She rolled over so she could lay flat, "It was alright...took a while to find anything though but we got a pretty big deer...It should last us a day or so." She noted, shaking the dust off of her back.

"Good. As long as there is food to feed the pack right." He said with a smile. He rested his head on his paws. Rhyder rolled onto his back and looked at the sky.

She looked up at the now orange sun set sky. She smiled with a nod, "Yeah, right." She noted, standing up and padding towards a large rock of what the Alpha and his mate sat on for a pack meeting. They didn't do this much but she guessed it was about the lack of food.

Rhyder got up and followed close behind so he didn't run into anything or any one. He was curious as to what was going on and knew that pack meeting were mandatory for those who weren't pups or taking care of pups.

She looked up quietly after sitting down neatly, "Today... Welcome a new pack member!" The alpha bellowed, referring to Rhyder, "So let's be welcoming..." He added quickly after before starting on the next subject. "As you have probably noticed we are running short on food stock so we will be eating rashly, with the pups and elders eating first to ensure they get their share..." There was a soft murmur along the pack.

Rhyder had sat next to Inka. When the alpha mentioned him, he lowered his head a little. He looked around as the pack started to murmur when told that the pups and elders were eating first. He however stayed silent and allowed his gaze todrifed back to the alpha.

Inka watched as a few wolves padded away, muttering under their breath. The alpha didn't seem to stop them, figuring that it was best to let them cool off. He shook his head and padded away of what the rest just guessed the meeting was over. Inka turned her head to Rhyder, "Well that went well." She huffed sarcastically.

"If by well you mena an almost complete disaster then yeah it did." Rhyder sighed. "That wasn't all. He had more to say you could tell. He didn't say any more though because the pack is agitated." He said as he laid down where he was.

Inka stayed sat down with a murmur of an agreement. "I know..." She murmured quietly, watching as a half moon began to rise.

Rhyder lifted his head to the sky. "I think I'll just sleep out here." He said with a small laugh.
