I see a lot of controversial stuff about them. Would anyone get one for a family member or themselves? As like a mature adult who doesn't need one for a certain purpose but just because they want one?

And as the author sat, regretting every juncture from the moment he picked up his pen--to the moment he placed it down. He wrote something amazing.

⌊ There was once a supernatural being, endowed with immense power and abilities. However, this being was cursed with an insatiable greed and envy that consumed them entirely. Despite their strength and prowess, they could never find contentment or satisfaction in anything they had.

But beneath all the greed and envy, there was a secret side to this supernatural being - a romantic heart that yearned for love and companionship. They longed for someone to share their power and existence with, but their curse only pushed people away with their selfishness and obsession with accumulating more.

Despite all their flaws, this monster seeks out the one thing it can't have. Hoping that they would be the ones to finally accept them for who they were. But alas, their greed and envy always got in the way, and they could never hold onto any relationship for long.

It was a tragic existence, to be cursed with so much power and yet be ruled by such base desires. The supernatural beings knew that they would never find true happiness until they learned to let go of their greed and envy and embrace the love and compassion that lay buried deep within their heart.

The author was never the best at writing love stories, his stories always included death and loss. Until one day his writing slowed and the people wanted more. So much more that the author vowed never to write for anyone but himself again. So as the author sat at his desk, staring at his latest manuscript, he couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. The story he had written. He had poured his heart and soul into the book, crafting every twist and turn with meticulous attention to detail. But little did he know that his words were about to come to life in a way he never could have imagined.

One day, as he was walking through the city, he swore he spotted the mysterious being, the same being from his story. The very same being that caused so much havoc in his fictional world. He couldn't believe his eyes. Had his imagination somehow conjured this monster into existence?

Without thinking, he went back home to his stories and tried to rewrite his last story. As soon as he held the pen in his hands, he felt a chill run down his spine. He knew he had made a terrible mistake.

That night he slept, dreaming about what the being would do to the city--what the being would do to him--

As the author dreamt in horror, he realized that he had created a monster that he could not control. His imagination had become his worst nightmare, and there was nothing he could do to stop it.

Kavni Terry Madison || 24 years old | The Author

[ Dear Readers]

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you today with a heavy heart as I have a confession. I have made mistakes; it is time to own up to them.

I have not always been the best person that I could be. I have lied, I have cheated, and I have hurt people along the way. I have done things that I am not proud of and carried the weight of my sins with me for far too long.

I know I cannot change the past, but I can take responsibility for my actions and make amends. I want to apologize to anyone that I have hurt or wronged, and I want to make things right.

From this day forward, I am committed to being a better person. I will work hard to make positive changes and treat others with kindness and respect. I know it will not be easy, but I will do whatever it takes to make up for my mistakes.

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me for my past transgressions. I am grateful for your understanding and support and look forward to a brighter future.

Sincerely,

[Kavni's grave tomb]

As the pen dropped from his shaking hands, Kavni stared at his writing with anxiety and apprehension. 2 weeks after writing such a story, he [probably] imagined his villain standing before him. But that couldn't be, Kavni thought to himself--that day.

Kavni was lost in his thoughts when he heard a knock on his door. He got up from his chair and walked towards the door. As he opened it, he saw his neighbor standing before him. A fetching young girl, maybe around 20, wore a sundress while it was 90% rain. She'll surely get sick. His eyes stayed locked on hers.

" Dareen, what brings you around my apartment?" his voice uncertain if he should be happy to see someone honest; it's been a while since Kavni split the reality in his fictional mind. Making it hard to spot what's real and what's not. Dareen was also a fan of his works--but he wouldn't dismiss her like any others.

Dareen looked at Kavni with a timid smile on her face. "Well, I was wondering if you would like to grab a coffee with me sometime?" she asked, her voice slightly fluttering.

As Kavni stared at the quivering Dareen, a woman who could do better, he stepped outside his apartment and looked down the halls. Making sure she wasn't recording this interaction, Kavni frowned, knowing he'd have to turn her down for the sake of the world and his mental health. That was until she spoke;

" You're such an extraordinary guy! "she clamored out.

" Dareen....", Kavni sighed.

" I...erm...I was just thinking that because you never write love stories, I thought maybe I could inspire you since...I...kinda..love you." Dareen eyes decreased to the ground.

Kavni's heart skipped a beat. He had been so lost in his thoughts that he had not even considered the possibility of someone wanting to spend time with him. But then, the fear crept in. What if she found out his secret? What if she discovered the truth about what he had done in the last 2 weeks?

"I don't love you....," Kavni said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Dareen's face fell. She leaned closer," Kavni...I didn't hear you?"

" I don't love you! And I never will; you're a delusional fan like the rest!" He snapped toward the dame, the same woman who would be the first to congratulate him while he was in the dumps about his writing. The same lady who thought his choice of writing was just a mirror, and here she was- crying in front of Kavni, who knew nothing about love and couldn't even perform a proper love trope.

Staring in disgust, Kavni stepped back and gripped the side of the door," I'll never write love stories, and you groupies need to understand that! "With the last statement that fell from his lips, he slammed the door in her face. Falling to his knees.

Kavni felt like a monster. He wanted to say yes and take a chance on someone who seemed kind and genuine. But he couldn't risk it. He couldn't bear the thought of someone finding out his secret and rejecting him because of it.

Shit...

Shit......

Shit......

I gotta save the world from my own writing; he's coming! He's going to come for everything! "Regret and fear crawled over his skin; Kavni stood up and ran to his desk, grabbing his pen and writing;

" And although the author wrote great evil, he nearly forgot to mention he wrote great good. This good....this...good.." Kavni screamed a curse, throwing his pen as he slammed his head against the desk, calling and knocking over his writing tools. He couldn't rewrite the story; he was powerless--the perfect words didn't fit into his story. This story was about death, nothing else; the villain was supposed to win, but at what cost? He lifted his head, stared at the remaining papers on the desk, and frowned. He noticed his writing became darker, mentioning each death starting from child to man.

This great evil was too powerful for anyone to stop. Dropping in his chair, Kavni was defeated. He only hoped the world would give up early like he did.

" Out of all my writings...all my novels. This one had to come true; this one had to be brought to light," He murmured.

For the past two weeks, Kavni has been compelled by the readers to finish the novel. And every time he wrote, he felt a tiny part of him vanish.

Kavni sat there, defeated, staring at the papers that littered his desk. He knew his words were powerful and could bring great evil into the world. He also knew that he was the only one who could stop it.

He had a choice: either he could give up and let the world succumb to his writing, or he could fight back with everything he had. The thought of dying scared him, but he knew that he couldn't let that fear control him.

With a deep breath, Kavni stood up and walked to the window. He looked out at the city below, watching as people rushed by, unaware of the looming danger. He knew that he had to do anything to stop the evil he had created.

Kavni turned around and walked back to his desk. He picked up his pen and began to write. The words flowed from his mind to the paper, and he knew he was creating something powerful.

As he wrote, Kavni felt a surge of energy coursing through his body. He knew he was tapping into something greater than himself, something that could defeat the evil he had unleashed.

But then, as he wrote the final words, he felt a sudden pain in his chest. He fell to the ground, gasping for air.

" What...is this~!!" He cried out.

Suddenly, the pain vanished. He stood up shakily, and as his eyes landed on the paper with his words written on it--he realized that the only way to stop this evil was to face it.

" My words...they're gone? I can't write or rewrite good into this story...I..have to face it."

Kavni stared at his messy desk and noticed he didn't have enough ink to write anymore. He needed more ink to continue writing, but he had been so lost in his thoughts that he hadn't realized he was running low. He got up from his desk and grabbed his jacket, slipping it on as he approached the door.

Exiting his apartment building, he felt a chill run down his spine. He looked up at the sky, which was dark and ominous. It would rain soon, and he didn't have an umbrella.

Kavni started walking towards the nearest store that sold ink cartridges, his thoughts drifting back to his writing. He couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. He had been writing about death and destruction for so long that he was starting to feel like it was consuming him.

As he walked, he saw people rushing to get out of the rain, and he couldn't help but feel jealous of their normalcy. He was stuck in his mind, unable to escape the darkness that seemed to be closing in on him.

Finally, he arrived at the store and went straight to the ink section, quickly grabbing a few cartridges and paying for them. As he left the store, he saw it had started raining heavily. He pulled up his hood and started walking back to his apartment.

The rain was coming down hard, and Kavni was drenched within minutes. He didn't care, though. The rain felt refreshing, and he needed something to distract him from his thoughts.

When he returned to his apartment building, he ran inside and took the elevator to his floor. As he stepped out, he saw Dareen standing outside his door, looking tense.

After what he said to her, he didn't want to approach her.

"Kavni, are you okay? I was so worried about you," she said, her voice full of consideration.

Kavni looked at her, feeling a pang of guilt. He had been so harsh with her earlier, and now she was here, worried about him.

"I'm fine, Dareen. Just needed more ink," he said, his voice softening.

Dareen smiled at him, relieved. "Well...I'm glad. It's really pouring outside," she said, gesturing toward an open hallway window.

Kavni hesitated for a moment, nodding his head quickly.

"Well...have a nice day of writing," she said.

"He who seeks evil will find it."

ʑɛƖųʂ

God of Manipulation and Evil

In dark, and often light corners, of this world, there are whispers.

There are whispers of hope, even whispers of salvation.

But that is not the story to be told this time.

There is a being, so terrifying that those who whisper of hope are often shunned, for how could they ever speak against their God? He who hears all, whispering of being saved from the very being that created them.

He is said to delight in destruction, to thrive in chaos and despair.

They're wrong though.

Zelus lives for those things.

"Fine. Make me your villain."

"If you are the poison, I suppose you cannot also be the cure."

When He first came into existence, there was nothing. There was only a vast nothingness, which Zelus turned into life. He brought all in this world to life with a very thought from his ever power mind. He molded every being, created every element, created every power that those in his universe could ever wish for.

And how was he rewarded, thanked even, for his gift to all below him?

After years of constant worship, of love and sacrifice in his name, he soon began to be cursed. And so, if the world decided to curse their very creator, Zelus would show them the price of their betrayal.

Once a God of creation and benevolence, Zelus, mad with his loss of power and reverance amongst his own creations, became their very destruction. He began to slaughter all his creatures, and as he was near set to blowing up his very own universe in favor of creating beings with no free will, something odd happened.

His very world became something indescribable, and as he tilted his head in confusion, reaching for what looked like the ear of a sheet of paper, Zelus yanked.

"The truth is what I make it. I could set this world on fire and call it rain."

"They will say I have shed innocent blood? What is blood for, if not for shedding?"

There was a smell assaulting Zelus' nose, and as he reached out with his powers to dampen, or even destroy the offensive being that was putting off this scent, he realized the dimness of his once vast powers.

Eyes popping open, there were walls of concrete encircling him, the smell of gas and city life nearly gagging him. Whoever had created something so offensive surely deserved a fate worse than death.

Sitting up, Zelus reached a hand up to brush his hair out of his face, pausing when his hand ran over his now rounded ear.

Odd, he never messed around with his own features, and the sudden roundness of his ears was off putting. Willing his ears to sharpen, Zelus began to become filled with rage.

"Where the Hells am I?" He snapped, causing a shriek to appear from behind him. Reveling in the nose of surprise, he turned his head only slightly to look over his shoulder, flashing a cold, unforgiving smirk.

"And who the Hells are you to stand anywhere near me, you rodent?" He snapped, causing the big eyed, surprised women to shrink at his aggression.

Zelus started when he began to feel a tugging, as though his powers were trying to alert him of something.

Looking up, Zelus got the slightest inclination that his very name was being cursed by some unseen force.

Without a second glance at the girl, Zelus began to walk out of the alleyway, the rain attacking him violently as though it were trying to wash him of his evil.

He watched as a being ran through the rain, his eyes sharpening as he narrowed in on the silhouette. He couldn't understand why, but he had a feeling he had met this being before, maybe even known them.

With little hesitation, Zelus began to stalk him, like a wolf stalking their prey.

"I am what you created.

Are you proud yet?

No? Perhaps I need to try harder then."

"We have lived too long. The worst thing in the world walks among us now."
