Rye glanced back at that shepard his expression somewhat blank ..'so her name is Valentina?' he thought to himself. Hastly he gathered what bread he could, picking up what might have fallen out from the large ceranwrap plastic bag Kai carried "Its fine.." he sighed with a secretive smirk now steady focused on getting the food back to camp. His nails clicked as Rye walked through the streets and it seemed as the moon lit the road perfectly. Once they arrived Sky's bark could be clearly heard and he watched as Kai ran off to see what was wrong but thankfully it was nothing to be concerned about. His gaze followed Sunchaser and Solace, eventually landing on the new member Ebony. He placed the haul he carried onto the pile tossing a piece to Ebony, seemingly intrested in who they might be.

"Thank you, Beta Rye," Ebony said. She took a small bite of the bread, which didn't taste too bad. It reminded her of the old home she'd lived in. She tried to rid herself of the memory. She kept her eyes on Rye, wondering why he'd decided to give the bread to her instead of feeding the bread to one of the alphas.

As the dogs' interaction began to clear up, Scrap moved farther away from the border and farther into her territory. In just a night there were now four times as many dogs as before. Now they would take up all of the food, and have the nerve to attack strays who came near as if they had always lived there, and didn't just steal the hunting grounds that previously belonged to everyone. Stray dogs were annoying enough, but pack dogs were the worst.

She moved towards the garbage can. She didn't want to eat any of the easy pickings inside, but wanted to hunt what would. She heard rumaging inside of the can, and soon a fat rat scurried halfway out. She stalked closer and prepared to pounce.

Kai | M | Other pack | M: Sun

Kai went closer to the far end of the dump and dug up some bones and in good shape metals and drag them one by one closer to the pack bring them back to the pack " Where do you want this Sunchaser? " Kai for answer " I also found some old bones near the back if you want to check if they are good to eat "

I see Kai bring something to me. "Wow! Good find. We could set this up over there, so that they lean on the wall? And yes, I'll check them out." I spot Minnow waking up and walking over to us "Good Morning" I greet him, then help Kai move the metals.

Kai | M | Pack other | Sun

Kai drags the metals the the wall and props the up to make a base he quickly pushes dirt to stableize it in that moment before trying to roll a tire to keep it in place. " Thanks for the help " Kai looked around to see if he could make it bigger he looked around then gave up looking in the dump and entred the near by ally he found a dead bird-.... no use for that he thought he looked around once more and found a huge piece of metal And drags it back to make it bigger after alot of trail and error, he made it big enough for everyone to fit and more Kai slowy draged in items to make it more comfy for everyone a few torn up dog beds and rugs and a few toys. Kai really did try his best hopefuly everyone like this new shelter " hey! Alpha sun when you have the time tell me if you like how this is "
Kai would lay down it the rain getting soaked and wet witch he didnt mind to much he was just happy to help his pack to get a place to be out of the stroms that happen pretty offen enough to be annoying

I turn to look at what Kai has done. It was still dark, and many were alseep, so I decided to go explore the corners of the dump we were staying in. My paws get soaked in the puddles but at least the rain wasn't as hard as it was earlier. I made my way through the dark alleys. I stumbled upon a bag of leftover bones. Score! I pick it up in my jaws and dump it in the prey pile. I then head back to the three bins where I had slept. I'll wake up in the morning. Might as well get some rest. I close my eyes and fall asleep, happy with the happenings in the night. Kai was such a hardworking dog. He deserved better than sleeping in the rain. I shook the water out of my ears and lay down quietly, asleep.

Scrap | F | Stray Cat

Scrap leapt at the rat. She missed it by a hair, and it pulled itself back into the trash can. Scrap quickly slammed her paw on the rat, pulled it closer, and killed it with a bite to the neck.

She began to carry the rat back to her cardboard box. It tasted good. She doubted that the dogs would take this prey, at least. Those lazy mange-pelts can only catch fleas!

Solace | F | Alpha Female | M: Rye, Ebony

Solace decided to wander around and check why the pack members where still awake. It was getting pretty late and dark, after all. She walked over to where Rye and Ebony where located.

"Hello." Solace started off with her greeting. "You two should probably try and get some rest." She commented. "It's getting late and dark, which can be dangerous to wander around in." She added in to her reasoning.

The more harmful humans tended to wander around at night and the big creatures they'd ride in wouldn't see dogs crossing the black paths that they ran upon. The only things being up at night was good for was travelling secretly or hunting nocturnal prey.

Glancing around for a moment, Solace made sure none of the dangers she had mentioned where located in the area. Luckily, the only human she saw was quite far away from the camp.

"I was trying to sleep, but someone woke me up," Ebony said, glancing at Sky. But she curled up on the ground.
