Avani/Type 307 - 5 years - Type 2 - Tereya Willstone The box was Avani's favorite. It was one of the only reasons Avani would be awake during the day. Avani loved learning new ways to get into the box almost as much as she loved the stash of meat hidden inside. Avani took a deep breath, then circled the box, looking for an irregularity. Avani, out of the corner of her eye, saw a camera swivel slightly and zoom in. Ah, that would be Tereya, always watching through the small moving boxes in the walls. Avani wasn't quite sure how the cameras worked, but she knew that Tereya could always see what Avani was doing with them. Just to see what would happen, Avani sat, her wings folding nicely against her back, and stared at the camera. Avani perked her large ears up, one focused on the door, and the other on the box behind Avani. It was always wise to be alert to any entrances when challenging the humans. The camera swiveled again, the circle in the middle of the glass shrinking in what looked somewhat like a human glare. Taking this as a victory, Avani returned her attention to the box. The box had a small button on one side, that sometimes opened a flap or a door. However, when Avani pushed the button, nothing happened. Avani searched the box for another button, or even better, a string, but nothing was out of the ordinary. Avani had even inspected the top of the box, but nothing. Avani was starting to get annoyed, and she tried pulling a wall off the box. The side didn't budge, but the box slipped some. That was new. Usually, the box was firmly on the ground, but not today. It took Avani only a moment or two to flip the box, using her wing to get under the box. The bottom of the box was just like the rest, white, crisp corners, but this side had a small string attached. The cord was thin enough that the box could still lay flat on the ground, making the puzzle difficult. Avani grasped the cord in her teeth and pulled back as far as the cord would go. The door didn't unlock until Avani let go of the cord, another new addition to the box. Avani pushed the door open the rest of the way with one of her large paws, grabbing the clean-cut meat inside. What was with humans and removing all the blood? At least they left Avani the bone.

V. equus, type 006 - "Bones" // 17 years // Type 003 // Damian Abramov // Unknown creator // M: None yet The day started as it usually did for Bones, waking up in the same semi-large enclosure. The morning was spent alone as Damian worked with other animals - a breakfast of half a cow carcass, which Bones happily devoured. And then a game of Murder the Toy, in which the massive velociraptor-horse hybrid made it her mission to rip the latest toy the facility had given her, an old car tire, into as many tiny pieces as possible. It took a little under an hour for her to get sick of throwing it around, chasing after it like a huge, clumsy dog, before promptly ripping the thick rubber in half with a chomp of her jaws. They knew all too well what other things she'd tear up if left without anything to entertain her. She had busted open just about everything in that room before, with frustrated swipes of her hind feet and snaps of her teeth. Now she waited, lying down disinterestedly near the back of her enclosure, chewing on a chunk of tire and waiting for her trainer to come back for her. As much as she loathed the fact that he met with other creatures besides her, she was always excited to see him. The hybrid's ears perked up sharply as she heard the familiar sound of her door's multiple heavy locks clicking open, the hiss of highly compressed air releasing to let the trainer in. Bones gave a joyful chuff, a strange combination of a horse whinny and a dinosaur growl, clambering to her feet to greet him. Edited at December 19, 2021 08:48 PM by Finnick

Sayua, Type 772, Female, 12 years, Type 002 ~ ~ Sayua woke up that morning or... whatever it was. She didn't have any way to tell time. She stretched and yawned and went to playing with her favorite stuffy, pulling and tugging on its limbs trying to find the squeaker in it. When she did find it she chewed and squeezed on it making as much noise as possible. This continued for about 10 minutes before Kaylee finally lost it "You get bored easily don't you?? Move on to something else already!" she snapped. Sayua heard her but didn't do much as she enjoyed giving Kaylee a hard time. She moved on to one of her puzzles after another 3 or 4 minutes though as she did get bored. ~ (Sorry guys! I kinda got grounded and didn't have time to say anything about it but I'm good now!)
