Adaliya eye's widened in amazement. Their was a secret underground water spot?!? Neato, and so she followed the male an excited look on her face. She didn't seemed fazed by the growing darkness, and she rather enjoyed it. Keeping a brisk pace to follow besides him she looked around, and wondered what awaited them at the end. " I like flamingo feathers, and seal meat is delicous! Nothing compared to crabs!" the female said daydreaming about her life with her mother in the Namib Desert which was quite a distance away. She loved the seafood and tidal pools, " Have you ever seen a tidal pool? Urchins are pointy and stabby, and crabs are fun to chase" /////// Constance gave a small smile, " I'll leave you be, but just let me know if you need anything." the female spoke kindly before walking away, and seeing new lions appear. Her emerald optics scanned each new face, and wondered what they were like. She hoped they were nice. She then looked at Chaos. "Chaos, where is Ada?"

Nyasi / Nyasi noticed that his friend was upset. "Hey, are you okay? Did something happen on the hunt?", he asked her, and sat beside her. He noticed now that the hunting party came with no prey.

Chaos wasn't sure what to do about Ivy. He had thought they were friends, and he was sure meeting Adaliya and Constance would not be comforting. He was sure that Constance expected something from him, and she was much scarier than he had ever seen Ivy. He wouldn't want to get on her bad side. In addition, Ivy might never forgive him, so he should stay with the one that wasn't annoyed with him yet right? Chaos froze when pinned with that question. He managed to stammer, "She went that way," he pointed with his tail. He hadn't thought to check on them. Ajihad nodded, "You're welcome. I hope it did you some good." It was always a relief to return a cub back to the den without incident. If she got hurt in the den, he wouldn't have to take direct responsibility. They might be sympathetic with him even though it was his job as a joint dominant to keep the cubs safe. However, they knew they couldn't keep cubs safe from everything, so they would be understanding. However, if they got hurt outside of the cave, he was the one who was supposed to protect her. It would be soley his fault if she were hurt. He froze as he heard Midnight's voice. Was he about to get repremanded by one of his underlings. That wouldn't look good, but he wasn't sure how defiant he could be or how understanding Midnight was willing to be. "I wanted to take her for a walk," he volunteered nervously. He barely managed to keep himself from shuffling like an immature juvenile. "I thought she might want to stretch her legs, since everyone else was busy." He still needed to check the border. He might not be fit to do it after Midnight was finished with him. "What are urchins?" he asked wondering what a weird creature that must be that posessed a name like that. "Is it prey? Is it edible?" he asked. "What's a tidal pool?" He assumed it sounded like some kind of water. Would it be fun to play in? He smirked as he heard running water. "It's not quite a tidal pool, but we might see some slimy fish," he moved a little quicker feeling more secure now that they were on his territory. "Where did you come from?" he asked her. How did Chaos meet them? "Yipee!" he jumped into the water hoping he splashed her well.

Midnight gave somewhat of a low growl. "Next time, I would appreciate someone asking before taking her out" he said. He nuzzled Fae as she ran into the cave to start playing with Luna. "She is the only kin I have left and I dont know what I would do without her" he sighed as he shook his head looking down. / Tara nodded. She told him about what happened with the hunt, her being the reason it failed. "I will never be a good hunter" he said with a sigh before laid down. "Aria didnt seem mad that I failed, but It's because of me the pride might not eat tonight."

Nyasi / "Tara, don't be silly", Nyasi cooed, bumping Tara's shoulder lightly, "First of, I am pretty sure it isn't your fault. You lionesses hunt in a pack, so this fault has to be among all of you, shouldn't it? And second, you will be a great hunter eventually. Or very soon, as you are a great lioness". Nyasi felt embarrassed saying the last line (as in, if he was human he would've been blushing). He coughed. "And anyway, we had great meals lately thanks to you all", he mumbled.

"Urchins are these purple spiny invertibres as mama says" Adaliya explained, " their spines are long and sharp. Some are even poisonous! They're edible to creatures who know how to eat them, so yes they can be prey, but not lion food"
The cub followed him, " Tidal pools? They're isolated pockets of sea water inside the intertidal zone! It's best to go at low tide to see what's in them. They can be in mudflats, sandy beaches, or even rock ledges! You can see coral, fish, annenome, starfish, and sometimes even spiraly crabs!" she said excited chuckling When she saw him move quicker she followed, and she gasped as she was splashed with water, and she giggled, and then she splashed him as she jumped him. "Me and mama are from the Namib Desert, quite a while from here. We were leaving the Desert in hopes of finding a new home in the Savannah, and now we're here" she grinned lazily as she pawed the water, and some slimy fish, and tilting her head curious she waitied until one was close to her before digging her claws in, and she pulled the flapping creature out the water. "I got a fish!" she exclaimed, and she batted at it with her paws Constance gave a small nod, " Alright, thank you"

Ajihad felt a little attacked. He did feel a little guilty and defensive. "Excuse me, but you weren't here," he knew he was being uncharacteristically haughty. He softened when he was reminded how special cubs were. "I'm sorry. I will try better next time. I know how important kin are. It wasn't considerate of me or fair." Yael frowned, "You must be trying to yank on my tail. You are either, crazy weird or a liar. There is no way that such things exist," he protested in disbelief. "Okay, so tidal pools might exist," he conceeded after thinking for a while. "What weird names?" He smirked when she jumped into the water. "How do you like it?" he kept a careful eye on her making sure she didn't drown. He watched amused as the fish flung smelly stuff all over her. "Good luck getting that out of your fur tonight. Your mom will not be happy at all helping you clean that off." He knew from personal experience. He wasn't too familiar with the concept of desert either."Have you seen too many slimy fish?" he wanted to know. He was going to start bragging about stuff he had done, but he needed to make sure that the newcomers haven't out done himself yet. "We normally don't eat the fish here. They are too old, cold and slimy.

Midnight gave a small glare. "I wasnt here because I was told to go patrol" he said before he turned and walked back into the cave, a low growl escaping his throat. The dark coated male laid down and sighed as he watched Fae and Luna play. / Tara sighed. "I wasnt on those hunts that got us the food. Amber was" she said seeing the other juvenile female with her brother Echo just laying down, both talking a bit. She couldnt tell what they were talking about, but she assumed it was just about the new lions.

Adaliya gave a small huff saying, " I'm not lying! You can ask mama, it all true. She even hunted seals, and their were desert giraffes and other cool stuff" The female squealed in disgust as she felt the slimy substance get on her fur, and she groaned annoyed. " Well, their's nothing worse than falling in poop, and I've done it so this is nothing " and she giggled. "Slimy fish?" she said and she thought pensive, " no, I have only eaten catfish, zebra, giraffe, or the tuna or even a whale that washes up ocassionally on beach shore. I see, and they stink" Adaliya curled her tail before jumping back into the water to attempt to get the smell substance off, and she looked at Yael saying, " Your fun" and she gave a big grin before jumping at him, and tapping him. "Your it!" She bolted off with fits of giggles, and she wove through her fathers legs and hid under him ready to pounce once Yael came back .

Yael was amused by her huff, and he sat neatly with a smug catlike aura of satisfaction. "Suuuree," he drawled out his words, “I believe you.” He didn’t try to hide his skepticism, but he decided to check in on Constance and ask her once he got the courage. He squeaked, "How did you manage to fall in poop? What were you doing?" She must be clumsy if she had managed that. Imagine falling in the stinky slime. He smirked again, "Of course I am fun." She tapped him and his eyes widened. "I'm going to get you!" he shouted after her. After struggling to clamber out of the water, his little legs charge ahead. He took off as fast as he could even though she had a significant head start. He pouted that she had gone and hide there. Chaos wasn't going to let him get to her. Chaos smiled as they came running and was a little surprised that Adaliya felt comfortable to hide under him. Even though he knew that some lionesses disapproved of his methods with romance, he did like having lots of offspring. Ajihad/M: Aslan Ajihad felt a little nervous, so he decided to go for a walk to clear his head. What was he supposed to say to Midnight? Ajihad supposed he was wrong, but Midnight was overreacting. Ajihad was a responsible lion. He was a dominant, and he had his own cub. He would be cautious and protect Midnight's cub. He started heading to the border, and he realized that there was a lion smell. there was a lion nearby.
