Amara~

Amara watched her brother for a moment before she looked back at Aleks. "While I might have not ridden in an english saddle before now, James did quite a bit when he first got his gelding, and he taught me how to tack up Lightning since he knew I was looking to get my own horse for dressage, and with my gelding wanting to jump more, I need to get him trained with that" she said. She looked at Thunder who flicked his ears listening once again before Amara tilted her head. She looked back at Aleks before she spoke. "Does pulling back on the reins often mean to do a dressage move with the training" she asked. If it did, she would need to find another way to get Thunder to trot or canter.

Amara seemed hesitant for a moment before she climbed back into the saddle, the stallion lifting his head to listen for directions. She hoped she could get trained with dressage quick enough to enter competitions by the end of the summer. She loved competing, and with Angel loving the western circut, Beau loving jumping and Liberty classes, Thunder would be perfect for Amara to have horses in all sorts of competitions.

James~

James stopped Lightning on the far end of the arena after he had taken a few jumped. He watched Amara and sighed seeing that she seemed nervous hopping back onto the stallion. *Just relax* he thought, hoping she would. It would take time for the two to bond, and he worried she might get hurt in the mean time. From the corner of his eye, he saw someone else approaching, though didnt look right away.

After a moment, James heard the female speak. She introduced herself, and James gave a small sigh. He wasnt one for small talk, though he looked over at her. *Ah, the one Amara and I saw leaving the arena earlier* he thought before he spoke. "I'm James. My sister is Amara" he said motioning over to Amara sitting on Thunder. He saw she looked a bit calmer now that she was just sitting, and he wondered if she was waiting for instructions. "This is my gelding, Lightning." He wasnt sure if he should mention the other two that belonged to Amara since they were her horses, and not his. James felt Lightning stomp his foot before he gave a gentle tug on the reins. "I know. We will jump more later" he told his gelding.

Amara~

Amara looked at Aleks and nodded. She had Thunder move to a walk around a somewhat large circle for Aleks to watch, and to see what she could have Thunder do. This time to pick up to a trot, Amara didnt tighten her reins. She gave a small bit of pressure, which the stallion flicked his ears to before he moved to a bit of a stretched out trot that Amara wasnt used to. After a moment of that, Amara pressed him to a steady canter that was much smoother for her. She gave a nod to herself before she had the stallion turn around. He was a smooth ride Amara could admit.

After a moment of the canter, Amara stopped Thunder and faced Aleks. "I dont really know much about any dressage moves to be honest. I've just always liked the way the humans and horses worked together, and wanted to see what I could do." While she didnt like to admit she didnt know much on the subject, she was going to stay honest with her trainer. Before Amara could say anything else, she spotted a familiar figure outside the arena wondering about. A look of shock was on her face as she watched her gelding, Beau, wondering about. A nicker escaped the gelding as he trotted over like he didnt do anything wrong. "This cant be happening" she mumbled as she face palmed herself.

James~

James listened to Yara as she mentioned her horse in the pasture. He gave a small shrug when she mentioned a trail ride. Sure, it would be nice, but he would need to change Lightning's tack. He hated using his english saddle out on trails, and he wasnt sure why. He just always did. "I would have to change his tack" he said, motioning to Lightning. He looked over hearing a nicker and shook his head seeing Beau.

James looked back at Yara. "Sorry, that's one of my sister's horses. He is a troublemaker, and an escape artist" he said. "Doesnt matter what kind of lock we have on the stall, he usually somehow finds a way to get out, weather it's jumping, or just opening the lock" he said, sounding amost annoyed that this was happening. He spotted a lower railing in the arena and gave a sharp whistle, causing Beau to jerk his head over towards James. Spotting the same area that James did, Beau started trotting over before picking up to a canter and leaping over the fence. "And that is why Amara want's him for jumping." He shook his head as the arabian gelding trotted on over like nothing was wrong.
