Relief clouded Killian's expression, though he'd been pretty sure Rhys hadn't gone up there, he had to be sure. It wasn't like the blood ritual circle was the first thing you noticed when going up, but once the blood began glowing and the room began to shake with energy, it was quite alarming. At least, Killian was pretty sure it would be alarming, after all, it sort of looked like a murder scene (though it was all just Killian's blood) and the energy in the attic was chaotic in an.. unhealthy way. If you didn't have blood magick, you probably didn't want to be up there for long. "Oh that's a relief, yea I'd rather you not do that. It might be a little to much for you Flower Boy." Killian genuinely wasn't joking, though he did smirk at the nickname for the mystery man in front of him. "And thank you for the tea, I've been living off power drinks and beer for the past week so this is definitely different. Probably a bit needed if anything." Killian stared down at his cup, memories flashing through his head of a time when drinking tea was more common than anything. His mother's watchful gaze reading what she could from his drink. Nothing good ever came out of her powers. Nothing. "So you've been adjusting well huh? Cleaning up the place and all?" Killian snapped back to attention, quick to get out of his memories.

Rhys went from concerned to downright alarmed, and ignored Ian's question, "Dude, you sound like you seriously have some stuff," Rhys wasn't one to cuss, "going on right now. That is not health. You have to take care of your body. I'm washing some fruit and you are going to eat it." Rhys tone held no room for arguments, and his normally soft posture and face crackled with energy. He began getting some easy snacks ready in the kitchen, with a furrow in between his brows, "Ian," He finally sighed out, "I'll be the first to admit I have no clue what you are going through, and how bad things really are," Rhys said honestly, "But you need to take some breathers if you can, and keep yourself healthy. You can't fight or do well if you are too sick to move."

Killian released a huff, rolling his eyes without a smile. Flower Boy was making a big deal out of nothing. He was perfectly fine, still in pretty good shape, and took naps whenever he could, though a full eight hours of sleep was impossible to come by with the way things were. Regardless, he was pretty healthy, and he didn't need Flower Boy worrying about him or breathing down his neck about staying healthy. He had Avery for that. "You really don't need to do this, besides, fruit is gross, unless it's blueberries, those are the only good fruit." Ian was genuinely not kidding, much like a child, he didn't like fruits or veggies, they were gross. Burgers and fries were much better than any peaches or kiwis that Flower Boy was about to feed him. "And I am obviously well enough to move, otherwise I'd be home, in my bed. Actually that's a lie, I'd probably still be here." Ian shrugged, eyeing Flower Boy as he continued to make healthy snacks. Bleh. Ian though he might barf.

"You are like my little cousins," Rhys said dryly, rolling his eyes, "There are blueberries, and my cousins always liked their strawberries with whipped cream or sugar. And banana's go well with peanut butter." Rhys knew how to get children to eat their fruits and vegetables, and it seemed like Ian was no different. He walked out of the kitchen with a wry grin and a platter in his hands, and set it down on the table, "Eat," he said sternly, voice offering no room for argument, "You are going to crash and burn, and it will be painful. Better to prevent that from happening."

A childish glare settled on Killian's face as Flower Boy compared him to his cousins. Truthfully, he wasn't sure if that was a good or bad thing, as he didn't know anything about these cousins. Regardless, it seemed like Flower Boy had been using it in a bad way, and Ian was pretty sure he was supposed to be upset at him for it. "I'm not a child, and I'm not one of your cousins either. Maybe you're right about whipped cream and strawberries being great but that's not going to change anything. I'm not eating them Flower Boy." Killian glared fiercely, he would absolutely not eat any fruit or veggies that this man gave him. At first, he just glared at the fruits, then he just ignored them, his eyes looking anywhere but at Flower Boy and the fruits. Slowly, very, very slowly, he began to look at them again. They couldn't all be that bad, then again, of course they were, it was fruit! Killian was having an inner conflict, figuring out if eating these things were really gonna help him in any way, shape, or form.

Rhys sat down across from Ian, eyebrow raised in an uncharacteristically exasperated expression. He noticed Ian glancing at the fruit, but being too proud to actually eat it, which only reaffirmed his point about Ian acting like a child. The similarities between Ian and his cousins were slowly growing. Rhys let out a low sigh, "Well..." He drew out the word, "If you are going to be stubborn, then I suppose I have no choice than to eat the strawberries with cream, the blueberries, and banana with peanut butter. Very sad. You are missing out, but I guess that means more for me." Slowly, Rhys reaches for a strawberry, making eye contact with Ian the whole time.

When tired, Killian did often become much more childish than normal. It wasn't like he actually liked fruit in the first place, as normally he would eat it, but with all the exhaustion eating away at him, he acted different than usual. Though, it was necessarily a bad thing, as otherwise he'd probably go back to being rude, cocky, and sarcastic when in Flower Boy's presence. Ian had been successfully avoiding the fruit when Flower Boy announced that he'd be the one to eat the blueberries and the sugary strawberries. It was definitely not fair, and although Killian knew he was being immature, he pulled the plate towards himself and glared harshly at Flowr Boy. "No way dude, you made these for me, not yourself. Get your own fruit." Ian finished it off by sticking his tongue out at Flower Boy and popping a few blueberries into his mouth. A triumphant smile on his face.

Rhys feigned sadness, but didn't press the matter. He figured looking triumphant would only make Ian defensive and not eat the fruit, "Alright," he agreed easily, running a hand through his hair and grabbing his own cup of tea. Rhys watched Ian over the time as he ate the fruit, but didn't mention it. Hopefully, the tea would also soothe Ian enough that he could get some sleep. He certainly looked like he needed it.

Before long, Killian had devoured most of the fruit. He had been rather hungry, and the fruit had seemed to hit the spot better than any snack bar could. Which was basically what he'd been eating for the past week. Avery had tried, and failed, to get Ian to eat anything else, and they had begun to worry about his overall health, claiming that he should visit a doctor or something. As if, Ian hadn't seen a doctor in years, he definitely wouldn't start now. The doctor meant he was weak. Ian was not weak. As he drank the tea, and ate the sugary fruit, his eyelids began to grow heavy. He released a soft sigh, running a hand through his finger hair with ease. "That was honestly needed, thank you Flower Boy." Ian gave Flower Boy a half-hearted smile, though it was hard to maintain due to his utter exhaustion and need of a good long nap.

"Want to move onto the couch?" Rhys suggested, trying not to sound like he was coddling Ian. That seemed like the best way for Ian to stop accepting help, or force himself to keep on going. That wasn't healthy. "You can take a small nap." Rhys hoped Ian's "nap" would last a few hours. He needed it.
