her to have him drive her, she had taken him with her and went to hang out with her friends alone a few times, normally at things like fairs, it was just a Rachel thing to do. “She just wants to spend time with her friends, I don’t mind waiting that much.” Simon knew the last part was a flat lie but it was not that big of a deal, waiting is not that bad. He watched the crowd as he listened to what Alessandro said, “Oh yeah, I'm going to Fortuna.” Simon glanced over to Alessandro as he spoke but turned back to watching the crowd of mostly drunk dancing college students, it was truly a sight, it was slightly nerve wracking but it was also slightly funny.] - (Sorry its a bit short, I did not have alot of ideas)

Alessandro's mind strayed off the what Simon had said, he wasn't sure why someone would just wait around for their partner if they didn't enjoy the context they were in. They probably wouldn't have done that although knew they definitely wouldn't if he was someone's boyfriend. Alessandro shook his head, that really wasn't his buisness to get into it although that fact still didn't stop their mind thinking it was a shitty thing. They did wonder if sometimes they could be too polite, it was how his parents had raised him but his friends had said he could be 'too polite' at time. Alessandro did think there was some truth in it, he did want to just help anyone if he could, but he didn't think that was a bad thing, let alone being a flaw. He looked back at Simon hearing he was speaking again and nodded "Well, I guess that's fair" they gave him a small smile. Alessandro did also wonder if maybe they were asking too personal questions but shook it off, he only wanted to get to know Simon. He raised his eyes hearing his reply "Oh cool, I'm going there aswell, although I don't think I've seen you around" Alessandro spoke studying Simon's face again, he definitely hadn't seen him before. They followed his gaze to the crowd and wondered what he was thinking about. Simon didn't appear to be much of a talker and Alessandro was wondering of what other questions to ask. "Maybe you could try find your girlfriend? I mean she might want you too" They wondered out loud with a small shrug. (No worries! Oh and I wasn't sure if they should go to the same college or not, if not then I can just edit this :)

[After Simon mentioned which college he went to he grew lost in thought about Rachel, she was the love of his life but she always did this, she’d ask him to drive her somewhere, find her friends, then not answer her phone for hours. The one time he brought it up to her she snapped, acting like he just told her to cut off a limb. Simon had only ever met her friends a few times, she had one friend group then a ton of random guys she would catch up with from highschool sometimes, they mostly seemed nice and Rachel would commonly mention how they met, ‘Oh yeah he used to me my tutor’ or ‘yeah he stood up for me and we grew to be friends’, it was always something like that. Rachel only ever answered her phone once when out with her friends, she was out with her friend group and he had accidentally cut his finger while cutting something, he had texted her asking her to come home because he would probably need stitches but she just replied saying he would be home in an hour. It was a painful hour, he had been babysitting for his mom’s friend and could not leave the kids so he just sat with his dog hoping the bleeding would stop while keeping an eye on the kids. Rachel had come back almost two hours later, she watched the kids while he left to get stitches. Simon’s train of thought paused as he nodded in acknowledgement of Alessandro’s comment about going to the same college, “I’ve never seen you around either, most of the time I am not really in a social mood most of the time though, I normally just go to class and go home, I certainly never go to parties.” Simon knew he was definitely unsocial. He only really hung around Rachel and Elliot, his loyal dog who was always happy to see him when he got home. Simon looked to the ground slightly as he began to silently recite everything he had been thinking just moments earlier in his head at Alessandro’s comment to go find her, “I don’t think she'd like that, she doesn't even like me texting her when she is with her friends.” An unsure feeling washed over him, he quickly pushed it down in a silent note she did love him too.] (Honestly, them going to the same college makes sense, also I had no clue what to write, I am a bit brain dead today so I hope you enjoyed the long ass doubt post. Just starting for later on.)

Alessandro looked over at Tyler, he could clearly see him now in amongst the group of his friends, they watched as he turned around and started looking over at the other party goers. They did wonder if he was looking for him but soon realised Tyler was looking at some girls. Alessandro rolled his eyes although chuckled quietly, he didn't doubt that was something Tyler would do, as soon as he saw a pretty girl his concentration was fully on her. It never really annoyed Alessandro although did think it was abit much. Not that they could think that though, as soon as they saw a hot guy his eyes were glued to him aswell. He chuckled to himself as he looked back at Simon and just studied his face, he looked lost in thought and they didn't particularly want to break that. They listened as he spoke and nodded, he didn't think he was very social and Simon just confirmed it. Of course Alessandro was the complete opposite of that but didn't want to annoy Simon. "Oh, yeah, I get that parties can definitely be overwhelming." He spoke with a small smile "You probably wouldn't have seen just me anyway I'm normally with those assholes over there" Alessandro joked with a small chuckle and indicated over to his friends , he knew none of his friends would mind him saying that but did hope Simon wouldn't think he was being rude to them. They tilted their head at what he said about his girlfriend, he had never known anyone to be like that but just shook it off. "Oh? Sorry about that" Alessandro offered a small smile "I could just hang with you for the rest of the night, if you wanted? My friends aren't gonna bother either tonight" he smiled over at Simon, he didn't want to leave him especially when he had just heard about what his girlfriend had done and wasn't sure how long the party would last so thought it could be nice. Obviously Alessandro didn't want Simon to feel like he had to though.

[Simon fiddled with the drawstrings of his hoodie. “Yeah, I am not a fan of parties, too much drinking in most cases and in alot of cases, just too much noise.” He had always had an issue with loud noises, some days he had more ‘endurance’, but others he would just crumble the second it grew too loud. Luckily he was having a fairly good day, it was nothing like a few days ago when he broke down crying in the bathroom on his way to class. It was just an embarrassing memory. Simon looked over to where Alessandro seemed to have suggested his friends were, he watched them and what they were doing for a moment, “You've got quite the friends..” Simon turned to Alessandro, he had not really paid his full attention to them for most of their conversation, probably because of the awkwardness of some random stranger coming up to you. He could not deny the fact he was lonely and he knew he would not be leaving anytime soon so may as well just give into the conversation a bit more. “Your friends seem.. Like an.. Interesting buch-?” Simon gave a nervous laugh as he did not quite know how to explain, “Not bad though!” he quickly corrected. He had not meant what he said in a negative way, the group seemed nice, just interesting in a way he could not describe. “Oh, don’t be sorry, I’m quite used to it by now.” Simon thought for a moment about Alessandro’s offer to hang with him, it was certainly more awkward as he was facing them but he pushed it down, “Yeah..that would be nice.” Simon was hesitant, he didn't want to take up their night. Why would they offer if they did not want to actually hang out, it makes no sense so why be worried about it. “So-” he looked down at his feet, “do you have any hobbies-?” Simon knew he was not much of a small talker but it was worth a try.]

Alessandro nodded again as he listened to Simon's explaination about disliking parties. They could definitely see where he was coming from, parties didn't exactly overwhelm them but he could find them abit annoying when everyone was drunk. Especially when it was his friends who all saw that as a good time, Alessandro was probably the only one of his friends who didn't like drinking. Still they could still find parties fun and did enjoy them sometimes. He shook off the thoughts and looked back at Simon seeing he was looking over at his friends and just followed his gaze. They did wonder what Simon was thinking and chuckled hearing what he said and nodded. Alessandro listened to what Simon was saying and chuckled again, he did have to admit that his friends were interesting. He hadn't known all of them for very long, a few he'd known for more than a year but others were pretty recent to the group, they were all pretty unique personalites but Alessandro found that just made the group alot more interesting. "Yeah, they're insane but they are definitely good guys" he smiled over at his friends before back at Simon. They tilted their head slightly at what he said about him being used to it, he wondered how much that would have to happen to be used to it. He just shook it off, it wasn't really worth going over in his head. Alessandro grinned as Simon accepted their offer "Okay, cool!" He hoped he didn't sound too enthusiastic but was distracted by the question. They thought it through quickly "Well I like reading, listening to music, running and playing guitar" Alessandro spoke listing off the hobbies that came into his head, his favourite probably being the guitar. "What about you?" They smiled at Simon already thinking over what his hobbies could be.

[“They seem nice.” Simon never really had many friends, when he was younger he had a few but as time went on he slowly lost them. Since he met Rachel he had not had not really made any newer friends. The somewhat few friends he has he doesn't really talk to ask much, they do seem to understand so that's nice. The grin Alessandro gave caught him slightly off guard as once more a train of thought broke, they seemed more social, well that also made sense, what unsocial person just goes up to someone to chat at a party, more importantly what unsocial person goes to a party willingly, no kidding they are social. “Those seem like good hobbies!” He gave a small smile, “Uhm.. hmm.” Simon tried to think of some things he likes, “I enjoy writing, drawing, reading, scrapbooking.. I guess, I also did a lot of sewing a while back.” He fiddled with the drawstrings of his hoodie some more. “Do you have any pets?” Simon wondered aloud, “You seem like someone who would have a dog to be honest.” For some odd reason, dog or not, Alessandro seemed like the type of person you would find at the dog park with their dog just chilling, or running around trying to wear the dog out.] - (I am sorry its so short, I have been busy today and almost forgot to reply so I was just trying to get something posted, I will make sure the next post is a nice length!)

Alessandro nodded "Yeah, I would have introduced you to them but as you can see they're abit drunk" he chuckled quietly, he probably could still introduce them to Simon but they wouldn't remember and would probably be very overbearing. The last thing Alessandro wanted to do was make Simon uncomfortable. He just looked over at his friends for a while and raised as he saw they were still drinking, he did wonder if that was good for them, well probably not but still. Alessandro had no idea how they were getting back, they had originally planned to stay around Dylan's house for the night but wasn't sure if he would now. They just shook the thoughts off and looked back at Simon and heard him speak. He smiled in reply and just thought about their hobbies, Alessandro liked a wide range of things but honestly as long as he was doing something they were occupied and not bored. That was something he did get annoyed at, he always needed to do something otherwise got bored, most of the time they just went with their friends to avoid that. Alessandro listened to Simon's hobbies and smiled, "Oh nice!" They did think that Simon's hobbies went pretty well with what Alessandro already knew of Simon. He heard his question and shook his head although chuckled hearing he seemed like someone to own a dog. "I don't own any pets sadly, I wish I could but my parents don't really like them" Alessandro said with a small smile "What about you? Have you got any pets?" He asked with another smile. (Ah okayy, no worries though! I am going away for the weekend where there's no internet so I'll try reply when I get some but if not this is just a heads up that I wont be able to reply until later tommorow)

[“I am not too much of a fan of being around people who are under the influence so thank you for not doing that.” He gave a short and quiet nervous laugh before fiddling with the drawstrings of his hoodie again. Simon looked away for a moment. The moment felt awfully awkward so he just turned back to face Alessandro’s direction. Simon reached for his phone. A sigh escaped his lips as he saw the time it had been a few hours since they first arrived and there was still no sign of her. Most of him just wanted to go home and curl into a ball, maybe cry a bit from how long the party has felt like. Maybe Elliot would choose to lay with him as Rachel gets pissy over him leaving. It didn't matter though, it would be a shitty thing for him to leave her at the party, even if he is miserable, she would not take too much longer hopefully. Simon stared at his phone screen as if a text would just suddenly appear. He looked to the ground as he forced his phone away again. After a second his eyes watered for a second but he just pushed his sleeve over his eyes and took a few breaths before looking back at Alessandro without another thought on the following events. Moments later he listened to what Alessandro had to say, a minor disappointed wave washed over him to know he did not in fact have pets. That wave of disappointment was very short lived as he realized he had the opportunity to talk about Elliot. “Oh yeah I have a golden retriever! He is like my best friend, his name is Elliot!” His voice had a strong tone of enthusiasm as he spoke. “My mother and I got him a few years back from a shelter on my birthday, he was so small and tired yet now he is so big and full of energy it's so fun. He is the best!” Simon’s eyes were fairly big in excitement as he spoke.] - (Alrighty I understand! Also sorry for how weird this post is, I have been out all day and I am quite tired after how late I was up last night x.x)

Alessandro listened to Simon with a nod, he could definitely relate, being with drunk people wasn't always the most fun. He was also suddenly glad he hadn't drank much, sure they'd still had abit of alcohol but it wasn't enough to make them drunk. "Of course! It's not my favourite thing either hence why I'm over here" Alessandro spoke with a smile and glanced at Simon, he did wonder if he was liking or atleast content with the interaction. They knew they could be a little overbearing at times and didn't want to make Simon uncomfortable. He looked at him noticing he had got his phone out again and tilted his head slightly. They couldn't help but wonder what Simon was thinking and they did just want to help in whatever way he could. He did feel a slight bit of resentment towards Simon's girlfriend although quickly shook that away, he did prefer to just think the best of people and overlook their bad qualities. That was probably one of the reasons why Alessandro hated to argue, they would do anything just to avoid an argument and he had no idea how people could just argue all the time. He shook his head quickly to free the thoughts and pushed some hair from his eyes before looking back at Simon. Again they tilted their head seeing Simon wipe his eyes and did wonder if he should ask anything but just pushed the thoughts away, it really wasn't their place to get involved anyway. Alessandro looked at Simon in interest hearing him speak in an enthusiastic tone, of course that just made him alot more enthusiastic aswell. "Oh that's awesome! He sounds really cool!" Alessandro grinned, he did like listening to Simon talk about his dog. "Have you got any pictures?" They asked with another smile. (Aghh- No worries though!)
