"Until you heal I'll hunt the food." Kelly said as she grabbed healing herbs and placed them on his injured. "Should we find a new place to call territory? Far from here?" She asked. She laid beside him.

Sky flinched when she had placed the herbs on his injury. "That might be the best idea, that male did threaten to kill any...future cubs"

"Get some sleep." Kelly said while laying by him and fell asleep. She was good at fighting. She was tired. She was happy her mate didn't get killed.

"Alright...wake me if anything happens" Sky laid his head down and quickly fell asleep.

Kelly was laying towards the entrance so they'd have to go over to get to him. She was laying really close to him.

Sky slept through the rest of the day. When he woke up the next morning he shoulder felt stiff. He yawned and slowly sat up.

Kelly was awake. "You need to rest." She had hunted some prey already. She laid a piece of the meat to him.

"So, that's a Rain check on the walk then?" Sky said as he laid back down and started to eat the piece of meat.

"Just rest Sky. I want you to heal." Kelly nuzzles him. She didn't want him to get into a fight with anymore males.

"Alright, alright" He licked his paws "I hope healing doesn't take too long" Sky laid in his side
