Zamri heard something in the undergrowth. He wouldn't be able to leave his cubs. "You'll at least have to be 2 years old. You might be hunting before then, but not very well," he told them. Arridi grabbed some of the meat. "Bet I can eat more food than you," he teased. He was hungry and tired of all of this talking. It was time to get down to business. (to defeat...the huns. sorry, me going off on Mulan tangent.) He started munching and crunching. "Dad, sure you don't want to eat some?" His father smiled at him, "Don't worry. I'll eat later." Hopefully...

Storm know she may or may not see him again as it seem,turning to face the two lioness before,saying "don't think that I don't why you came looking for me. I had a feeling that Amara had noticed me being gone again and on top of that disobeying her orders not to leave camp. She just hoping they didn't see Keron before he left her side.She knows that they will be keeping a closer eye on her if they smell rouge male sent on her fur.

Shani noticed that Storm was acting a little strange. She twitched her tail in annoyance. If the lioness was messing around with something or someone she ought not, Shani would have no choice but to report her to the dominants.

"Storm, you should know that Delilah ran into a nomad and told him practically every detail about our pride. She was banished," Shani said the last words looking into Storm's eyes for guilt or anything else that would indicate that she had done something wrong.

Astrid thought she could smell that a nomad had been nearby. She didn't want to accuse her pride mate, but she wasn't happy about it. She was glad Shani was here for back up. "You aren't supposed to go out alone for now until the nomads have moved away. We came here to make sure that you are okay." She tried to keep her face neutral, btu she knew someone had been nearby.

Jasiri grinned as all of them started to leave for the cave. Everything went much better than he expected. He smiled down at Lilacia, but then nearly jumped as a roar rang out.

Siku sniffed the air in front of him, ad twitched his ears.

"A nomad lion, by the sound of it", Siku said, then cursed, "We need to be more careful. There is a large chance of a coalition forming beside us".

Aria dug her claws into the ground as she walked. "I dont like the sound of so many nomads out there" she said. She shook her head as she held her head high. "Hopefully we can have enough patrols to scare them off, but I worry for the cubs. They wont want to be locked up in the cave for long, but we cant let them out to play much either." She sighed as she worried for the young ones.

Storm relaxes her posture looks over at Astrid seeing if she had pick up his sent on her or just with him being nearby as well. She was listening to what Shani was saying" about Delilah was banished because she had crossed paths with a nomadic male and told him everything about the pride. " She didn't miss there tone of voice either coming form them both as well they weren't happy with her after how she responded to there apporach. She moved closer to them wading throw the shallow edge of the watering hole hoping it would wash way some of his sent but not all of it from her fur. She knowingly was seeing just how far she would push Amara before they would end up either knocking head or she being exiled like her pride mate was. She came to a stop before them saying " I'm sorry for my rude behavior toward you sorry I can get a little grouchy some times. "

Shani wasn't buying Storm's words for one minute. She glanced over at Astrid and could tell that she didn't either. When Storm moved closer, Shani caught a whiff of a strange male's scent on her hide. Shani shook her head, deeply disappointed in Storm's behavior.

"Let's head back to the cave. Storm?" She positioned herself beside the other female and gestured for Astrid to do the same. Shani looked into Storm's eyes and waited for the lioness to make her choice. She could either come peaceably with them, or she could refuse and put up a fight. It didn't make a difference to Shani, she would escort the wayward lioness back to the pride one way or another. Shani knew that she would have Astrid's backing on this.

As Shani realized what she had just thought in her mind, she was shocked. She had found someone she could trust! For a brief moment, she forgot about the situation with Storm and smiled at Astrid. She had a friend!

Kuro slowly ate his share before he looked at his father. "Dad, what's a pride" he asked. "That lioness that tried to steal us mentioned she came from a pride" he said as he finished his share and looked at Arridi, wondering if he was curious as well.
