It took Ian a moment to say anything, the last time he'd been here was... well there wasn't very good memories tied to the place, that was for sure. "It's kinda dusty, I haven't been here for awhile after all. But everything was cleaned before I left last time and there's supplies in the pantry for dusting and the hallway closet has a vacuum and a mop I think. You don't have any clothes with you huh." It wasn't really a question, as they obviously hadn't had any time to grab clothes when they were running for their lives. "I am pretty sure I have money here somewhere that you can use to buy groceries and clothes and stuff if you want. There's a kinda old car in the garage as well. I guess it would be rude of me, well, ruder than normal of me, to leave you with absolutely nothing after saving my life." Killian knew he was an asshole, and he acknowledged it openly, but he wasn't that bad. Flower Boy had saved his life, and in return, Ian guess he could supply him with the essentials for living until his apartment was safe. Edited at April 20, 2020 10:35 PM by Soaring Free

Rhys patted his pocket suddenly, and groaned, "I was going to say don't worry about money, I can pay for it, but along with my clothes, I also left my wallet at home.... and my phone." Maybe tomorrow around noontime Rhys would illegally drive (since he didn't gave his license) back to his apartment and grab clothes, his wallet, phone, and some other stuff. Rhys shook his head, "Whatever - I'll get to cleaning and stuff." He hoped Ian wouldn't stick around and watch him get this place to where it wouldn't fire off his allergies every second with the dust. He could already feel the pressure building up on his temples.

Killian nodded, but looked rather tired, his voice coming out a lot less harshly than it normally did. "I'll arrange for me and two others to go to your apartment, with you obviously. I would not recommend going back alone, the other gang is obviously watching, they'll kill you on sight." Ian shrugged before taking the house key off its keychain and placing it on the counter for Flower boy.

Rhys raised an eyebrow, "Nice to know." Maybe once his place wasn't being watched - although Rhys kind of doubted it was, as he wasn't that important - Rhys would just... move. That place was in a shifty neighborhood anyways. First he'd have to find a new job, though, so he'd be able to pay for a new place, and get out of his current lease. It would all be figured out later. Right now he wanted to clean, "And okay - sure. You..." Rhys looked concerned, but was trying to hide it, "Should probably go." and get some sleep.

Killian nodded, running a hand through his ginger hair before replying. "That was the plan, I'll see you later then Flower Boy. Oh, and here's my card, in case you need something. No one should bother you here but just in case." Ian shrugged then set a white card down next to the keys. His name was written down in gold print, his number under it. Technically it was his bartending card, as he good be booked for parties, but it worked the same for any of his problems. With that, Ian started for the door, swiftly closing it behind him.

As soon as Ian left, Rhys let out a massive fit of sneezes. One particularly large sneezes caused one of the shrubs in the garden to double in size, blocking half of the view of the window. "Oops..." - ts?

I literally don't, I'm just going with the flow at this point. XD)) Killian hung up with a shout, pure fury on his face as his hands shook with anger. How the hell could this happen? How could his gang be defeated by the other, new, measly gang in town? It was practically impossible. Ian stood, pacing back and forth in his room, before finally plopping back down on his bed, head in his hands. A soft hand settled on his shoulder and someone crouched in front of him. Avery gently pried Ian's hands from his face, forcing the angry man to look at them. "Babe, what happened?" Avery's brown eyes searched Ian's electric blue one's, a soft concern filling their gaze. "We've been defeated for the first time in three whole years. That's what. It's impossible, these new guys are wreaking havoc over our city. They're pests." Killian's anger was palpable, the room practically crackling with electricity. "Calm down Ian, you'll figure something out. You always do. It's your first defeat ever, the gang isn't going to be happy, but we all knew it was going to happen eventually. Just take some time to think about it, please don't go rushing off to fight. You're already sore as it is from the recent fights." As if to prove their point, Avery poked Ian's shoulder, and the man immediately hissed with pain before releasing a soft sigh. "You're right, as always. Thanks babe. I should get going though, it's already 10 and I have no idea what Flower Kid is doing but he is just another problem that I have to solve." Avery nodded and stood up with Ian, still looking rather concerned. "Oh, okay babe, well, have a good day. I know it sucks but it'll get better." They followed Ian into to the front door. "Remember to come home for dinner okay? Love you," Avery gently kissed Killian's cheek as he nodded. "Will do, love you babe." Avery grinned and watched as Ian left, a sad expression slowly drifting onto their face as the door shut. Seperating the two much more than physically.

The house sparkled. Well, it didn't actually sparkle, but the dust coated mess was gone. Rhys was honestly considering becoming a home cleaner as his new job, because he really did that. The shelves of dishes, were organized, everything was dusted, the floors swept, the windows cleaned, the flower bush out front brought back down to its normal size (oops), and the garden was cared for and flourishing. It had taken the entire night, and Rhys got about two hours of sleep, and it was maybe noon, but that was beside the point. He could sleep later. His allergies were cured now.
