Storm had a feeling that she had done it now. That she watched as Ajihad went to Siku to talk to him about something. She could tell Amara was waiting to pounce on her if the others hadn't told her not to. She say off to the side way from the others.

Amara held her head high as she glared at Storm. "Ajihad will be talking with you shortly, if you dont bother running off again" she growled. She knew she was being rather harsh, but she had had it with the lioness not listening. "You obviously dont care about anything." This time she couldnt hold herself back. "I TOLD you to stay in camp to HEAL! Is that too hard to ask?! We already had to exile a foolish lioness! DO you want to join her?! It was for your own safety that you stay here! If you cant keep yourself safe why should we bother keeping you in the pride!" She took a deep breath. "Sorry for going off in you, but I have had it with your disobediant hide doing what you please and risking not only youself but the pride." She turned and stormed out of the cave, but stayed within sight to cool off.

Chaos wondered if he should say anything. Was it too early to begin thinking about things? After his chaotic love life, would she be willing to consider it? He reminded himself that right now she was just being a good friend. He couldn't expect anything. He found himself closing his eyes. He was tempted to fall asleep. He couldn't decide everything all at once, and it was tiring to consider. Ajihad noticed that Amara was yelling at Storm. He thought she deserved it, but he was a little worried about Amara. He decided to send Shani and Astrid. Perhaps they could go check on the border and give them something to do. He approached them as they were together. "Why don't you go patrol the border with Amara? It will be good for her to have a breather doing something constructive," he told them. If anyone could help Amara it would be Astrid. (They can bump into Zamri?)

Shani had hung her head throughout the duration of Storm's scolding. She didn't like to see other lions be yelled at, even if it was completely justifiable. She nodded and felt some relief when Ajihad gave her orders to patrol with Amara. She nodded and rose to her paws, padding out of the caves to find Amara. "Amara, Ajihad would like you, Astrid, and I to patrol the borders together. Go ahead and lead us, you probably know the way better than us."

Astrid padded out and wondered if her sister was still too mad for her to approach her. "Do you want to talk about it?" She offered. If Amara felt uncomfortable talking in front of Shani, they could send her out of hearing range, but where they could still keep an eye on her. She wasn't sure if talking would help or not.

Amara shot a warning glare to Shani. "Astrid knows just as well as I do where the borders are" she said sternly before she looked at her sister. "I'm just fed up with Storm taking off when she needs to heal. The cubs listen better than her. The way I see it, if she can't follow orders for herself to heal, she won't be able to follow orders to keep others safe. And we can't have that in the pride. Not with that nomad Delilah talked to." She stood up and started leading the way and went silent.

Astrid nodded, "That is worrisome that there seems to be no repentence or care for others. She doesn't seem to care for herself either if she's not willing to let herself heal. A pride has to work as a cohesive team." At least the cubs could claim innocence. They wouldn't have started thinking about acting for the good of others quite yet, and they wouldn't fully understand the consequences. It did make everything worse, because of Delilah. Everyone wanted lions around that they could depend on. They began to head to the border.

Amara stopped and looked around. She heard cubs playing and got concerned. *Did I speak too soon?* She remembered Luna sleeping, and Far was being guarded by her father. She was confused as to who it would be, but then she realized they belonged to a nomad. "A nomad and cubs?" She sniffed the air, no females in sight other than Amara, Astrid and Shani. "That's odd" she said.

Shani had backed off and let the two sisters walk alone together. She kind of hung back, following their lead. When Amara stopped and sniffed, Shani halted in her steps. Following Amara's example, she too sniffed the air. That scent...it was familiar. Surely her mind was playing tricks on her. And yet...no! It couldn't be. Shani swallowed anxiously.

Amara gave a warning growl to the nearby nomad. "Who's there?" She heard a cub whimper and whisper "Daddy, what's going on." She spotted slight movement of a small cub, a little larger than Luna, which caused Amara to be more curious about who was there.
