Jericho: Mentions: Ava [Indirectly] (California) Jericho stood still, admiring his handiwork after a quick and brutal scrap with Ibex came to a violent close. His metalcraft ability came in handy yet again, and even though he didn't make enough armor to cover his entire body, it was enough to take care of the squad that was sent out to take care of him, save for one poor bastard. The soldier raised his pistol and fired off a shot, hitting Jericho in the back of his head, but thanks to his impromptu helmet, it simply bounced off. Jericho turned to the soldier and slowly walked over to him, with the soldier emptying the clip to no effect. Grabbing the gun, Jericho molded the gun and patched up a piece of armor with it, leaving the soldier defenseless. Jericho grabbed the soldier by the neck and began to squeeze, choking the air out of the soldier's lungs until he passed out. Throwing his body to the side after crushing his throat with a metal boot, Jericho left the scene and began walking, not too sure about where to go next. After a moment to consider, he began walking, not realizing that he would run into someone just like him (cough, cough, Ava, cough).

Ava || Mentions: Jericho Ava placed her hands in her back pockets, humming a song she heard earlier that day. She forgot the words, but the tune and beats were stuck in her head, she was staring at the ground, her eyes closed, continuing to walk. With her aura abilities, she could indentify whom was in front of her, or around her, so she had no problem avoiding bumps and accidents. Even if she did bump into someone, she would most likely shove them into the road in front of a moving car and call it an accident, hey... what a fantastic idea. She giggled again to herself, pushing hair back behind her shoulder when she actually did bump into someone, and she lifted her head, glaring at him. "Hey! Watch were your going bud, or your going to get kicked in the ass," she hissed, shoving him with her right hand, her eyes narrowing. She found it odd that she didn't detect this filthy human, he was probably a clean freak.. though, now that she looked at him up close, he didn't seem like the clean type. "Next time you bump into someone, make sure you know who your bumping into before you get shoved in the road," Ava threatened, her muscles tensing. She hated it when people bumped into her, acting all innocent and small, it was pathetic. Then she realized, this wasn't a human, it was indeed an experiment, and she stopped herself, and scoffed. Probably one of the most pathetic experiments I've seen. Got to give them credit, sure do know how to blend in with the trash.

Jericho: Mentions: Ava Jericho just glared at her as she scoffed at him. Who the hell does she think she is? "Well excuse me miss, but I'm not the one that's stuck in... la la land..." Jericho stopped as he took a better look at her. It wasn't much but he could see a small streak of red on her face, no doubt recent. "Are you okay? I see a bit of red on your face and I assume that's blood. You sure you aren't hurt or anything?" The fact that she had a tinge of blood on her face, coupled with the fact that she was walking down the street with her eyes closed for some distance began ringing alarms bells to Jericho that she wasn't any girl, but there was no guarantee that she was like him either. "Also... how were you able to walk all the way down the street with your eyes closed? That's some feat you can pull off..." Jericho crossed his arms, curious about the girl standing front of him.

Ava || Mentions: Jericho Ava ignored his first remark, crossing her arms over her chest. As he asked the question, she gritted her teeth, rubbing her cheek, tucking her hand in her jean pockets. "I am just fine," she replied, a hint of annoyance in her voice. Well, she already knew this guy was going to be one of those ones who couldn't stop with the questions. She was still for a moment as he asked how she was walking down the street with her eyes closed, she shrugged, "I, for one, know my way around, and listen to every little sound." As he crossed his arms over his chest, she took a quick deep breath in, blowing air out silently through her lips. She looked him up and down once more, rubbing her neck. She obviously couldn't just smack him and walk away without people noticing, there was too much humans around and besides, this young man was not 6 foot, but he still towered over her, and it surprisingly put her on edge. She shuffled her feet, leaning towards the side, looking past him, and clicked her tongue, "Well. I suppose you have something to do today," she began taking a step back, "I have some plans as well.. soo, farewell. I guess." She mumbled the last two words, walking past them, slightly pushing him with her shoulder, she couldn't decide whether to actually shove his shoulder or not so you could say she did it half by accident yet half on purpose. Unfortunately, she had a feeling this was going to be the last time she saw him, she clenched her jaw, an urge inside of her telling her to punch something. Perferably not having her get in trouble by any law enforcement. Maybe.. she glanced back for a second, if he does fortunately follow, I can let out my frustration on him. Plus, I do need to get with the program and see what other experiments that horrid facility created.

Jericho: Mentions: Ava Ava pushed past Jericho, slightly pushing him with her shoulder. Wow that girl is a piece of work! He turned to watch her. He turned around to spit off to the side of the street and looked up and saw a white van, its windows blacked out as it drove down the road, and Jericho couldn't help but feel alarmed by the stereotypical unsuspecting van driving by him. Okay... I'm not walking alone for right now, but that would mean that... Jericho stuffed his pride and turned around to watch the van drive by Ava. Jackson quickly walked back to Ava and looked straight forward as he talked. "Don't stare, but I have a feeling that someone in that van wants either one or possibly both of us." Jericho warned her as he kept walking with her. As much as I hate her inflated ego, but that van may hold people that want her or me, and they won't be friendly about it. Sky | M: Malaki "You got that right Sky... it's a hell of a great view. Well, as much as I would like to stay up here in the sky, we do have to return to Earth some time. I really wish Ibex wasn't a thing. I just want to a normal life... or at least, a normal life involving a music career. Now I'm high in the sky, wielding a rifle and hoping that we don't run into an organization of people who want nothing more than to kill us." Malaki said and Sky sighed with him, "Yes, that would definitely be the life." She tilted her head before saying, "Hang on tight, we are going down."
Curling her wing in, she plunged, her speed increasing by the second. As she was plummeting, she made sure Shadow, Malaki and the rifle was secure. She had seen how Malaki was attatched to that gun, probably better with it than she was. Expanding her wings slightly, she controlled the fall before pulling up sharply, leveling out at breakneck speed. Cupping her wings, she slowed down as she neared the cabin. There. A cabin in the center of a clearing came up. She shuddered involuntarily as she took in the sight of the dead Ibex soldiers surrounding a blood-red dragon. She slowed even more letting out a screech as she circled the cabin, waiting for the okay to land. "You okay back there?" She asked Malaki as she circled.

Blade I I Mentions: Cery and Nyx(Ind.) Blade followed Cero's instructions, getting on the panther thing. He was relieved when they managed to get Ibex off their tail. He couldn't stop thinking about Nyx though. She could be in danger, she could need his help. He needed to find her and take her back and keep her safe. He wondered what the best way to grab her was, he'd probably need some of that sleep chemical you put on a cloth, ya, definitely some of that. What else? Transportation, and a distraction. Cero would be good to make a good distraction, maybe even use a hologram to replace Nyx for a bit, that could buy them some time. "So Cero, on a scale of 1-10, how much would you like freeing someone and keepingthat someone- a helpless woman and soon to be child for example- safe? I think it would be a noble and helpful thing to do." He said, trying to persuade the other man into agreeing without using his powers.

Malaki: Mentions: Sky "You okay back there?" Sky asked him. "Peachy! I think I'm getting used to this!" Malaki lied, flashing a grin to seal the sentiment, before looking at the scene. Dead Ibex soldiers littered the area, with a dragon in amongst them. Look at all those guns, ammo and equipment! I'll be geared up by the time we need to move again. "I'm ready to descend when you are!" He said, reaffirming his grip as he readied for the landing. Hopefully we can go for five minutes without having this cabin shot up by Ibex.

Shi | M: Glory, Ibex Shi heard Glory growl behind her, "I think its time we took to the sky." Looking up before looking behind her, she zeroed in the hawk's vision on the forest. Yes, there was her cabin. It was a good distance from where they were but flying, they would make good time. Shi looked back at Glory before nodding, "With flight, we will make good time to the cabin I sent Jackson and the kids to. Get to the clouds quickly to hide our appearances." She growled in response before running forward, lunging upward for leverage. Shifting into her hawk form, she hovered for a moment before flapping up hard, heading for the clouds.

Ava || Mentions: Jericho Ava yawned, tucking both of her hands in her pockets. Her head tilted back down at the ground, her eyes closing gently, and she began humming the tune she was humming before. What was that song? What was it? Lord.. hmm. She thought back and forth, but couldn't seem to figure out the name of it, she shrugged. She heard rapid moving footsteps walking towards her, and she sighed, No need to rush, lor-as he began speaking, she couldn't help it. She kept her head straight, her eyes looking towards the road, watching the bottom tires of a long white vehicle. She gritted her teeth, sighing. They always seem to ruin my day. Now they are going to ruin my night? Just lovely. She picked up her head, blinking her eyes a few times, looking up a few twenty feet or so ahead of them, looking for a different block they could turn down, or even a alley way. God, no matter what happened, every time someone enters an alley way, something obvious happens. A fight, love, death, life, etc. it was absurd. "It would also not be so entirely suspecting if you didn't rush towards me," Ava responded, speaking between her teeth. She lifted her hand to her mouth, faking a yawn, rubbing her neck. If they really didn't want to be suspected she would need to act like.. an actual.. human. Ew. She didn't rush her steps, or even act like she ever saw the vehicle. She rubbed her eyes, she began to speak, not rising her voice or lowering it, talking like normal, as if she was having a normal conversation. Thankfully, to her luck, there was a small hotel ahead, and she had been to it. Once you walk inside, there is another room for you to walk into before walking up to the front desk. "I'm a bit tuckered out," she began, yawning again, glancing over to the hotel, "maybe we can.." she clenched her jaw, cringing horribly at the fact she was saying 'we' to a complete strange experiment. She felt so stupid. "Maybe we can visit there, and see if they have a room available." Obviously she wasn't going to purchase a room, all they had to do was walk in, wait for the van to pass and walk out and be on their merry way. Simple.. right?
