After staring at the patch of berries for a while Nox ended up throwing her dignity to the wind and, like any crazy bird would, took a few branches in her beak. The branches she had taken from the plant were laden with more berries then she thought she could carry and she started to hop her way back to Makya. It was no use to try to fly at the moment, the added weight and awkwardness of her cargo would only drag her back down. . By the time Nox neared the place she had left her canine companion her talons were sore and she could tell she would be sore the next day from all of this 'walking' if you could call her clumsy hops that. But when she burst out of a small bush she saw a new figure and ruffled her feathers subconsciously. |

He alayed down and got eye level with the bird. Before speaking, though, he cast a glance at Chasm to ensure he wasn't prepared to eat his saviour. |
