I don't think there's anything else is town for them. I don't have anything else planned other than music night to be honest. So we can start from there I guess. You wanna start or should I?

It was an understatement to say that the crew was excited for the music night. Of course, the past few days had been some semblance of a break, but nothing beat a good old-fashioned party to drive away any remaining tensions between the crew. Even Northcliff, who was normally perfectly stoic, couldn't help but grin a wee bit as the sun slowly sunk below the horizon and the silvery moon appeared in its wake. Carwen took parties very seriously, especially since they hadn't had one in the past month. The crew was weary, and something had to be done to boost the morale of both crews. So Carwen had taken it upon herself to make sure the party went as smoothly as possible. That meant that she'd been buzzing about town all day, buying tankards of ale and a few goodies for dinner. Of course, this was merely meant to be a music night, but music alone would not make people more comfortable and Carwen knew that better than most. So food was being prepared and tables brought together on the main deck. It was the perfect day for such an occasion, the weather was near perfect, with a gentle breeze the humidity to a minimum, and allowed the instruments to be tuned properly without too much worry of them going out of tune. By nightfall everything was ready, and Carwen finally got a moment to rest, surveying her work on the deck as Northcliff prepared both himself and his violin for the night to come.

Magdalene's crew had gotten surprisingly into music night. It appeared that Magdalene's reasoning for the night of fun - uniting the two crews - had already been achieved. As she watched from the sidelines, the two groups mingled and moved around each other, appearing as one seemless crowd, rather than the sharp divide that originally separated them. - (now magdalene can shove off for now im giving Haywood his time to shine bc gods knows he needs it + how else are haywood and northcliff going to start being pals and secretly get married without anyone knowing and completely take maggie and carwen off guard when haywood flexes the ring one day)

Carwen grinned as Northcliff finally appeared on deck, a smile on his face. "Well it's nice to finally see my favorite quartermaster, are ya ready for the night ahead?" Northcliff gave Carwen one of his rare smiles, the simple magic of the night making him happier and more at ease than he'd been since the other crew boarded his ship. "Aye, I'm ready for a night of fun and music. Thank you Carwen for actually agreeing to it, gods know we could all use some sort of moral booster." Carwen nodded, "agreed Bear. Now get out there and have some fun. I've got a bit more party stuff to get together." Northcliff grinned and nodded before Carwen disappeared, slipping away and leaving Northcliif alone. --- ;)

help i dont know what to do im going to revert to bald bAbies. *puts hand against mirror and looks at the wolf reflection in that one meme format* --- Thankfully, Haywood mused, the crew can take care of the setup and the cooking. I don't have to do anything other then tune my fiddle. It was nice to take a genuine break - and to be free of responsibility. There would be no fresh meat asking him how to tie a knot, no idiots who fell over the goddamn ship because everyone was focused on the center of the boat, and - don't get him wrong, Haywood was utterly loyal to his Captain and would follow her to the ends of the earth - no annoying ass people who pestered him when he was trying to get a job done. There was peace in the valley (aka: the boat). - this was flying garbage and i hate it i am so sorry this is such a crappy reply
