Rainbow went off to go work out some more, and probably care for the his pet rats, though he denied it every time Jason asked about it, so it was just Ribs and Jason going to the cafeteria.

Once they arrived, Ribs went to get food, and Jason claimed a table. The news was going on, and Jason watched it with a detached interest.

Until.

Until her.

Addi.

Just as fierce and stunning as he remembered. Beautiful. But Jason was horrified to see her. It was good to know she was alive, but if her picture was here, that meant she was doing crimes. That alone wouldn't worry him, but the fact that she had been caught doing crimes. They would hunt her. Like they hunted him.

So, although it took some stress off his heart, a weight ten times heavier fell onto it.

The news reporters stated that she was wanted and with several other delinquents. It also said that she had killed several and seemed to be in complete hiding. Any information on her whereabouts and you could get $4,500. The raise in money meant they were getting desperate. "After her boyfriend was arrested she has seemed to become more dangerous. If you do happen to spot her stay away and call 911."

Addilyn slowed down as Amira fell to the floor and cried. The others comforted her as Addilyn stayed out for watch. Emotions weren't ever her thing. She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned to face Brax. "You're bleeding Addilyn. I grabbed my bag from the roof and I have bandages I can do them if you want but you probably don't want me to." Addilyn nodded gratefully and took the bandages from him. She would do it herself. She didn't need him.

Ribs sat down beside him, and patted his shoulder with a large, meaty hand. "You seem like you stepped on one of Rainbows rats. Happy, but scared." "Ribs. That's her. My girlfriend." Ribs looked at the tv and his eyebrows shot uo to his nonexistent hairline. He whistled, "Dang, Jason!" Jason punched Rubs's shoulder. "She is in trouble. I wish I could go to her." His eyes were whistful. "But it will never happen. She thinks I'm dead. In two months I'm going to court to be trialed, and when they find me guilty of all the crimes I've done, I'll be sentenced to life in prison." This was only jail. Jail was temporary. Prison was either for a long time, or forever. Ribs shook his head, "Jason! Two months? Seriously? I.. I didn't realize you had already been here for a while. Guess it seemed... I don't know... I just can't imagine you not being here." Jason shrugged, "I've come to terms with it. My life doesn't mean anything anymore, and I'm stuck in this hellhole for life. At least I don't have to pay rent."

As Addilyn patched up her wound another gunshot sounded and Brax screamed. Addi turned and he was crouched down holding his arm. "Brax!" Addilyn yelled as another round went off. This wasn't the cops, this was another gang. Which meant the cops would be here soon enough. Amira screamed and shook with sobs. "Shut up all of you and run!" Addilyn screamed and forced everyone up and began to run. Bullets ran through the air, one dangerously close to Addi's head. More pictures, that's what was going to happen. This gang wouldn't allow Addilyn to leave without showing how weak she was. So instead, Addilyn took out her bow and shot arrows at moving targets on the buildings. These pictures would probably go on tv, she didn't care. Arrows, more and more. She was good. She could push through. He others would have trouble. They were out of the territory now. The pictures would be up soon. The gang would want money, they would be getting it.

Panic surged through him. Addi couldn't be caught. He started to shake, and Ribs noticed right away. Ribs grabbed Jason's arm roughly, and brought him to his cell. He then pushed Jason into his room, and closed the door. He barricaded it, so he couldn't get out, then left.

Jason smashed the mirror, kicked walls, overturned his bed. He destroyed the whole cell. This wasn't the first time. He had anger issues now, and anyone in his way would be dead. Whenever the door opened, it was Rainbow. Jason was sat on the destroyed bed, head in his hands. Rainbow sat down beside him, and just patted his knee. They didn't say anything. After a moment, Ribs came in. He sat on the other side of Jason, and the three just sat there. Silent.

Addilyn fixed up Brax's arm in the back of an alley. The others crying over their loss. Yes, Addilyn was sad, but she was the leader, showing emotions was not an option. They needed supplies and new clothes. The only person who hadn't gotten in the photos was Al and he should be fine going by himself. As Addilyn pulled out the bullet from Brax's arm he winced and started to cry. They were all young, but Addilyn was the most mature, she had been through more than any of them. "Calma Brax, calma." Addilyn spoke in a soothing tone as she cleaned the wound with a water bottle. Wrapping the wound in a clean white bandage. Brax gave a nod of gratitude as he pulled down his sleeve to cover the wound. Addilyn pulled up her shirt to reveal the half bandaged wound. It was deeper than expected but she would be fine. Cleaning her own wound then bandaging it up. After a moment, she looked towards the sky, the sound of a helicopter zooming by awakening the others. "We need to get moving and get new disguises. For now, we should go to Earl. He'll have somewhere we could rest." The others nodded and pulled their hoods up. Addilyn keeping her head down as they walked though the back alleys to get to Earl's place. Earl was a man of the streets and would help. He was fond of young Addilyn though she told him many times she was taken and he was to old for her anyways. He had taken that as an insult and then acted as if she wasn't there and she had to go through Al in order to tell him anything. Earl and her were on good terms again though it was a matter of time before he got childish again.

He didn't know how long they sat there together. But Jason was prison thing. "Was she caught?" Rainbow didn't know what he was talking about, but Ribs thumped his back, "She is fine, for now." Jason nodded. "Bathrooms. Now." The bathrooms were the only place without security cameras.

Once all three were in the guys restroom, Ribs leaned against a wall, While Rainbow reached into the trash can and pulled out a rat. "What?" They asked, when Jason and Ribs looked at them funny. "I trust y'all."

"Look. I was ready to give up. But I can't. It's not who I am." Jason spoke in a serious tone, and Rainbow and Ribs listened intently. "I am going to try to escape." Rainbow made a silent whooping noise, and Ribs punched Jason's arm. "We have been waiting for you to say that! Rainbow and I are going to jail too, and we aren't going down without a fight!"

Addilyn forced her group to keep going, her an Al leading them all. Al had been the only one to not cry, other than Addilyn of course. The others were young, they would understand soon enough that this wasn't the worst that could happen. "Almost there, everyone stay low. If you die we leave you behind. Understand?" Everyone mumbled their agreement, they would go with what Addilyn said. As they neared the entrance to Earl's building, everyone shut up as others looked their way. People murmured things like, "just kids," or "how much money are they worth again?" They wouldn't actually mess with Addilyn or her gang. Despite the fact that they were "just kids," Addilyn was a good ally to have and was a very, very bad enemy.Entering the building silently, Addilyn started up the stairs, her gang right behind her. Once they made it to Earl's floor they stopped, a guard was there. "We are here to see Earl, let us pass. Now." Addilyn pulled her hood back to fully reveal her face and the guard rolled his eyes and opened the door. The gang filed in, Earl's jolly voice filling the room. "Addilyn! What a not surprise! It's wonderful to see you, I assumed you would be coming here soon enough. We already have a room for all you. Supplies and clothes, get over there all of you. This place is well defended, your stay will be one of luxury. We welcome you." Addilyn smiled softly, it was quick and purposeful, it was meant as a thank you. Addilyn nodded then disappeared with the rest of her gang. Earl smiling all the while.

"So, you guys really into escaping with me?" "Duh, Jason." "Then act perfect, and be really upset about the crimes you committed. Like, cry and crap." This confused Ribs, but Rainbow got it. "Ah. Community service." Jason nodded, "Yeah. If we can get on a service of picking up trash or something, we could escape." Ribs pondered this for a moment. "Or, instead of acting like whimps, you could go in and say you know information about your girl. Say the prize you want is you and your buds to be able to go outside. They'll say they can't do that, and you'll say that we could do the trash picking up instead." Rainbow nodded, liking this plan more. "But I can't give away anything about her. I can't." Rainbow smirked, "Then lie."

Once they got into the room the gang sat down and made a plan. It went something along the lines of this:

"Okay everyone, I know we suffered a very hard loss and Iris will never be forgotten but we have another situation at hand. We are currently down on all members of the gang, from what I have gathered, the others were taken prisoners. Most likely going to jail, their trials will be up soon enough. They won't tell on us, that's for sure. So the cops are after us and information about us, so for now we have to lie low and probably get out of the city. Any ideas?" Addilyn's voice was tainted with a soft sadness, yet was commanding as ever. Brax began to speak, "well for now we should lay low. Earl will get all the supplies we need, including disguises. On the next new moon we should get the hell out of this city." Everyone nodded in agreement, except Al. "Where would we go after that? We are wanted all over the country, except Zane of course. I think we should lay low until all of this is over then turn ourselves in." Without warning Addilyn slapped him, her eyes hard and savage looking. "Don't you ever say that in or out of my hearing. If you want to be a coward then you can leave." Addilyn's words were sharp and angry. The whole room silent as Al tried to figure out how to respond.
