Adina sighed. "They aren't listening to reason. I don't think there's anything we can do."

Ajax groaned, running his hand threw his hair again. "What can we do, what can we do?" He muttered to himself. Echo went to stand next to Adina. "She's right, Jax. We don't have a choice in this."

Adina sat down on the roof, straightening out the dress she was still wearing. "None of us want it. But I don't think there's a way to fight it. Maybe we'll still be able to use Tristan's plan..."

Echo shook her head, leaning against the railing behind her. "I doubt it. The Heads will be watching us closely from now on."

Adina furrowed her brow.
"I'm surprised Tristan's not here. I feel like he wouldn't be so resigned to his fate," she whispered, mostly to herself.

Echo opened her eyes and looked at the angel. "I guess he just wants to be alone." Ajax sighed. "I get that."

Adina stood. "Im going to look for him," she said softly, spreading her wings, and going down to her window.

Echo nodded and straightened. "Our time has to be up. Ajax and I'll go down to the main room. Meet us there." She sighed as she watched the angel fly, then spread her own wings. "C'mon, Jax. We gotta go." She said. Ajax just groaned and spread his wings, and the two jumped from the building and flew to the bottom, through a window leading into the main room.
