Killian needed food. Especially after the whole blood ritual thing. He was tired and needed soup. This meant he had to go to the grocery store and interact with people. It was annoying as hell but he had no choice. He should probably start ordering his food but he was much to worried that his address might get leaked and a rival gang might fight him. Poor guy should've been thinking about that as he entered the grocery store. It didn't take long to get the stuff he needed, just his weekly stock of food and desserts. Killian then headed over to the check out lines and waited. The bagger guy was baby faced and had light blonde hair. Killian barely noticed him, much to lost in thought as he pushed back his ginger hair. That's when a loud bang went off from an unknown source and hit the ground directly next to Ian. Getting a loud, "damnit I just wanted some fucking food give me a break." From Killian. Poor guy just wanted some food.

Rhys didn't bat an eye when a tough looking guy got into his line. Being a simple grocery checkout person he saw all different types of people. He could tell the guy didn't really want to engage in small-talk, so he quickly bagged up the food and was about to ring him up when the gunshot went off. Rhys immediately froze - it was aimed at the guy in front of him! He did not feel like dying today. Although Rhys was terrified, he somehow managed to put the bag of food in the guys hand forcefully amidst the total chaos that took control of all people. Funny of you to assume that it was a gun. Don't put down my skills like that XD))
The tile next to Killian's foot was shattered. Some of it had decided to impale itself into his legs which was not cool, especially after already using his blood for the earlier cursing ritual. Blood trickled down his legs, earning an annoyed sigh from him. His intense eyes rounded on the bagger guy that was telling him to leave. For a moment, he wanted to be spiteful and not leave, just to annoy the little guy. Fortunately for the guy, Killian wasn't in the mood to deal with the other gang right then. He was much to tired and magically drained. Ian stood no chance against these other guys in magical combat, which is really what every fight came down to. So he listened to the guy's advice, looking at the little name tag that most employees wore here. He smirked before simply saying. "Thanks Rhys, appreciate it." He lifted up his bag of food and ran off.

eeee sorry! i didn't know x-x
Rhys assumed the gang wouldn't leave right away, and ducked down under the checkout desk soon after tithe other dude left. He wasn't trying to become a target. Customers ran around in a panic, and Rhys puffed a sigh. The store would have to fill out a lot of paperwork. Hopefully the cameras hadn't caught him giving the guy the bag of food for free.

Ian was almost home free, sneaking around and running as fast as he could towards the store. He was just about to enter when he got blasted off his feet and thrown into a wall. It was not a fun experience and he definitely didn't recommend it to anyone. Of course he couldn't get a break today huh? His first step was to create a powerful electric surge in the wires of the cameras. It would fry both the cameras and the connected computers, no one would know Killian was here. This was a gang matter and it would stay that way. He jumped out of the way just as a sort of explosive energy ball landed in the spot he'd just been standing. Ian rolled onto his feet and stretched out his senses for the person with that incredibly strong power. It was a hard skill, one that sapped his energy but was worth it in the end. His electric blue eyes found the other man's a moment after sensing his electrical field. He smiled at the stunned man, "got ya." Just like that, Killian caused a light above the man to shatter, distracting him long enough for Killian to get out of the store. He wasn't too badly hurt, his back ached where he'd hit the wall but that was an easy fix. Now he just had to get home without passing out. He was just so tired and that wasn't a problem he could fix without sleeping.

Once it seemed semi-safe, the store sent all of the workers home. Rhys was glad - hopefully he could just binge some bad show and fall asleep. Oh! And he could make some mac and cheese. With a firm plan laid out, Rhys set out to his apartment with a quick step.
sorry for short - should they meet up or no?

Hmm. Well either Rhys could find him passed out in the parking lot or just continue on.
It really wasn't a good idea to even try and drive like this but Killian had no other ride. Granted, that was probably something he should have planned before he went over to the grocery store. Killian has no one to take him home anyways so driving by himself was normal.

Oki Maybe they first really meet when killian ducks into a random apartment to escape someone? For now let's move on, I think?
Rhys soon reached his apartment, and turned the lock with a sense of finality. He was safe, and let out an breath he hadn't know he had been holding. It took Rhys a moment to fully process what just happened, but now it all came rushing back. How had he acted so calm? And just handed the dude the bag? What Just Happened?
