+ Night Stalker - 8 years - 1st person + When we got back everyone ate their food. Acid and I sat next to each other as we ate. I managed to finish my food before him so I went and settled into the nest. The children got settled around me since they were too large to fit under me anymore. It sure had been a nice family night, I would miss it but the chance would come again in the future either with my current children or future ones. I stared out watching Acid sit at the entrance to the cave. I wanted to call him telling him to come and sleep, but I knew he would just brush it off. After my strange behavior earlier with the smells, he is probably on edge, or he smells it too. Either way, he wasn't going to come to bed until morning when I was awake and the offspring were off doing their own things. + Forest - 8 months - 1st Person + My mother watched my father for a bit and I knew that father was on edge. When my mother finally put her head down to rest I closed my eyes and fell asleep. When morning hit it was bright, and as suspected father came in to lay down. My siblings had already begun to run off I was hesitant but my mother urged me to go play and explore. So that was what I did, I ran off into the trees. Like my mother I blended into the shadows, the only difference was I only had one scar and my green eyes. Suddenly, while running, I smelt something different, my eyes went wide as I realized it was probably what my parents were smelling, so I avoided it. It smelled like other Alios though, I paused for a moment looking back. If my parents were unsure about it then I should be as well, but it was hard to ignore my curiosity. I crept in closer to the smell a little and managed to spot another family of Alios. Once my curiosity was satisfied I quietly crept away and then made my way to the open field. I inspected it before running onto the short grass and pouncing on my older brother, Chase. He had a mix of black and green markings like our father but his eyes we red. "Whatcha doin' Chase?" I asked him playfully and he immediately flipped over and we tussled for a bit. It seemed father was awake because he was not too far away and watching. ----------------------------------------------------- Introducing my next Gen character Forest (Female) Edited at December 20, 2023 10:37 AM by Frostyhills24

Todd - 4years - 3rd person - Todd had felt something starring, a slick eye rolling open to scan the dark forest in a haze of confusion. He head lifted itself and as the children wwere asleep curled in their mothers safe arms and tail, Todd crept out of his cave to go drink from a nearby pond. His footsteps light but still noticable. He was keeping a sharp ear out. - Kovi - 8 months - 1st person - Kovi was unsure of why his parents were acting strange. His fathers tone had shifted as soon as they had heard the screams. Kovi did not care for them, as he didnt understand them like his wiser parents. Lilac kicked him softly in his sleep and he rolled over, his tail and legs just out of the cave. Stretching out, he felt somrthing touvh him and when his started body scrambled to get up he realized it was his father pushing him back into the safety. He huffed, sqeaking an apology. His father licked the top of his head and layed with his back to the rest of them, while Kovi curled up beside him. ------ (I like her shes a cutie patootie)

+ Forest - 8 months - 1st Person + My brothers and I wrestled to the point they needed a nap. I still had energy though. My father watched me run around while the others left to go back to the cave and rest. "you have your mother's stamina and energy it seems," My father said spooking me a little as he walked up to me. He motioned for me to follow and I did as told without a word. He brought me to a watering hole in the middle of the plains, it was midday and hot, so most dinosaurs were either in the shade, sunbathing, or in the mud. My father walked up to get a drink and I hesitantly followed. My mother made sure to teach me to drink from the shallow ends of water. It was harder for the water dinosaurs to sneak up on you when you did. Most of the dinosaurs here didn't seem to mind us, so it allowed me to run around and play a little as I weived through all the other dinosaurs. I paused when I saw a few more Alios coming over the hill and quickly ran back to my father. I hid behind him and he followed my gaze, understanding the situation. ------------------------------------------------ Sorry about the late reply

Todd - 4yrs - 3rd person .... Todd lead the way with the littles chasing eachothet, weaving under and over eachother and through their parents legs. Kovi had his leadership mentality, walking ahead with Todd eyeing him down any most of the other dinosaurs aswell. They got to the foot of the hill, the parents staying sharp as Todd got to the edge of the water, he stuck his head down under the water, looking around in the murky water. Nothing. Todd lifted his head out out of the pond and signaled that it was safe. He was not one to do this, but the shallow ends were taken up. The three girls went first, pushing their brother back, and Kovi had to wait his turn patiently. The mother and father drinking over the kids to shelter them. The hot sun reflected off of the family with their light coat, shining vibrantly. Brown markings making their outline out. Kovi got his turn and Kovis mother picked him up, carrying him with their rest of the family that had made it to a safe shade spot just a few metres away. They didnt want to stay long but they rested for now.

+ Forest - 8 months - 1st person + My father watched them intently but gave me the okay to play still. I continued to run around in the shallow end and even dug up a couple of clams to bring back for Mom. I left them at my father's feet as I pranced around with a pink empty shell. I wanted to go and investigate, but both the parents of the other Alio chicks were there. I started getting a little hot so I lay down in the mud next to an herbivore who seemed it couldn't care less but it was big enough that nothing dared come near it. My father kept an eye on the other Alios and me, I glanced over at them and wondered if they even realized we were here. They seemed almost clueless that there were other Alios here. All they did was seem to glance and see that there were a lot of dinosaurs there. The thing about the busy shallows was if anyone other than a hatchling moved too fast the rest might think there was danger and there would be chaos. So everyone is always careful and slow, because if there was chaos there would be so many other dinosaurs getting squished and killed. I looked over at the other Alios and noticed one of the other Chicks was wandering closer. I tried to hide but watched at the same time, my head was poked over the back of a larger dinosaur.
