Sky turned around as he heard the girl speak. "Yeah, you can walk with me." He replied as walked one step closer to the girl. "No, I think I'll be fine, but thank you for offering." He said as he watched her start to walk. He waited for her to be beside him then started walking. "So, what's your name?" He asked seeing as if she knew his but he didn't know hers. He glanced over at her before checking her out. She looked very fit, he was kind of jealous. He smiled before looking back at her face but only for a moment. He then turned his attention in front of him. They made it to the stairs and he opened the door for her and let her walk through before returning beside her.

Enika grinned and dipped her head, walking beside him stride in stride. She moved with ease, though the loud squeaking of the plastic water bottles soon got on her nerve and even made her teeth hurt just listening to it. "Enika," She responded to his question," I guess we're neighbors for the year." The girl stepped through the door he opened and thanked him, then headed towards the elevators. Out of the corner of her eye, she caught him studying her, and she grinned in response before bumping her hip into the panel to call the elevator since her hands were full. "Never seen you before, but it's a large campus. You a freshman?" She questioned curiously.

He walked with her to the elevators and stood there patiently. Enika... Skylar had never heard that name before, it was quite unique but also quite lovely he thought. He watched Enika as she pressed the button with her hip, his eyes then jolted to her face when she asked him a question "Yeah, I am, what about you." He answered keeping the conversation going. He then stared at the elevators as they opened, he let her go in first before getting in himself. He then gave them some distance for comfort. He leaned himself against the wall as the elevator started to go up. He then bites his lip out of anxiety, elevators made Sky quite nervous but he was also very anxious because of Enika. Sky has just a little bit of social anxiety.

As Enika stepped on board, she bumped the correct level and put the case of water down for a moment as she stretched her arms out, a bit sore from the workout. Pain is just weakness leaving the body, She reminded herself quietly. The young lady then looked up the Skylar and offered another smile. "Sophomore. Well, techincally. I uh, when I was in highschool I started taking college classes, y'know, to save money. So while this is my second year here, I'm actually more towards a Junior. But I'm trying for my masters so i'm here for awhile." She laughed a bit, glancing towards the side of the elevator which acted like a window, looking across the whole town. Now that it was dark, the city was lit up and sparkled like trillions of lights on the sidewalks. It was calming, but almost made her homesick. She loved this town, everything about it... but it was't her home. Shaking her head to ignore the rising feeling, she turned back to Skylar and noticed a bit of his anxious expression. "Are you alright? Afraid of heights?" She whispered gently.

(Sorry its a lil short) His eyes focused on Enika before returning to his feet. "yea, I just get nervous in elevators but it also doesn't help because of my social anxiety." He spoke up because he thought it would have been rude to not answer her. He looked back up at her and began playing with his hands but gave her a warm little smile. His eyes then focused outside the window. He gazed among the town. It was so beautiful he thought. All of the beautiful city lights mesmerized him.

"Hopefully I don't make you nervous," She laughed gently," I myself hate elevators. But when you're carrying a case of water, it makes it easier. Would be a good leg workout though, wouldn't it." The girl smiled, then perked up as the elevator doors dinged open on the appropriate floor. Enika crouched down and swung the case of water over his shoulders with ease then strode out of the elevator with a brisk sigh, walking down the hallway, eyes set ahead. Now that it was dark, she began to feel a bit tired, surprisingly earlier than usual. "I think I'm going to head to be," The woman acknowledged," But if you need anything, just knock on my door. I'll be out early getting coffee tomorrow so you're free to join me if you can get up that early."

(Im so sorry I forgot to respond!!) Skylar didn't respond to her, instead, he just kept looking down. His head then perked up as he heard the elevator doors open. He let her go first before trailing behind. They got to their dorms and just before Sky had walked in he heard the girl speak again. He stopped in his tracks and then looked over at her, acknowledging what she had said with a nod. He gave her a quick smile before walking fully into his dorm and then closing the door. He knew he would be up early in the morning tomorrow so he probably wouldn't be going out to get coffee with her. But he wanted to, so he hoped he would wake up early. He took off his shirt and hopped in bed. He got comfy under the covers before slowly drifting off to sleep.

(You're good! I'm being extremely slow >.> My apologies) Enika sighed as she closed the door behind her and plopped the bottles of water down on the floor, tearing the packaging open and putting some of the waters in the mini fridge to chill. She then rose back to her feet and began to wash her face and change into PJs before she plopped into bed. As she did, her phone buzzed and of course, she tried to see who it was, though she froze and couldn't answer the text message. It made her homesick to think about it, so she rolled over and went to bed. (Sorry it's short but do you wanna do a time skip? If so I'll just add it here)
