"I don't give a damn what you think, or for any of your threats. I don't care if you intend to follow through or not." There was a clicking sound, one of a gun being readied to shoot. Rainbow and Ribs were also in the hall, and Rainbows gun was on Amika, while Ribs was on Al. "If you hurt Jason," they turned the gun to the window, "I will shoot the glass and alert everyone of our position." Jason brought his out, but he didn't aim it at anyone, though it was ready to shoot.

Addilyn
Yea she passed out sooo...
Zane's eyes widened as all the weapons were pulled out, he wasn't one for all of this stuff. He was just the groups personal robber, he stole from everyone and everywhere. "Oh geez, this is why you don't yell at people Al. It never gets you or any of the others anywhere." Zane rolled his eyes as Earl watched it all with wide eyes. Al seemed rather angry and Ami sighed. "Amika please drop the weapon. Now." Zane's voice was surprisingly calm as Ami dropped her knife with annoyance. Opening the door with deft hands, Zane entered the closet and pulled out a limp Addilyn. "This makes me think that I should start giving you my share of the food.." It was so easy to pull Addilyn out. It was almost scary.

Rainbow put the gun in the holster they had also stolen from the officers, though they kept their hand on it. Ribs brought his gun down, but he too kept it ready to shoot. Jason let his hand go to the side, but he made sure it was obvious he wanted to shoot people. Rainbow walked over to Earl, and stood nose to nose with him, though they were much smaller. In fact, Rainbow was only a bit taller than Addi. "I want to kill you." They said simply, then pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the shoulder. "You will live." They said cooly, their voice more feminine than usual. With their pink hair looking flawless, then slid out the knife, and walked away into their room. Ribs stayed firm, though he put his gun away.

Earl fell to the floor with a loud groan, landing on his good arm. "Hey Zane child, can you help me pl-." Before he could finish Zane gave him a simple answer, "no." Without giving Earl a second glance Zane looked towards Amika and Al. "So, one of you toss me Addilyn's bag." It wasn't a question as Ami disappeared into the room while Brax appeared shaking his head. "Always violence with you isn't it." Ami handed Brax the bag while he jogged down the hall with the bag in hand. Completely ignoring Jason and Ribs, he had Addilyn to worry about. "Let's get this makeup off her face, otherwise I won't be able to see if she has a fever or something." Zane nodded, quickly grabbing the makeup wipe thingy. Slowly, they both cleared away all the makeup. Revealing Addilyn's too pale face that Jason really hadn't seen this whole time.

Jason wanted to help. Really. But it was all just too much. He was done with the worry and fret. If he tried to help, then it wouldn't do any good. He was a mistake. A burden. An annoyance. A self-pitying waste of space. He knew he had flaws. Everyone does, and everyone will. And some try to ignore them, like he had tried to do in the past. But now... now with everything in the light? It was just too much. He wondered if someone could hear his mind. If they could, his mind would say to Addi, "I'm sorry. You deserve someone better. Better than me. Someone who wasn't as horrible as I am who is wallowing in self-pity as you are hurt." Ribs grabbed Jason's arm. "What are you doing?" The fog cleared from his eyes. He had been ignoring everyone around him, unmindful of any of their looks. There was a cool pad in his hand, which he held to her forehead. His hand was holding her wrist and feeling a pulse, and his body was blocking any view of Earl.

Zane looked up to Jason with slight confusion as Brax pinched Addilyn's palm. Trying to get her to wake up. After a moment she coughed and woke up. Zane hurriedly looked back down at Addilyn though he kept peeking up at Jason. "She should be fine, I'll just have to stuff some food down her throat or something. Which I will do if I have to." Brax's voice was calm and steady as Addilyn slowly woke up. "I'm gonna bring Addilyn into our room. Don't worry about her to much. She's still messed up from the closet, she'll be fine." Brax have Jason a small grim smile and got Addilyn up. Letting her walk on her own to the room where Al and Ami had stayed. Zane seemed slightly confused on what to do. Continuing to sneak small glances at Jason.

Jason glowered at Brax, deciding then and there he hated everyone here except Rainbow, Ribs, and Addi. And maybe the kid who kept looking at him. He turned to see the kid, "If you have a question or a comment, ask away." Ribs looked around, "Jason, I'm going to try and find Rainbow, okay?" Jason nodded, silent.

Zane didn't speak for a bit, thinking about how to say this without giving himself away. "Well, umm first off, not everyone is as bad as they seem. Well Amika at least, Brax is okay too. I don't really know about myself cuz I'm not someone else but I'd like to think I'm okay too." He shrugged before continuing. "I've heard a lot about you from Addilyn though, she really loves you ya know? She tried to find out if you were alive and went she couldn't she was rather distraught. Addilyn is very happy you are back Jason, so don't think otherwise. Not only that, but she thinks that you are the best boyfriend ever. I thought I should tell you since she never would." Zane released a soft sigh, Earl had disappeared, probably to go sob over Addilyn. Edited at June 11, 2018 09:09 PM by Soaring Free

Jason didn't verbally show emotions that often, and he didn't have many physical signs such as crying or laughing. But, he was physical with his emotions so people would know when he was grateful, happy, or angry. He patted Zane's shoulder as a, "Thanks," "You seem pretty cool, Zane. And I'm glad you like your company."

"Most of them, Al's just a pain. It was better when there were more of us cuz he could go off with the others and leave us alone. It was nice when Iris was here too, she was cool. She's dead now so there's not much else to her story." It was sad how calm Zane was in the face of death, how he had hardly cried when Iris has died. Oh well, it was how Addilyn had prepared him for the real world.
