Aya watched, and unable to control it any longer she burst out laughing. Grinning ear to ear she doubled over in a fit of laughter. Well that was dumb, she couldn't keep playing the game anymore, you'd think she'd have more control over her laughter. ... I love playing this psycho ahaha)) |

She looked up at him still stifling her laughter and between fits she managed to speak "You thought- I- you were-" she howled with laughter again and looked him in the eye. As she did her left eye, the purple one glowed a bright lilac. His name? what was his name? Ahh, yes! She stopped laughing abruptly and looked at him, completely calm. "Were you angry, Atri?" she asked calm once more, innocent expression now plastered on her face. |

"I don't care what I mean, I won't stand for anyone talking about US like we're nothing more than a nuisance in human lives. We never did anything, they're weak. Afraid of what they don't understand. They overpower us and use us for their own gain." He winced again as he sat on the bed. |

Atri smiled slightly. This kid gets it. "I used to mess with the local cops.. I would always shift out of view into one of their own. Saved a few gifteds along the way, once upon a time, I could also shift another's appearance for a short time.. it wasn't until one day that I did it to a cop and watched the true power humans hold." ~ he exhaled slowly.. "He looked just like me normally and I stood by as his own beat him close to death, my gift slipped and revealed him before they dealt the final blow but to think they would go that far.. on a kid of all things.." he moved his gaze to Aya. "We all need to watch out for one another. I can't have anyone go through that. Not on my watch anyways." |
