Tove Bjorn - 19 - Female - Hunter/Fisher - Snow Leopard - M: Clyde
Tove shook her head at the rude man. The turned and walked off. "So much for being helpful." She said under her breath as she walked out of the town, her body felt tense, he had given her an uneasy vibe yet seemed lovely? maybe. She couldnt express what she was feeling. the blond looked around, as she made her final step out of the town, looking back to see the man gone, she shifted. Her leopard taking over, she began to trek out into the snow. Steadily padding along. She smelled her brother but didnt go looking for him.
-
Tovce found herself back into town, but didnt dare go in, not in her animal form anyway. She needed to get bread for the house but didnt feel like interacting, especially with how her previous interactions went. The snow leopard plopped down on the ground, hiding quietly in the shadows as she watched people go in and out, occasionally letting out a yawn, revealing her long canines.
Bo Bjorn - 26 - male - Hidden Shifter - Kodiak Bear - M: Salem Grace
the tall male took the girl from the hunters arms, giving him a nasty and unforgiving glare on the way out, he let out a growl as he took over. "Shhhh." he said brsuhing some hair out of the girls face. "Its gonna be alright." He ripped a piece of his cotton shirt off and applied pressure to the wound. He lifted her easily and carefully. "Now, we gotta get you to my mentor." He carefully packed her to the medics area.
-
As he walked in, the medic carefully began laying stuff out. He was a average sized build with blonde hair and brown eyes. He had tanned skin and worked with ease as he motioned for Bo to lay the girl on the table. Bo watched as the medic nodded toward a flower on the wall. Chamomile, reduced pain, and numbed injured areas. Bo took it and began mashing it in a grinder. He mixed it with water and slowly fed it to the girl. He then assisted with stitches. carefully watching as each one was made. "There, all better." He smiled as the last stitch was tied.

Clyde Rivers - Male - 28 - Lead Hunter - Mentions: Tove

He chuckled softly as he watched her walk away. Such an unusual person. Then again, this whole town is filled with unusual people. He continued his walk through the town, not wasting any more time. He just walked straight into the woods on the other side of town, searching for a great place to set up camp.

Sadina Rose - Female - 19 - Hunter - Mentions: Sabine, Max

A sigh escaped the girl's mouth. She felt incredibly bored just leaning up against a tree. And she sure as hell didn't want to think about her past. So, she continued her walk through the woods, looking for anything interesting. Nothing.

Her walk lasted for a couple minutes. She looked through trees and bushes, finding nothing of interest. Then, she stumbled upon Max strangling that damn horse. Her eyebrows raised in amusment, she leaned against a tree and crossed her arms. He certainly didn't need any help, but it was so interesting to watch.

Finyx Brooks - female - 17 - scout - snowy owl - mentions: Sabine, Max

Nyx had been hit with a sudden exhaustion and laid down before anyone could talk to her; not bothering to listen to Sam and the others as they settled down.

Though she had ignored the others easily enough her sleep was fitful, the smalest outside sounds made her heart beat faster; after the third time she decided to leave the cave and sleep in one of the trees.
Shifting in her owl form she flew to the closest tree with a hollow and closed her eyes just as she heard footsteps.

Golden brown eyes opened in the dark as she watched a femine form leave the cave, it was taller than Tallinn so she knew it had to be Sabine.
Deciding she wouldn't get any sleep she followed her fellow shifter, silent wings gliding through the cool air.

To her surprise she had lost Sabine's trail when she passed under a dense part of the forest, so Nyx was just flying around with narrowed eyes as she tried to find her friend again.

When her sharp ears heard Sabines voice in the distance she quickly changed direction and sped through the tree tops not wanting to risk missing her friend again.
Nyx landed in a tree right when Sabine shifted into her horse form kicking a tall hunter with long brown hair; she had thought the hunter would run or do what a usual coward did but instead he jumped onto Sabine and started choking her with a chain.

Without checking if the branch she was standing on could hold the weight of a human she shifted and nocked an arrow aimed at the mans chest.
"Release my friend or this arrow will go straight through your heart" she made sure her voice was deeper and rougher than usual; she was hidden by plenty of leaves so the hunter couldn't reckignize her face, but voices were always to easy to figure out.
The tree she was in had no low branches to climb up so she was safe from any close up attacks.

Sabine/ female/ 19/ scout/ horse/ mentions: Max, Sadina
Sabine felt him leap onto her back with the chain, she bucked, but by then Max had already wrapped the chain around her neck. She sat back on her haunches fighting the chaim, but it was tightly wrapped around the tree. The only way to get loose was to shift back, but Sabine saw Max ready to jump on her as soon as she did. But she had no other choice.
.
She shifted back to a human for split second, thankful the darkness was still hiding her features, and lifted the chain from her neck. As soon as Max jumped on her, she shifted so he landed on her horse back, and galloped away. Max was on top of her, but he didn't have a weapon or a chain. Then she heard Nyx's voice. What was she doing here? But Sabine had already made her move. Max was unpredictable, and Sabine knew that releasing her would be the last thing this hunter would do. So she went on with her plan.
.
Once she had galloped out of Sadina's sight, Sabine started bucking as hard as she could to get Max off of her back. Then she had an idea. She ran as hard as she could, and then slid to a stop, Hoping to throw him forwards off of her. Even for the best rider, an unexpected move like that bareback would at least throw them off balance. Then she suddenly rolled over on her back, using all her weight to try to crush him enough that he'd let go of her. 1500 pounds rolling on top of you was nothing to sneeze at. With that, Sabine decided it was time to say goodbye to Max. She galloped into the woods, soon disappearing in the trees.

(that'll probably be my last reply for tonight, but I'll be sure to respond in the morning c; I dunno, I might be able to get in another reply...)

Maximillian Trujillu / M / 28 / Hunter / Mentions: Sabine, Nyx

Her unexpected transformation back into a horse caught Max off-guard. He heard a voice but it was muffled out when the female decided to gallop full speed forward. He held onto the ends of her creamy white hair, obviously visible in the dark shadows. He didn’t have a crossbow, true. But he had the arrows. This was the female's downfall. He slid his shoulder by the end of her neck, making sure if she were to stop that it didn’t knock him unconscious. And surely, she did stop. It ended up dislocating his shoulder, and he shouted in immense pain. Using his other hand, he jabbed the arrow blade into her wound multiple times, shanking her until more blood squirted up.

Once he felt her roll, he quickly jumped off. Right as she was kneeling to get back up, he had gripped onto her mane and mounted her once more. He was not ready to let the fight go. It was very uneasy to mount with one arm, but his strength said enough. He used the same arrow to stab into her lower thigh, he then slid it down her flank before he got thrown off by her immense speed, and his lack of balance. His arrow split in two, yet the blade was stuck in her hind. He spat the rest of the spit remaining in him and wiped his face with the remains. “Bitch,” Max somewhat smiled. She was a brilliant fighter, he had to admit. She didn’t seem like the stereotypical shifter that he’d come across. She just never gave up.

He walked back towards the tree, unhooking the chains, and started to dig back up the weapons. If she was able to shift like that, she was conscious for a while. He ended up digging the remainders up, counting the weapons to make sure he had gotten them all before pushing his shoulder back into place, biting onto the handle of her sword as to not yell in agony. Rolling his shoulders out, he picked up the remainder, completely forgetting about the female who was hidden. He quickly jogged out of the area, if she were to follow him, arrows or anything with steel or metal-tipped, he’d surely spot it. He wasn’t going to dump it into the lake, no. He was going to burn it. Burn it all. He settled down in an area, quickly forging a makeshift fire, the blood of the female still dripping into his own blood.

Once the fire started up, he fed the bow to it, then the rest of the weapons. It’d take them a while to fully melt, but once the blade was bent, there was no way one could get it back. Once he felt the sword was heated up enough, he broke off a nearby branch and slammed it against it. Most of the wood snapped, but the sword bent with ease. He did the same to the rest of it before feeding his crossbow to the fire too. He kept the arrows, though. Those were his only attack despite his hands. He plopped down by the fire, sighing in an exhausted manner. The dagger was far into the crevice, and even with a sword no man nor woman could reach in there. He felt bad for Laark, but knew she would find a way around it somehow. His body ached. Especially his side. The horse had kicked it hard, hard enough to bruise. He lifted his fur coat to show skin, scarred skin, and lots of it. It was obvious animal marks, from his past he was tortured by shifters, and one could see it riddling his skin. In fact, there was a red mark, pulsing with the hints of blue and purple.

He tapped it but immediately flinched in response. He put his coat back down and stared into the fire. He then pulled out a silver chain linked necklace with a pendant locked inside of it. It was his mother’s pendant before she was slaughtered. He grasped it tightly in his hands, for the picture inside had burned a long time ago, yet he kept the ashes of the picture inside. Not daring to open it.

She watched as that damned horse rode off and let out a sigh. She kept watching for anything else interesting to happen, but nothing did. Then she saw Max come back, if only for a moment. She raised one eyebrow as she watched him pick up some stuff before jogging away. Strange. But she didn't blame him. There could have been other shifters in the area.

Speaking of, she had heard a voice speaking in the tree right above her. Right before that horse-girl had sped off with Max on her back. She slowly looked up, being careful to not be seen. She couldn't quite make out a face, but there was definitly someone up there. And they were armed. Shit. She thought, looking down at her sword. A weapon like that can't possibly go against a bow.

Salem Grace - Female - 19 - Scout - mentions: Jackson(Not much though, he's just there lol), Max(exiting), and Bo

Salem felt the person pouring the liquid on her, leave. They spoke in a deep voice so that probably meant that 'they' was a 'he'. Her head went limp as he left, then some other voices spoke in the background but it was all blurry and indistinct. her consciousness was fading in and out, and she was tired, at least in her sleep she couldn't feel the pain. Maybe it was all a bad dream? No.. too easy.

She felt a hand come and brush her curly hair from her face and coo comfortingly. She whimpered softly as a reply and she was lifted, her body felt weightless and she nestled her arms and head against the person's chest, it was hard and flat so she assumed male. It was a slow and steady walk, probably to be safe. One step at a time, it felt like the trek to safety took one thousand years like time stood still. She just wanted to let it all go, and sleep sounded good but she wanted to stay awake too for some reason. Maybe it was the fact that it was a stranger carrying her to someplace?

Salem decided to trust him though, not like she had much of a choice anyway. They eventually had stopped somewhere, it felt warmer like a house. She was set down on a table, it was uncomfortable. Her hand had hit the table too and it felt cold. She shuddered a bit but it wasn't bad. Suddenly, something cold pressed against her lips. Maybe a cup? She opened her mouth and she sipped down the fluid that was pouring into her mouth. It wasn't half bad but it wasn't great either. She finished and there was a small wait.

What are we waiting for?

Then something cold and sharp passed through her skin on her forehead. It stung but not as bad as she thought it would. Her eyebrows furrowed as each bit pulled through and the other part followed. It tugged on her skin uncomfortably and Salem bit down on her inner cheek to distract herself. And soon enough, that too stopped. Alike to the liquid that rained on her wound.

Salem heard a voice again, was it the same person as before? It was kind of comforting. She smiled a bit as her senses of pain started lifting more and she felt a need for sleep. She refused its call though. Instead, she opened her eyes to see this mystery man. She turned her head to get a better look, her eyes were heavy so his features were still a bit blurred but overall he was quite attractive. Now she really smiled. Not only did he help her but he was also quite aesthetically pleasing.

Bo Bjorn - Male - 26 - Hidden/Medic Apprentice - Kodiak Bear - M: Salem
Bo assisted his mentor with the clean up, washing off the tools used in a bucket of water and placing them back in the drawers, He would look behind him at the girl occassionally checking on her. After everything was cleaned, he turned and saw she had barely opened her eyes, "Hello there." He cooed, offering a large smile to the girl, "Nice to see youre awake." He walked over and looked at the now bandaged wound, checking to make sure the bandages were sticking. Bo stood, hovering over the table, his tall figure barely fit inside the medic hut. He noticed her smile at him, "How cute is that?" He let out a giggle, his blue eyes looking at her, examining all her features. He winked as he stood, being his flirtatious self. "Get some rest now." He said as he walked towards the door, "You'll need it." He stated, closing the door behind him as he exited.
-
Bo headed for the woods, a sigh came over him as he brushed his hair back. He smelled his sister, close. "Tove, shift and come here." she stated looking in the direction of the smell. He saw a figure move, shifting from four legs to two, then coming towards him.
"What?" Tove's bright blue eyes that matched his own looked up at him.
"Hunters are starting to attack." He stated, glancing at Tove then back into the trees. His worried tone made it seem as though it were an emergency. "I have a human in the medic center right now, she got a deep cut on her forehead. From a hunter." The way Tove looked back to him meant she, too, had something.

Tove Bjorn - 19 - Female - Hunter/Fisher - Snow Leopard - M: Bo Bjorn, Clyde Rivers (Indirectly)
The snow leopard shifted as she watched her brother exit the town, standing as he fixiated his hair. His deep voice commanding her to shift then come to him, she obeyed simply. Shifting, her blonde hair laid behind her in a braid, flopping against her back as she walked over. "What?" She asked looking up to him. He began telling her of the hunters. Her eyes widened. "Brother, I think theres a new one in town." She stated, her eyes showing her anger but also her worries. "I met him today in town, hes in a camp outside of town, ive been watching him." She said looking in the direction of his tent.

Coalstin || 20...? || Male || Hunter/Tracker || M: Artem

(Pft. No. I totally didn't forget how old my character was. Or how to spell his name. No, I swear I'm not a terrible parent for all my OC children. He's just a tad forgettable, okay?)

Coal inhaled deeply, breathing aura of the forest. The woods had always been his home; it was as if it was some strange part of him. It was natural. He shifted his crossbow on his back, continuing forward.

He had been tracking some sort of bird - out of nothing better to do, really - when a pair of pawprints first caught his eye. They were spaced in such a manner that lead to only one conclucion - a slow stalking, a wait, and then a pounce. The canine must have attacked a bird - there was not a sign of the scuffle but a smattering of broken twigs. And then, at a more even pace, the pawsteps lead away.

The trail was fresh. The grooves in the dirt, the slight indentations in the pine needles, a snapped branch here - it was all new.

A rush of exhiliration tumbled through Coal, as it always did before he caught his prey.

One step. Another. Guided by the intricate patterns of the forest, the smallest of clues left by nature, Coal continued to track. It was instinctive almost. Ah - there. He stilled, sliding his crossbow from his back, carefully notching the arrow into place. A hush fell, and he drew back his arrow.

Clyde Rivers - Male - 28 - Lead Hunter - Mentions: Tove, Bo

In his small makeshift camp, he watched as that blonde girl and her brother started to talk. No doubt about him. He grumbled softly. "That's it. I need to go deeper into the woods." It's never easy to set up a decent camp these days. He packed everything up (which didn't take too long) and clasped it to his back.

With everything done, he headed off into the woods, looking around for a better spot. Somewhere people couldn't easily reach. He just needed a place to build a fire. The tent wasn't even that necessary. It was just Clyde being Clyde. Of course he's gonna go all out for his childre- I mean, hunters. Hunters is what I meant.

He finally found the perfect spot. A small clearing very deep into the woods, yet easy for his hunters to find. He could easily keep people away if needed. He set up the tent yet again and gathered up logs for his fire. He placed stones in a small circle, arranging the wood in the center. Then, he rubbed two sticks together, blowing on the firewood when there was a spark. A small fire started. However, Clyde had no time to relax. In fact, he did. But he also did not. Too much was on his mind...
