Shadow chuckled, "If all the weak wolves were thrown out, there would be no mothers, pregnant wolves, pups or apprentinces. The pack would be for one generation before getting wiped out." He looked into her eyes, "I am not with this pack as I am still a loner and have my foxes to get along with. Which means I can train you as much as I want without getting yelled at." He said calmly before sitting down, watching her. "And if you like Killjoy as much as he likes you; and yes he does like you, I can see it in his eyes; then you will stay with the pack as his mate no matter what."

Seya's ears tilted back as she jumped back. "What?! There's no way that he wants me as his mate. Not in a million years! He's so much stronger and- and so much more amazing!" She sat back down now. "And, no offence Shadow, you seem to be getting closer to the pack. You are a loner, yes, but why would a loner be so close to a pack that does nothing for him?" She lowered her head. "And why would that same loner help a weak, little wolf that did nothing for him?"

Shadow chuckled before getting up, "Because I have my own pack now. My pups are getting bigger and my sister is getting older. She is too old and they too young to go to the mountains. I have one last thing to do for my old friend Night who is like a brother to me. And that is to get Killjoy's pack to the mountains safe and sound." He cocked his head, flicking his ears before saying, "And to answer that second question, it's because you did do something for me. My forest now has flowers blooming all over the place and Icicle is on a planting and watering spree once again. The burned forest doesn't look like a fire went through anymore, it looks like life came alive through it. And it's all thanks to you, because you were being you. And that is why the pack likes you." Shadow touched a nose to her shoulder before padding towards the pack. "So are you coming or not?"

Seya was shocked that he knew that she was the one who planted those flowers. She got up, her head still lowered. "How do you know that Icicle isn't the one who planted those flowers? She seems like the type of fox that would." She said before raising her head a little. Her fur started fluffing up as she shook it. "I'm going. Just.. I gotta check up on those flowers first-" She stopped herself before looking at a small pebble next to her and coughed, clearing her throat. "I mean.. That's what anyone would do.. Plus that forest seems very important to you.." And you are my friend, so it's important to me as well. She didn't say this part even though she wanted to.

Shadow looked over at Seya before a small fox jumped onto his back letting out a small cackle. Frost stared at Seya before saying, "No, I'm pretty sure it was you. Icicle was decorating Flame's fur with flower petals she found. And I'm pretty sure Icicle's exact words were, 'I got them from Seya at the river.' " Frost looked at her before saying, "Go with Shadow, Icicle has already checked on the flowers all throughout the forest as have I. Thank you madam." Frost jumped onto the ground before doing a half bow. Lifting back up, he bounded into the forest leaving Shadow and Seya alone. Shadow had a smile on his face before saying, "Flame knows that you planted the flowers. She and Icicle have been checking on the flowers daily, plus it helps Flame learn the lay of the land. Yes, the territory is very important to me but I know that it will be taken care of until I return." He flicked his ears at Seya, a gentle smile on his face.

Seya looked at Frost as he bowed and bowed her own head to him as he left. "Well, at least the flora are safe." She smiled a little as her tail lifted up a little. "But the moment we get to where we are going, I'm running straight back here to plant more. I was thinking of planting some bushes and other small plants to help the soil get healthy enough to support the trees that I've seen being planted." She smiled a little more. She knew a thing or two about flora, and how to use it to heal. Or kill if she wanted to. She had to know if she ever wanted to be a healer. I don't think I'll be able to, anymore. She looked at Shadow and hummed. "So uhm.. Where are we going? I didn't get that information yet. I-if you wouldn't mind telling me, of course." She laughed nervously.

Shadow gestured with his head that they should start going. "We are going to the mountains where Killjoy's homeland is. And don't worry about my forest, it's healthy and will keep growing without any of our help." A crackling to his side made him stop before Starless Night came out with a bunch of plants in his mouth. "We leaving? I'm going to need some help here." Starless mumbled through the herbs. Shadow blinked, "I'll send someone your way then." He had no idea what to do with herbs. That was his sister's department. They got back to the camp together before Shadow sat down at the edge. Starless bustled towards the healer den, wrapping plants up together. "He needs an apprentince. He can't do everything on his own." Shadow muttered to himself.

Seya sniffed at the herbs when she could. "Are those herbs? I didn't know any grew around here." She smiled and looked at Shadow. "Herbs are used for many things, depending on the type. Some can be used to heal wounds, commonly known as healing herbs, while others can be used to cure poisons. Or make poisons.." She stretched. "Oh! And some can be used to help with snake bites. Some can make you a lot stronger and- and I'm rambling again.." She smiled nervously. "Sorry."

Shadow simply looked impressed, "You know more about that then me. You should go ask Starless Night about that. Healing is a major part of the pack, you would fit nicely into that section." He said, looking at her. Starless had come back out before half-growling, "I'm missing poppy seeds. Where am I going to find those?" The wolf went back into the den and Shadow just shook his head. "You seem to know herbs, you might want to go help Starless with packing." Shadow said, looking at Seya.

Seya's tail wagged happily. "Y-yeah!" She smiled and then trotted over to Starless. "If you would like, I could help you with that. Finding poppy seeds is kinda hard if you don't know where to look. Some can be found in a Opium Poppy." She said and then sniffed the air.
