Luna jumped at the wolf being scared. "Oh. You must be new. I've never seen you before. I'm Luna!" Luna said, trying to make friends with the wolf. |

"Oh hi, I'm Inti. You seem to have missed the gossip. I am a new wolf, but not only in the pack, but in the world... You see, until last night I was a human being living in a city, but when I woke up this morning, I had become this! I know it seems impossible, but an elder discovered a mark on my skin under the fur that seems to prove it." Inti said. |

"A human?" Luna asked. "How does it feel being a wolf? Wild? Free? Different?" Luna asked playfully. Although Luna hated humans, she didn't mind wolves too much. If they were a loner though, Luna would give it her all to protect her pack. She looked Inti up and down. She wagged her tail and wondered, Why and how did this happen? I thought it was just an old story! |

Wow, I didn't think I'd believe it so quickly. She sure trusts her pack. Inti thought. "Well, it does feel different. It is interesting to be surrounded by fur and walk on all fours. The truth is discovering new smells and sounds has been quite an amazing experience. I have to say I was quite scared when I discovered my new form but I had to keep my composure because a white she-wolf from this pack was the one who woke me up and was mad at me for being in her territory since I also somehow appeared here, but then the alpha decided to take me in when the elder found out what had happened to me." Inti told her. |

Aspen turned to Dawn and nodded her head. "Time to track a bear," she whispered to herself. Aspen bent down to talk to the little pup (Sirius). "Darling I hope you understand but you can't come..." Aspen spoke in a kind and gentle voice. "This might be a little too dangerous for you and we can't risk you getting hurt. How about this... When Dawn and I come back I can take you hunting with me but only if it's alright with your mother." Aspen smiled at the little pup and then turned back to Dawn. "Alright, let's go!" |

That does sound like Dawn though! Luna thought. She wagged her tail and said, "That's a bit weird, I'm going to lay down. I'll see you later." She turned away and walked toward a tree near the lake. I'm glad that he is nice. I won't have to attack him and I can hopefully trust him. Luna lay under the shade of the tree, slowly falling asleep. |
