Echo/Subordinate/Female/Mentions Echo had arrived back from her walk just in time to see Merlin was up and call for both Recon along with herself. She had seen Anubis leave and that had put some thought into her mind for a bit. She was tired as her mind trailed off. Echo could leave yet she was part of the pack. Could she trust the others? Why does she stay? She shook herself and looked at Recon then Merlin and everyone else before looking towards the direction of Redwoods then back at Merlin. "Of course Merlin", she barked nodding. She waited for Recon to join her so they could head off. She stayed quiet. Edited at November 19, 2024 11:10 PM by Feiella

Timber - Male - Subordinate - Mentions: Night (DIR) Merlin, Everone else (IND) Timber nodded, his tail wapping the floor of the den as he crawled out. He squinted as the sun's rays flashed across his face, and he stepped away to let Night out. "It's nice to feel the sun on my pelt, but jeeze it is hot." He sat down and pawed at the ground, itching to run. "D'you think Merlin will let us go scout out ahead? He looks...." He glanced at the male, who was sitting on the other side of their makeshift camp. "Angry. And distracted." He cocked his head, lifting his leg to itch the collar on his neck. "I hate these things. If only there was a way to get them off with out humans helping us." He muttered gritting his teeth.

Kodak l Male l Subordinate l M: Lidiya, Merlin . Kodak smiled as Lidiya led the way, until he soon saw Merlin and decided to take lead, as she had said. As he neared the yellow male, he bowed his head slightly, a nod of respect he would say. He waited until Merlin was finished speaking with Recon to continue. "Yes I do need to speak with you." He said after the Alpha's question. As he fell inside tride with Merlin, he began to speak. "I just wanted to share what I know, and also hear from you about what happened, so I can figure everything out." He started, waiting for the Alphas nod to continue. "It had been a normal day in the sanctuary. I was minding my own business, until I saw the humans come and try to take you guys. I watched one by one as they came and shot you guys with needles, and I was just there confused. I never hid or anything, it's just it seemed like I was the only one to fight back. I had attacked one of those humans as they came after you and the others, I even bit into their arm, yet they never tried to sedate me. They just pushed me off and threatened me with the gun, but they never shot. I continued to fight back, but never managing to get a good grip, as I would just be hit with the guns. I knew it was no point once the had gotten all of you, but by then they had managed to tie me up with rope so I couldn't mess with them." He stopped talking for a minute to see if Merlin had completely understood, then continued. "It seemed like a few days of me being alone, until they too came for me. Look Merlin, you are probably the wisest wolf in this camp, and I just want to know why me." Once he finished, he awaited the Alpha's response. And waited for any questions he sensed were coming. He just wanted to know what had happened since, and if any other wolf dogs had been left behind.

Lidiya - F - Subordinate - Mention(s): Kodak, Merlin (etc) (Ick. Short, not my best, but hurried) ~ Lidiya nodded, slightly uncertainly. "I'll stay over here for now." She wasn't entirely needed per se, but she was just going to kind of... exist... on the sidelines. Because while this wasn't her show, and it was doubtful she could contribute much, she could definitely learn something over here listening to Kodak and Merlin. While she definitely didn't like Merlin and his orders, and most definitely didn't like following them, she wanted to stay here, Merlin's orders or not. Essentially, she would have hung around regardless. So it wasn't much of something new to her that she just hung around and listened in to their conversation, hoping that they'd forget about her or something. And while she probably wouldn't follow whatever order Merlin gave next if it rubbed the wrong way with her, if it was at least somewhat reasonable she'd be somewhat inclined to at least think about it. And of course there was also Kodak here. Which was definitely not an influence on the decision she made to stay here. Of course not. Why'd anyone ever think otherwise?

Deverick - M - Subordinate - Mention(s): Nightingale, Timber (I did not forget about posting Deverick in me doing a lot of Lidiya. Oh no I most definitely did not.) ~ Deciding the sun was enough for him to wake up properly, Deverick finally stood up, and stretching and scratching a bit, stood up from where his sister had last seen him near the mouth of the cave. There wasn't much to what he was doing, but he wanted someone to go talk to, because damn he felt a bit bored. Plus, what else was there to do? Merlin was off telling his sister and Kodak something, and a lot of the other wolf-dogs weren't doing much productive things at the moment, either. Deverick wandered around a bit and eventually found Timber and Nightingale near the other side of camp. He sped up a bit, eager for someone to talk to. At least with the two of them they wouldn't just blalantly ignore him, lke a lot of the others, he thought slightly unfairly. "Morning Timber. Morning Night." He flopped down in the grass near them as they noticed him.
