Opal frowned and skimmed even lower,risking the chance of being eaten by a predator or even one of the wolves or the creatures that they travelled with. She screeched louder and more beautiful notes came from her mouth almost seeming like she was a wolf herself. She smiled as the repeated words tumbled out her mouth. "Hello Wolves! And companions! Hello The name is Opal even though you probably heared it before" May I join the ascend?"
Sje looked around with hope that Atwood would hear her.

Gwendolyn listened to Artemis tell her of the owl she had saved. Her ears swiveled as she listened intently and looked to Artmeis. "I am not sure where she could be..." As she finished her sentence she heard the screeches of a bird above and looked up. "Would that be Opal there? She seems to have learned the wolf dialect." She heard Opals question and called out an answer. "Yes you may."

Glacier watched everyone ascend to the top of the mountain slowly making her way up behind the rest of the pack. She heard the beat of wings and the screech of an owl that was speaking in wolf dialect. She raised her gaze upwards to the owl overhead. "Hello Wolves! And companions! Hello The name is Opal even though you probably heard it before. May I join the ascend?" She like Gwendolyn answered Opal. "Yes you may."

|Killjoy|

Killjoy smiled.

"Yes Night, we almost are." His tail wagged happily. He sat down, and licked his burnt paws.

I wonder what Seya is doing. He thought as he looked at his paw. He huffed, and stood up.

"River, do you know if a stream goes through the land? I can't rememeber." He asked. If anyone knew, it would be her.

Illusion laid down. His jaw hurt.

"Thats awesome Lou!" He said happily. He put his head down, and closed his eyes.

|Sky|

Sky ran around the other members of the pack. She skidded to a stop before Glaicer.

"I'm so glad to be out of the forest! The wolf that is belonged to seemed like trouble." She said looking up at her. Her pale blue eyes shone in the sun.

|Fern|

Fern smiled as she watched Sky run around. It was good that she was able to grow up in a pack like this. Sky knew how to get around from that travling that they had did. She sat down, and licked her leg. It was sore from twisting it on the way up.

|Sea|

Sea sighed. Sea smiled to herself. Finally Storm was out of the den. She could be alone. She stood up, and went out the den to go find some food that humans left behind. Storm could never know. He would yell at her for eatting it. She just hated that she could not hunt right now.

|Storm|

Storm trotted towards the deer mating grounds. He liked to go around and feed the other lone wolves. He crouched down, and got into hunting postion. He jumped out of the bushes and grabbed the deer by its neck.

Glacier finished making it up the side of the mountain and sat down to rest. She smiled watching the other pack members find a place for them to stay in. She watched a pup run around excitedly and skid to a stop before her. She looked down to the pup as it exclaimed. "I am glad to be out of the forest! The wolf it belonged to seemed like trouble." She gave a small chuckled and nuzzled the pups forhead. "I am glad you are happy young one."

Gwendolyn had a small burn on her paw and after she finished climbing up the mountain side she found a nice den to call her own and laid in front of it. She licked her sore paw as she watched the other pack members get settled and others go hunting.

River looked over at Killjoy before nodding. "Yes, a long river splits your territory from ours. It goes into a large lake that connects the territories." She said before looking over at Night. She was happy to be back in her homeland, and knew that they would run into a patrol soon. Not that they would care about the pack moving into the territory next to them as long as Alpha was okay with it. "We will have to cross the river to get to your territory." She said, keeping pace beside him.

Night

Night breathed in deeply. He was home and Killjoy was almost to his own home. Padding forward, he let out a howl as greeting to the pack letting them know he was back.

Shadow got to the front where Night had just let out a howl. He flicked his ears, looking over the land before turning to glare at Illusion. That wolf was the reason he had left this mountain with blood on his paws the first time. Not that it was a bad thing but not the best way to greet an old friend. He turned back before nudging Night in the shoulder, getting a friendly smile in return.

Lily

Lily listened to several different conversations, nodding to the owl as she asked her question. Padding along the edges to keep the pups inside, she watched the view with keen interest to memorize the land.

Artemis looked at Gwendlyon and chuckled " Yes,that's Opal alright,I don't know how she learnt our language but I guess she is pretty special.." Artemis looked up and saw Opal looking for a ride as she swooped down. If she didn't get a ride soon she would have to call to her and tell her she could ride on her head. Artemis sighed for she had a wave of tiredness for some bizarre reason. Even though this happened,Artemis looked at her friend,and carried on.

Opal smiled down and swooped downwards to the pack,happy that she had been told she could be here and join their journey to a place that will be better for foxes,wolves and owls..and every other creature seeking shelter and a home away from the great fire. She looked around for a young wolf who would be delighted t meet her acquaintance.

Lou blushed at the words that came out of Illusion's mouth and after he contained the urge to go and nuzzle his idol,he muttered brightly "Thanks Illusion...." Then after a seconds long pause he added "Now are we here yet?" He looked at Ilusion lying down panting.

"Thanks for everything River, Night, Shadow." He said, happily. He knew it was only another 1/2 mile until their territory. From there it was another 1/4th mile walk to their camp. He could not wait for the coolness of the caves.

Illusion opened his eyes.

"Lou, do you want me to carry you the rest of the way? Its not too much longer." He said, getting up. He padded over to Gwendlyon.

"Are you excited to be going to a new home?" He asked, looking at Artemis too.

|Sky|

"Oh. Thats no fun!" Sky said to Glaicer. Maybe if you can, put some aloe on it!" She said, happily sitting down.

Night looked over at Killjoy before smiling, "This is as far as I can take you. I need to get my wolves out of your territory so that you can settle peacefully. I hope that we will be able to live in harmony from this point." Night said, touching his nose to Killjoy's ear in respect. River walked to his side, dipping her head to Killjoy as well. Shadow came up beside them before saying, "I will go with Killjoy until his territory begins. From there, your on your own." Shadow flicked his ears at Killjoy, blinking once at Night and River.

Glacier gave a nod to Sky at her comment about it not being fun. "I will find some aloe to put on it but not until after the rest of the packs burns are treated. Speaking of do you have any injuries Sky?"

Gwendolyn having seen that Opal hadn't yet found a ride called up to her. "You can ride on me if you like." She let the owl land on her as she finished climbing up the mountain and then picked out a nice den for herself and maybe for Artemis to share as it was big enough. She smiled to Artmeis and noticed the sudden wave of tiredness washing over her. She gave her friend a reassured nudge that everything was alright now.
