Windstream | Female | Snowy Owl *Quiet, aggressive* Windstream perched on a branch in the forest. She was exhausted from flying around for a while and still being so young, she couldn't fly very long in a short amount of time. She thought that now was a good time than ever to preen her wings, to make it nice and soft for her slightly cold self, so she did just that. She closed her eyes after looking around for a split second and sighed. She was secretly bored of being alone. She wanted someone to talk to but everyone she met saw her as an enemy or someone to ignore. Especially wolves. Stupid wolves, she thought, always running around and never bothering to pay attention to any of us little guys. She opened her wings as a strong cold breeze blew through her wings and she let out a screech from the cold and shivered back into the warmth of her feathers. Yang | Male | Lone Wolf *Protective* Yang shrugged. "Got anyone to teach me?" He asked as he scooped up the snake with a quiet sigh. "Stay on my back, little snake." He said and gently dropped it on his back. The snake hissed at him slightly before curling up with the others. He sighed and then looked at Icicle. "I would love to be able to speak snake, but sadly I have not been gifted my mother's speaking powers." He said with a stomp of his paw.

Icicle Icicle cackled, "It isn't a power silly, it's just a language. All animals have their own language and can learn others if they try." She rolled onto her back before saying, "Frost has been teaching an owl how to speak wolf which is no weirder than me teaching you snake."

Yang | Male | Lone Wolf *Protective* Yang sighed. "Okay, okay." He sat down. "Should I call you 'mistress Icicle' then?" He joked a little as he felt a few snaked shake their heads at his joke. The black constrictor snake on his head saw it as funny and let out a little hiss of a laugh. ~~ Windstream | Female | Snowy Owl *Quiet, aggressive* Windstream shook her wings and then took off into the air again. Looking around, she almost flew into a tree a few times. She squawked as she landed awkwardly and sighed. "Where is everyone?" She asked, tilting her head. She blinked and then breathed in, making her feathers fluff up, trying to make herself seem bigger.

Faith Faith glided along in the currents, oblivious to everything except for her hunt. Seya had left and never came back to her so she was following. Frost had been giving her lessons again but then he too disappeared. Not to mention the fire. Oh the poor forest. Faith swooped into a tree as her hearing detected the wolves near the mountains on the other side of the town. Preening some feathers, she tilted her head to listen in on the wolves.

Icicle Icicle rolled her eyes, "Oh please don't. For your first lesson, you need to learn the difference between an attack hiss and laughter. The black constrictor around your neck is laughing. An attack hiss, if you please." She said before turning to the snakes. One gave the attack hiss for her. "Like that. What was the difference?"

Windstream | Female | Snowy Owl *Quiet, aggressive* Windstream saw the outline of what looked like another bird and she flew over to what she saw. She instantly saw Faith and landed below her on the tree she was on. "Hello." She spoke softly, not trying to spook the other bird. "Are you okay?" She tilted her head a little as she shifted her wings uncomfortably. ~~ Yang | Male | Lone Wolf *Protective* Yang lifted up his ears. "The attack hiss is higher pitched and you can hear the sound vibrating more. Since the snake opened their mouth." He said and looked at the snake that gave the hiss and smiled at it. The snake in return tilted its head before the black constrictor snake gave her own hiss at it; a much louder, higher-pitched one. The other snake flinched and slithered back into the safety of Yang's fur. The female snake warned the other snake if it tried that again she wouldn't hesitate to rip it to shreds and eat It for lunch.

Faith Faith turned her head around before seeing the young snowy, "Hello there, yes I'm okay. Are you though?" She asked, tilting her head. She could hear one of the foxes below her speaking both snake and wolf. At least, she hoped it was snake. She only knew a bit of wolf and fox at the moment.
Icicle Icicle nodded to Yang before seeing the black constrictor hiss at the other snake. She chuckled before saying, "That one that the little black snake gave? It meant 'Don't try that again or else.' " She looked at the snake before raising an eyebrow playfully at Yang, "Looks like a female likes you."

Windstream | Female | Snowy Owl *Quiet, aggressive* Windstream smiled. She felt relaxed with Faith. "I'm okay. Just a bit bored." She said and flapped her wings to make her warm again as another cold breeze blew through her feathers. "I'm cold, though." She said and shivered. She ducked her head underneath her wings to hide the fact of the strange noises she heard below. "Aren't you cold?" She asked, peeking out from a couple of feathers to look at Faith. ~~ Yang | Male | Lone Wolf *Protective* Yang laughed. "Oh, please. There's no way a snake likes me. Trusts me, sure." He looked at the constrictor snake and smiled. "But thank you for protecting me." He said and the snake let out a happy hiss before trying to bury herself in his small fur that covered his head, which made him laugh. He sighed and then looked back at Icicle. "My mother and sister got your little ability to speak with other creatures, I, however, only got my mother's 'charm'." He said and then motioned to all of the snakes in his fur. "Clearly as seen here." He sighed again and then blinked. "Snakes aren't the only creatures that follow me, though. A couple of birds did when I was young but I could understand them since they spoke wolf." He blinked, remembering the large bird that flew through the air.

Opal | Owl | fear of fire | m: Opal screeched. She hated being helpless underneath burning branches. She had been forced from her spying tree and home to here just by the road where humans where coming and going. She shivered and struggled but she didn't want to break her wing so she called out in a pitch that a human can't hear. She knew that if a human could hear her than they would find her and send her to a small place with cages galore.
