That fountain in the swamp will de-age any familiar you have following you. The wolves won't drink it so they make a companion drink it, and it ages them down. Which you have to have premium to have a companion.

Aspen had been too tired last night to pay attention to what the prince was wearing. However, he did take in his appearance this time. Wet hair, tense smile... very very tight shirt. The short shown every muscle on the prince's body. He looked away quickly, pretending to be overly fascinated by the decorations on the wall.

"Okay, thank you," He said as the prince turned away, rubbing the side of his neck a little in awkwardness.

Once the prince had gone, Aspen closed the door and made the bed. He made sure to leave the room in perfect condition. Everything in the castle was in perfect condition like no one ever lived here. He was a bit conflicted on the clothes. On one hand, he didn't want to borrow anymore of the prince's clothes but on the other side he knew not dressing well could draw press into their business a bit more.

So soon he was putting on the smallest sized suit that he could find in the bureau. It was just a plain grey suit and once it was on, it didn't fit as large as the sweatpants and hoodie did. It must have been a very old suit, back when the prince was little. He found a tie for it.

He found himself cursing and fussing with the tie. He didn't know how to tie a real tie, the only tie he had ever worn had been to prom and his boyfriend at the time tied it for him. Giving a dramatic sigh, he clutched the tie in his hands and opened the door. Both the princes were waiting on him. Figures, they could probably tie a tie in two seconds flat.

"How in the cow's hay does this tie work?" His voice shown his frustration as he approached Prince Avery. Normally he didn't carry a country accent, unlike Cassandra his had faded with time. However, it did reappear whenever he was angry or frustrated or both. In this case, the accent was very heavy and noticeable.

Avery had finally agreed to go to Robbie's favorite high end breakfast restaurant, even though he would've rather gone elsewhere. The two moved on from that conversation, and started discussing the new suit fittings their mother had informed them would be taking place that day.

Robbie said he wanted to get a suit in the most offensive colour he could find, chartruese, or maybe puce. Either way, he was also getting another one in the same fabric the one he was wearing was made of. It accented his looks perfectly.
Avery only paid a bit of attention as his brother rambled on about suits, wondering how long it would take Aspen to put on a suit. Avery and his brother were used to changing into the many pieces of a suit, so it only took them a few minutes.
Just as these thoughts finished circulating around in his mind, the door swung open, and the man walked out, pulling on the tie. Avery hesitated, not sure what to do, until the guy explained that he couldn't get the tie to work.

Next to him, Robbie cracked up at the country side of the guy, and pretended to wipe a tear from his eye. Avery elbowed him, and took a step closer.
"Here, let me help," he said softly.
He reached out, feeling like he was much to close, and adjusted the tie for a moment, letting the silky fabric slide between his fingers. Once he had it where he wanted it, he easily made the knot in only a few seconds, laying it straight.
"There." He admired his handiwork for a moment. It was one of the better ties he'd done.
Avery brushed off his suit, and turned.

"We can take the Range Rover," he said, hurrying out.

A few minutes later, they were all in the car, heading down the road to the restaurant.

Aspen frowned at the sound of the younger prince laughing. He wasn't sure exactly what was funny about this. The god-forbidden tie needed to stop being a pain and get tied already. He didn't know how any man could tie a tie like this so quickly. All it wanted to do was slip off of his neck or come undone.

"Here, let me help."

Prince Avery on the other hand, was much kinder. He appreciated how the prince hadn't even laughed at him and his foolishness once. He had given him plenty of opportunities to between getting stuck on the gravel road and now.

Aspen's breath caught in his throat at how close the prince was to him. Time seemed to stand still for a moment as the prince successfully tied the tie well. He was able to breathe again when the other man had completed the job and had to step back. The painter cleared his throat awkwardly and gave his thanks before following them to the range rover.

While they were in the Range Rover, he busied himself with looking out the window and taking in the scenery. He felt awkward and out of place compared to the princes. He wasn't even close to having the same social status and skills as them. He couldn't even tie a damn tie.

Avery had been worried about an awkward silence in the car, but with Robbie, he shouldn't have even bothered. His brother was still preoccupied with picking suit colours, and was busy asking Avery his opinions.
Even so, he was glad when the car pulled up to the restaraunt. He and Robbie knew the drill, checking their hair, brushing off their suits, taking deep breaths, and practicing fake smiles.
The moment that the two boys stepped out of the car, cameras flashed, lights shone, and two princes smiled brightly. They let the press get their pictures, and to Avery's relief, didn't take any pictures of Aspen, or ask any questions. It would have been weird to explain.

They hurried inside, and a few people gasped, but the restaurant was pretty high end, and had famous people and royalty in all the time. Avery nodded politely to some of his father's nobles, and found a table in a far corner.

He picked the chair in the back, so his front was facing the people in the fancy dining room. He knew Robbie would've wanted to sit there, but Robbie still had a hard time keeping quiet when he needed to be, and had a hard time controling his face.
Avery let a neutral smile grace his features, and picked up a menu, surveying the many options. He didn't want anything terribly sweet or heavy, and when the waiter arrived, ordered a small fresh fruit platter with yogurt. His brother ordered a hefty breakfast platter, with pancakes, bacon, hashbrowns, and more.

The waiter nodded, and, after writing a few things down, turned to Aspen.
"And you, sir?"

Aspen's gaze turned to the princes when they arrived to a restaurant. When he looked at them, they were messing with each other's suits and hair. They also kept smiling and unsmiling. He was a bit confused to what they were doing until they got out of the Range Rover and he was blinded by flashing cameras.

They were royalty. Spotted in public. Of course there would be pictures and lots of them. He, for one, didn't want to be apart of the media craze over the two of them. Although, the media's main focus was the prince's he made sure to stand behind Prince Avery, who was a little bit taller than him just in case. However, his ability to appear invisible seemed to outstretch his hometown. People didn't even give him a first glance, much less a second.

Aspen followed Prince Avery and purposefully sat across from him after Prince Robert had been seated. He didn't want to face the crowd or give the media a chance to get a picture of his face . He was starting to realize that he rather enjoyed being a low-class citizen and staying out of the light.

"And you, sir?"

He was pulled out of his thoughts, hearing the server address him. He frowned a little, hiding his slight panic. He didn't even bother to look at the menu because he had been so distracted. His eyes landed on the first thing he saw and ordered it: blueberry pancakes with a bowl of fresh fruit. He normally didn't bother eating breakfast so eating light was probably best anyway.

"Is it always like this?" He asked Prince Avery once the waiter had gone,"Keeping your expressions neutral and hiding any sign of emotional from others? People crowding just to take pictures of you but never actually wanting to get to know you?"

Avery looked up from the drinks menu, slightly surprised and a little confused.
"Of course. We can't show them how we really feel. To them, we aren't real people. We have to be a picture perfect family."
Avery considered his words for a moment, trying to decide whether they should make him feel bad, but he just...didn't. It was how it had always been, and always would be, and he couldn't change it.
"We never go out unless we're dressed perfectly, and we can't do anything that might leave us in an awkward position. There's other rules we follow too. Robbie and I can't go shirtless unless it's a scheduled picture event where it's been specified."

He shrugged, and took a sip of his water, scanning the crowd. It was a smaller group of people, and he knew most of them. The ones he didn't know personally, he easily recognized as higher ranking people from the country.
They only had to wait a few minutes before the food arrived. Avery tipped the server overly generously, and picked up a raspberry.
"I guess it's weird for someone who's never had to worry about those things. And for us, it's weird to think you could just go out, and nobody would notice or care."
He finished his water, and refilled it from a small pitcher. Robbie was already digging into his meal, and Avery sighed, following suit, but in a much more dignified manner.

Aspen truly never realized how tough going out in public would be for the princes. He had never taken the time to consider how much effort it took to appear a certain way or the rules that would be included in that. They were famous, they had to maintain a high status. He just never given it a deeper thought of what that might be entitled to.

He was still thinking of what to say when the waiter came back with their food. He thanked them at the same time that the prince tipped them. Not that his thank you would mean much, he would be lucky if the waiter even noticed his existence.

"I guess it's weird for someone who's never had to worry about those things. And for us, it's weird to think you could just go out, and nobody would notice or care."

Aspen gave a nod, taking a bite of his fresh fruit. He really wasn't that hungry but didn't want to seem impolite to the princes, especially not Prince Avery,"Well I might get a few clients ask me to do a quick job but besides that I have a special talent of being invisible."

He had never been nowhere close to famous or even popular. He also never had to worry about what might happen if he ever. did. He was starting to realize that the princes lives weren't all that simply afterall. Suddenly an idea came to him. He might not be able to make the princes unrecognizable in a crowd but he might be able to give them the tiniest sense of freedom he got to experience every day.

He pulled out his carpenter pencil, he always carried one with him and he had made sure to put it in the front pocket of the suit. He just had a feeling that he would be needing it today. He took his unused napkin and wrote something on it before sliding the napkin toward the prince.

"If you need a break from this," This was meaning his life as a prince,"And if you trust me enough to leave your body guard behind, I would like to show you a place where you might feel a sense of the freedom that I get to have everyday."

There was coordinates written on the napkin. He learned how to describe addresses in coordinates from his mother. She never told him why he needed to learn them but she would always say 'just in case you need to know'. Very few people knew how to track coordinates in this day and age but he was sure Prince Avery could figure it out,"Just let me know when you would like to go."

Avery stared at the napkin for a second, letting his thoughts rush for a second, and then carefully organizing them, and biting his lip. He knew what he had to say, but also knew it would bring the awkward silence back again, and while he didn't mind silence, that was bad silence.
He carefully folded the napkin, and slipped in into his breast pocket.
"I appreciate your offer, and the sentiment behind it, but I'm forbidden from leaving my bodyguard behind. Lorenz always has to accompany me, and Oren follows Robbie. There's no way I can get around that rule."
Robbie, who'd already tucked away half his meal, had stopped, and glanced sadly at his brother.
"It's true," the younger lad said. "On our fifth birthdays, that's one of the things we get. A bodyguard, and something else, usually something big, to distract us. We got promised a gold watch for our 15th birthdays." He held out his wrist, and Avery did the same, displaying the watches that sat neatly on their wrists.
Avery let the quietness of their table meld with the soft chatter at the other tables, taking a slow, deep breath. He glanced out the window, where rain was beginning to fall again, sliding down the panes in cold rivulets.
He sighed, and cleared his throat.

"I...guess we should go. Dad wants to talk with Robbie and I about going to the Island."

Without thinking, Aspen stretched out his hand toward Prince Avery's wrist and touched the watch. He briefly ran his hand against the handiwork of the watch. It was expensive, yes, but not expensive enough to hide the disappoint and sadness both princes felt about it. He could feel it in the air, even if Prince Avery's expression remained the same as always.

He used to envy the princes and their perfect lives. Now he was starting to see the flaws in them. A bodyguard wasn't a birthday present, neither was a watch that was probably traditional to give to every son. He wouldn't be surprised to see the watch on the King's wrist or even the King before the current king. He frowned a little, removing his hand from the watch to collect his own thoughts.

"Keep the napkin. Just in case," He whispered to Prince Avery. He started to sound like his mother when she taught him about the cordinate system in the first place. He wasn't for sure what 'just in case' might entell and he might never know. He just said it to say something to distract from the sadness and silence that filled their table.

"I...guess we should go. Dad wants to talk with Robbie and I about going to the Island."

Aspen gave a nod and stood up to push in his chair. He left half the stack of pancakes untouched but finished his fruit. He just wasn't as hungry as Prince Robert had been.

As for him, he was still thinking of what to tell the king for his early morning presence at the castle-or even worse of the king caught wind that he had stayed in the guest room all night. Of course there was always worse. Of course thinking of this would include if Prince Avery hadn't already told his father. And if he had, Aspen just hoped the prince didn't tell the truth and make him seem like a fool.

Avery once again prepared himself for the flash of cameras that were bound to be there, and slipped into the car. His brother followed him, and once they were all settled, off they went, back to the palace.
Avery was almost falling asleep, but kept himself awake enough to look the part. Sometimes he closed his eyes for slightly longer then necessary, but not enough that it was obvious. He held back a yawn, and leaned against the side of the car.
Soon, they were pulling back up to the palace, and once Robbie had left the car, Avery leaned closer to Aspen.
"You can keep the suit. And don't worry about staying here, I'll come up with a cover story."

With that, he followed his brother out into the mid-morning sunshine, letting it dance across his pale features. Robbie was waiting for him at the doors, and the two headed into the twisting hallways of the palace to find their father.
He was in his study, in the East Wing of the palace, and they plopped into the chairs on the opposite side of the desk. Their father chatted with them for a bit, gave them some details on the trip, and sent them off to again offer the Island palace job to Aspen.
They honestly weren't positive where he was, but decided to check the South Wing, since that's where he'd been working earlier, and maybe he'd be more comfortable there. Or perhaps he was in his room. The boys decided to start with the South Wing, so off they went.
