Night & River Night sat down next to Sky, noticing the pup wake up before trying to go back to sleep. The healer finished with her before walking over to Night, "Her eyes are blind. I don't know what to do about them." The healer fidgeted, as if hiding something and Night raised an eyebrow at her. "I know two wolves that could help but she is back in the valley. One is an amazing healer, I've heard about her from the animals. The other is a blind female that can help Sky learn to get around." The healer said, looking pointedly over Night's shoulder. He looked over to see River trotting their way. "Good idea, I'll send River and maybe I'll ask Killjoy for someone who knows the valley." Night said, starting over to River. He let out a yip for Killjoy, an invitation to come talk.

|Killjoy| Killjoy heard the yip. He dropped the elk, and ran over to Night. "Yeah?" He looked at him, worry in his eyes. He had known this pup since she was born. He smiled as he looked at her. She was so small when Fern brought her home. She was more of a fluffy cloud, but because of her blue eyes, Fern named her Sky. |Gold| Gold got up. He smiled. He was happy from his nap. He shook himself, and saw a dead mouse next to him. "It must have been that pup." He smiled. He picked it up, and carryed it back to the hill. He was panting already from the walk over, but the climb was a bit much. He was heaving, and weezing as he got to the top. He slowly walked back to his den, sore from all the walk he had done.

Night Night turned to Killjoy, noticing the worry in his eyes. "She's fine although she is blind. But I'm sure you already knew that," Night said, looking over at Sky before looking back at Killjoy. "My healer knows two wolves that would be able to help her, both of them is in the valley at the moment though. One is Seya, the one that split from the pack to join Shadow's newly made pack. The other is a blind female?" He said before questioning the healer who nodded, "Yes, she is an old friend of mine who recently lost her eyesight. She can help Sky navigate while Seya works on her eyes. She can be very good with pups." The healer said, laying down beside Sky.
Night nodded to her before looking back over at Killjoy, "River is a good tracker and can find them but she doesn't know the valley very well. Do you have a wolf available to help her? I would rather her to not run into any rogues." Night asked, tilting his head.

|Killkjoy| Killjoy's heart leaped into his throat at the mention as Seya. His mind wandered off, back into the woods, where they had stalked each other, and then he snapped back. "I know the valley, I can go." He said, sitting up straighter. "Sky was born blind. There's not much we can do to fix it, we tried." His tail slightly wagged at thinking of seeing Seya again.

Night & River Night nodded, "I thought as much. In that case, try for the female before Seya. She might be able to teach Sky how to live with being blind while still having the fun of being a pup. River can fill you in on her." Night said, noticing River flatten her ears slightly. She didn't like partners but oh well, deal with it girlie. Night nodded once more to Killjoy before walking back over to his healer to chat about Sky.
River flattened her ears before sighing, "I'm not used to having a running partner." She muttered mostly to herself before getting up. "We ready to go?" She asked before trotting towards the trail.

|Killjoy| Killjoy picked up Sky amd trotted afte River. He blink when she muttered that she was not used to having a running partner. He smiled, and looked down at the white bundle of fur that he had in his mouth. I hope Fern know's where we are taking her. He trotted faster to catch up to River. He put his head down, and just trotted next to her, his bushy tail bouncing up and down as he moved.

River River trotted down the slope, skidding slightly on the loose pebbles before jumping down a small river bed. She trotted forward before starting to follow the river. "If we follow the river, we should get to a groove of dead trees before we turn north. From there, we simply start looking," River said, slowing down slightly to walk alongside Killjoy.

Cali | F | Pup | M: Louvel Cali giggled at her brother's joke but then her face went kind of serious. "Truth is..." she whispered "I've been stuck in those woods for a long time, this is the first real meal I've had in months" She stared appreciatively at her brother and nuzzled into his fur "thank you," she said muffled in his fur.

|Killjoy| Killjoy slowed down to a walk. "Who's the blind healer that we are off to see?" He asked, looking at her worried. He wanted the best for Sky, and until that happened, he would worry about every moment of it. Bad things that could happen popped in and out of his mind, almost like popcorn popping. He shook his head slightly, and walked on. |Sky| Sky sniffed the air. She was next to a river. She turned her head slightly to sniff the wolf that was carrying her. Mom? No, it's Killjoy! Her tail wagged as she realized who it was. "Killjoy." She whispered. "Where are we? Where are we going?" "We are going to see River friend. She's going to help you." He muttered under her fur.

River River glanced over at Killjoy before saying, "More of a teacher for the blind. She teaches how to live with the darkness and learning how to make the most of their lives. She will be able to teach Sky how to be a pup just like all the other pups without running into everyone and understand the world as well." River stopped as they made it to the dead groove of trees before turning towards the north. She was about to start forward when a blur of brown shot underneath of her paws and disappeared into the trees in front of her.
She stumbled, growling in annoyance before hearing hooves behind her. She whirled around as the first lines of the stampeding elk burst out of the forest. "Run!" River barked at Killjoy, pushing him and Sky towards the trees where the brown streak had disappeared. At least one animal had a good enough sense to run. She bolted after Killjoy as the stampeding elk crushed the plants behind them in their panic.
