"There is something that you should know. I have had a crush on you since I first saw you. You reminded me of an old friend. But I have gotten over this. I need to push past it and not allow it to define me or hinder my relationships with the rest of the pride. You seem completely oblivious to it, but Khaleesi...she likes you. Alot. And she deserves to be happy, you both do. So, I am stepping away from the situation. I-I have had my happily ever after, it is time for me to move on and find a place within the pride where I can serve," Shani turned away and went back into the cave. She wanted to hunt, but she knew Khaleesi wouldn't want to have her along, so she just sat in the cave entrance, looking out at the savannah grasslands. It had been painful to tell Aslan everything, but rather than feeling the pain and self-pity that she had thought she would feel, she felt peace. Sweet peace.

Aslan looked extremeley confused. *Khaleesi? Like me? Huh?" He wasnt exactly sure what to say about it, so he didnt say anything. *She must have bees in her brian* he thought, but Shani mentioning liking him he shook his head. *That explains the clingy* he thought before he decided to head out for a walk.

Khaleesi stalked over to Shani and swiped an unsheathed claw across her cheek. She was pretty sure it would draw blood, but she was too mad to care. "Obviously, you have no understanding of leaving us alone, and you are a word breaker. Shut up! If you haven't noticed, I am perfectly capable of speaking for myself, and I am perfectly capable of asking for help if I need it. You had no right to insert your nose where it doesn't belong. Stay out!" Her eyes were blazing, and her fur was standing on end. She was slightly mortified what Shani had said, but Aslan seemed to be totally clueless. She needed to do something useful, since she felt like she had had a cubish temper tantrum. "I am going hunting, and I am not training any juveniles. I don't think they should have to deal with me right now," she glared at Shani. She wasn't running away, but she needed to separated herself from this clueless mousebrain before she hurt someone further. Edited at May 27, 2020 11:07 AM by ~Non Sequiter~

Amber took off towards Chaos when Khaleesi snapped while Reyla stood over Fae and Luna, not knowing what was going on. The odd colored lioness saw Amara get up, ready to intervine, but Khaleesi was gone before Amara could get in between them. "Looks like I am sitting them down when she gets back" Amara mumbled as she shook her head. She sighed as she nodded a thanks to Reyla for keeping Luna and Fae out of Khaleesi's way. She looked over as Midnight stood up. "I'll help take the young ones out hunting" he said.

~Non Sequiter~ said: Ajihad followed his nose and tried to let Echo do the tracking. He soon caught sight of a lioness and some cubs. He thought they would make a good addition to the pride, so he didn't want to scare them away. He stayed there carefully, trying to seem not threatening. "Can I help you?"

Shani sat there listening to Khaleesi rant. She gasped and recoiled in horror when Khaleesi swiped at her. The unsheathed claw drew blood. She watched Khaleesi leave with pain in her eyes. "I'm sorry," she whispered. She turned her back to the rest of the pride, thoroughly embarrassed. What would they think of her now? She was certain that they would no longer accept her.

Astrid just sort of gawked at the display. She had been in such shock, that she hadn't reacted at all except staring owlishly like a cub. She had never seen such fury from anyone. "I can also help take the young ones out," she mechanically volunteered, as she headed toward Amara. "What happened?" she whispered under her breath, "Are you going to do something about it?" She kept on looking around, and saw that Shani had been injured. She padded over to her, "Shani, what happened? Are you okay?" She stared at the scratch. "You're lucky she didn't try to take out an eye or more," she looked at her. She was lucky that Khaleesi had managed to keep herself from attacking. What had Shani done? She had never seen Khaleesi having a temper.

Storm had finally made it down to the watering hole stopping at the top of the embankment looking around for danger. After a good few minutes listening and looking around after determining it was safe to make it down to the waters edge small bank after the embankment. A short distance way from the main hole.she started digging a hole out big enough for her to fit in watching as it filled up with water taking a nice cool drink. Ears twitching listening and long with her tail. Thinking to her self Amara going to have a bone to pick with her.If she realizes she has let the cave again other than that not giving it much more though than that. Easy into the water cooling off in the heat of the day.she one of the few lioness that don't mind getting wet. Edited at May 27, 2020 11:40 AM by Gypsy Pack

Dae Dae picked up the scent of some males nearby and she kept her three cubs at her side as they approach, a snarl rising in her throat as they grew closer, they seemed like a coalition and she wanted nothing to do with them. "Can I help you?" one of the males spoke, "What do you want?" she said, growling softly as they approached, ignoring his question, protectively pushing her cubs behind her. Eyes darting between the two, Nova poked her head around Dae's front leg and gazed up at the males, her sister sitting was sitting on her tail, while her brother sat quietly assessing the situation.

Echo smiled seeing the cubs and crouched down. He flicked his tail, daring the cubs to chase him. He wiggled his hind end before he ran under Ajihad, wondering if the cubs would want to play. (Short)
