I grin at them and look around, making sure Mrs. Gray can't see before shifting to a kestrel and soaring after Skylar. I open the door to my room by picking the lock with a claw, and lead the way in. |

Layne Marie // M // 17 // Star Lead // Respawn // M: Silver, Askel Layne shook his head lightly, waving one hand. "It's alright, Silver," he whispered softly. "We'll replace things. This is a school for people with abilities, I'm sure they're used to things catching on fire. In a myriad of ways." He glanced toward Askel again and then rubbed the back of his neck. "Well, maybe you could just stay in ours temporarily? I mean, we don't really spend a whole lot of time there anyways. Just ... sleeping. But we'll leave it up to the adults, they'll have a better idea of what to do in that sense." Layne shook his head again, listening to the words she spoke. "Silver, it's... okay. But if you want to worry about it later, just don't worry about it alone. I'm here, no matter what." He stepped forward again. "I... uh... was actually coming to tell you something before ..." he gestured awkwardly to the rest of the room. |

Fabian Zeller // 26 // Unicorn // M // VP+Teacher // M: Darcy As the majority of gifts were handed out, Mr. Zeller made his way around to the different trees and set the remaining gifts under them. Students who slept in or were coming afterwards would find their gifts under the tree. Anyone who stole one would report directly to him and, frankly, he had the disappointing look down to a science. With that all accomplished, the unicorn made his way toward the office of Miss Grey. Reluctantly. His hand lifted, paused, then pushed the door open and let it close behind him. "Miss Grey," he finally said. "I believe we have some things to discuss." Especially since they were out of earshot of most, if not all, students. |

His voice was poisonous, if not edged as he shook his head. "I'd rather have comforted the students first and not have postponed their christmas longer than needed." He waved one hand idly before shaking his head. The only thing that Darcy could notice were the thick pearly walls he had up around his entire mind and soul. Clean, shear but thick. "Let me make something clear, Darcy. I am not your Macbeth," Fabian stated coldly. "Why do you keep trying to push your position on me?" |

I stare at Skylar in complete shock. After about a minute of silence, I manage to push out some words. "W-what?! Pierce?! No!! I love you, Skylar! I don't-" I can hardly speak from surprise. Why would he think that me and Pierce were a couple? I pulled myself up from his lap, shifting into a human so I could pace the room. |
