I said alright, swimming sounds like it would be the better thing to start training in. Thank you for helping me train to be a great alpha. I stood up and I was ready to go swimming. I knew I would listen to her and do whatever she says. I was calm as I was ready and I knew that I would do my very best.

I went to the pond and I listened to her as I knew that I would show her everything that I knew. I got into the pond and began to swim around as I was showing what I learned. Suddenly I went under the water and swim around before going up for air. I said that is what I learned.

Okay well you need to correct your kicking and paddling to not go on the side of you but underneath you so you could hold your head up better and then you also need to kick and paddle at the same time and then when you go underneath the water hold your breath for longer than 30 seconds and then I will start helping you a little bit more with holding your breath

I listened to her and said thank you for telling me that. I was wondering why we had to swim like weird creatures. I will start trying it. I went to start doing what she told me that needed to be corrected and I was doing it and I started kicking and paddling at the same time. I felt happy to finally be learning how to do things the correct way. I was not sure if she was watching this or not but I was smiling a little bit. I went back to her and ask how was that?

Your swimming has improved when you were swimming before I taught you you were only swimming 5 miles per hour and now since I corrected you you swam 10 mph so yes that was a lot better but you still need to keep practicing to build up your muscles so then you will be able to keep up with me when I am swimming because when I swim I can swim up to 45 miles per hour because of my training now will you show me if you can hold your breath for 30 seconds underwater and kick and swim exactly like how I showed you

I listened to her and said okay, l will remember that. I went under the water and began to swim as I was feeling calm. I was swimming like she showed. I was under the water for 3 minutes before coming up for air. I ask was that 30 seconds? I had no idea how long I was under water for. I was by her as I was waiting to see if I need to improve anything for my swimming underwater or no. I was not sure if I wanted to return to my pack anytime soon. I was finally learning anything that we would train our pups wrong with swimming. I look at her as I was unsure if I did something wrong or if I did it right.

That was amazing for your second time you were underneath the water for 3 minutes instead of 30 seconds that was amazing that was a lot that was a lot better than what I was for my second time I only lasted 40 seconds and then that was it you are improving very fastly I'm very proud of you just remember I'm going to take you to go to different training now but you got to keep practicing with this training and every other training that I teach you I'm only going to teach you three two different trainings now so then you only have to work on three different types of training until you have mastered it and then I will teach you more after that okay let's come and let's go do the next training she walks off toward the mountain we walking very slowly so he can keep up she goes to the very bottom of the mountain and she sits there and waits for him to come over and as soon as he comes over she says all right so this is what I had to do to be able to muscle up my legs to be able to run and swim as fast as I can so you must have a log on your back and you have to climb up the mountain without falling and without dropping the log and you have to do this five different times you have to come you have to go up five times and you have to come down five times and then that's all the training that you have to do for that day that my father taught me and then when you are done with that training I need you to run around the mountain until you get tired and then that's all the training that you have to worry about for now just remember you must run as fast as you can around the mountain and you must not drop the log or fall down off the mountain when you are climbing up or down and once you have improved more I will advance your training even more

I listened to her and I look nervous as I look down the mountain that seem very bigger than usual. I ask is the log going to strap to my back ? I was confused on how to get the log up here but I knew that I could do it. I just needed to be confident in myself but I had no idea how the log would be able to stay on my back as my parents used to make me wear a strap to carry longs up and down mountains. I was ready to do this as I was not sure where I was going to be starting. I ask am I starting at the top of the mountain or the bottom of the mountain first? I am not really sure where to start. I was waiting for her to tell me where I was going to be starting as I was feeling calm as I knew that she would be able to help me if something went wrong or at least that I hoped. I look at her and said thank you again for helping me train better . I was thankful and I was hoping that I could do it correct.

Yes it is going to be strapped onto your back but like I said you have to climb down the mountain go around the mountain and then climb back up and then do it again five more times this will probably take you the rest of the day so don't worry if I'm not here I'm just back at the den and I'll be waiting for you and yes you are starting at the top going down and you there is no reason to be worried cuz if something bad happens just howl and I will come and help you
