Anwaraidd bared his teeth, putting his face near theirs. He could see now that this was a female, but that didn't change a thing in his mind. He could see that she was terrified; good, let her be afraid. "That's no excuse," he snarled, leaning more of his weight down on her. "You caught prey on my land, and you're going to pay for it.

Anwaraidd growled loudly. "I don't care what your name is," he snarled. "As far as I'm concerned, you're nothing more than a thief, and I despise thieves." Anwaraidd felt Crystal trying to wriggle free, and he thought it might be fun to let her run for a bit. He eased up on the pressure, and once she had slipped away, he stepped leisurely out of the cave and stretched. She was out of sight, but the trail she had left was blindingly obvious for a seasoned hunter like him.

Anwaraidd gave her a minute or two head start, then began following the trail at a brisk pace. Even without a scent trail, he would have been able to follow her; the trail she left could be followed by a one-eyed pup. It wasn't long before her scent grew stronger.

Anwaraidd spotted Crystal near a stream and gave a savage grin. He attacked quickly, leaving no time for a reaction from her. With a growl, he jumped out of hidingand tackled her, rolling so that he was on top, one paw on her throat, holding her down. "Next time make the hunt a bit more of a challenge," he said, his voice dangerously soft. He stared down at her for a moment. "I could kill you right now," he said. "I could toss your body in this stream and let it carry you away, never to bother anyone again. Anwaraidd paused to let his words sink in, then added, "Or you could come back to the camp with me. You hunted my pack's prey; you owe us a debt, and I'll give you a chance to pay it off." Anwaraidd dug his claws in slightly. "The choice is yours," he growled. "Die here and now, or come with me."

Crystal was getting a drink. She thought she was safe. He couldn't have followed her, could he? But out of nowhere the bigger wolf attacking her.

She rolled over and struggling to get away until he had placed a paw directly on her throat. She started gasping for air as the pressure on her throat increased. She heard his word. The fact that he said 'I could kill you now' started making her shake with fear.

She didn't want to speak, not at all. She was letting his words sink in before she answered. What type of work? She thought to herself. Her tail went immediately between her legs and her ears flattened. "What kind.. of.. work?" She said in between gasps. "I can't.... breathe..." she added.

She decided she wasn't gonna try to fight against him. He knew the land better, he was faster and stronger. He also now showed that he would kill just about anyone.. would he even kill his mate if he had one? That was something that made her question the big wolf.
"What... kind... of.... work?" She asked in between breaths once again. She was tempted just to do the work even if it was hard. Or did she want him to kill her? She thought again. She was deep in thought while going over her choices. Was there a chance she would be able to sneak away when everyone was asleep or would this wolf make her stay in his den so she couldn't? He definitely seemed like wolf that would make her stay near him to stop from leaving.

She started to shiver and shake with fear. Also she was getting hungry and thirsty once again. "O-Ok... I'll.... g-go... w-with.... y-you." She said in between breaths. At this point she was trying to out his paw off her throat so she could breathe.
By this point she took both her front paws and was able to at least push his paw somewhat off her throat so she could at least start breathing again. Now she started taking deep breaths and long breaths to fill her lungs l, heart, and blood with the oxygen her body screamed she needed. She was able to get from underneath him but she just sat there. She didn't try running again. "Which direction?" She asked him.

Her ears were flattened along with her tail between her legs and her shaking and shivering could show how scared she was. "How much debt?" She asked.

Anwaraidd growled and leaned slightly more of his weight down on Crystal, waiting to hear her answer. He would happily kill her; in fact, he might prefer to kill her. Bringing her back to camp meant less room and another mouth to feed, even if they didn't feed her much. Still, it would be fun to keep her around for a little while... When she agreed to his offer, Anwaraidd took a step back and gave a curt nod. "Excellent choice," he said.

Anwaraidd turned and began walking back toward the camp, not bothering to see if she was following. "If you try to run, I will catch you," he said. "And there will be severe consequences." Anwaraidd grinned humorlessly. "From now on until I say you can go, you will take my pack's position as Omega," he said. "You will serve me and my pack's every desire, no matter how unpleasant the task, and failure to do so will result in painful punishment." Anwaraidd laid extra emphasis on the word painful, letting Crystal know that he meant what he said.

He walked on in silence, and soon, they arrived at the camp. The pack camp was an orderly place, everything neat, clean, and running efficiently. Each and every wolf knew their duties and knew to do them well, or else face Anwaraidd's wrath. "Welcome to your new home," he growled quietly. Then he tipped his head back and howled, and wolves quickly gathered. Many of them looked curious, but they all knew better than to voice their curiosity. "We will be having a guest for a little while," Anwaraidd said. "She was caught stealing prey, and she's going to pay off her debt here. Caesa, it looks like you get a break from being Omega for a little while." Caesa, a smallish brown male, looked incredibly relieved as he dipped his head in thanks. "This wolf will serve our pack well until I release her," he said. "And if she doesn't..." Anwaraidd turned his threatening gaze on Crystal. "Then she will not live very long."

Crystal was about to run until she heard what would happen if she ran. She gulped, her tail went between her tail. She whined. She looked at the ground as she followed him. She knew she had to listen to this pack if she wanted to stay alive.

She watched as he lead her into a park and howled, she saw many wolves coming to where they were. She felt many eyes on her and she gulped once again. She sat down as he explained what was happening and why she was there.

"I want to go home..." She muttered to herself. Even though she really didn't have a home. She licked her wounds that he had given her. "I don't want these to get infected." She thought to herself. "How long do I have to stay here?" She whispered to him. She wanted to go home.

She looked around at everyone. She gulped feeling their eyes trained on her. She didn't technically steal pray since she chased the deer here from far from the deer herd, but she knew not to correct him or she would like die.

Anwaraidd glanced down at Crystal with an impatient look. "I told you you'd stay until I decide when to let you go, if I don't choose to kill you when I'm finished having you as a servant," he said. "You'd best behave yourself; you don't want to get on my bad side." Anwaraidd looked back at his wolves. "Dismissed!" he barked. The gathered wolves hastily jumped up and scattered, returning to their tasks.

Anwaraidd turned to Crystal and said, "Take a good look around. This will be your new home; you will not be permitted to leave the camp. Don't bother trying to get friendly with my pack to make things easier, because all these wolves are wholly loyal to me, and they know what happens if they displease me. If you're not already sure, then you will be soon. Come with me!" Anwaraid barked that last statement and stalked off toward one of the dens.

"This is where you will sleep," he said, gesturing toward the small, empty, untidy den. It had clearly not been used in a long time and was in severe disrepair. "There's water in the stream, which is just over there near the edge of the camp, and if you want food, you'll just have to hope the others leave you some each morning. You will not be allowed to hunt for yourself unless I give you permission."

Crystal whined quietly. She followed him. She had her head low, she regretted everything. She didn't say anything. She walked inside the den. Honestly she didn't care how it looked, she laid down. She laid her paws over her face. She didn't look him in the eyes.

She sighed. Her tail didn't wag, her ears flattened against her head. She wanted to go home. She was gonna be have. She knew she probably was gonna get skinny from not eating a lot. "I'm hungry." She whispered. She tried to say it quiet enough where he wouldn't hear her. She always wanted pups but her being trapped here will stop her from meeting a wolf to be her mate and have pups. She really was trapped here. She looked up and waited for him to leave.

She stood up and walked to the back of the den and laid down. She continued to lay down and curled into a ball and closed her eyes. Her tail went in between her legs.

Crystal was asleep when she heard him talking and and felt him nudging her. She stood up. She didn't look him in the eye she left the den. She looked at the ground and pawed. Her ears remained flattened against her head. "What type of work though?" She asked once again. She hasn't been talking much. She was scared of him a little.

She smelt prey, she wanted to go grab some but knew if she did she'd likely die. He wouldn't hesitate to kill her. She knew she'd have to listen to everyone. She licked her lips as her stomach growled. She knew she wouldn't be able to eat until the next day. And that her portion will be very small. She sighed as she started to explore the camp. She was making sure not to step a paw out of the camp or she might get attacked. She felt many eyes on her.

She looke over and saw the entire pack staring at her as if they didn't like her. She looked back at the ground.

She wished she could just run off and hide. But the alpha was stronger, faster, and would kill her if she tried. There goes her chance of getting a mate. She thought to herself.

Crystal followed him. Her tail had been between her tail the entire time she has been with this wolf. She was very lonely even though she was in thsi pick. She looked at the alpha. He was quite handsome but since he had threatened her, she pushed that thought out of her mind.

"I won't try escaping. I want to live." She said. She watched him lead her around the camp. She spent the rest of the day learning everything about the pack. The rules, how they ran things. Now that it was later in the day. She looked up at the sky as it got closer to midnight. She weakly walked towards her broken down den and collapsed, passing out into a deep sleep immediately.
