Firestorm | M | Red Fox | Forest Skulk | M: Candy, Nori, Chestnut Firestorm listened to Candy and Nori's stories. "We didn't see any eagles, but you never know," he said. He told Candy, "That's fine! I love a good mouse."
Seeing Chestnut's reaction he shuffled his white paws. "It's not a great idea to be so close to the Ice Border, especially when no one knows where you are," he murmured. He hated feeling like a nag.

Saraid/Female Arctic Fox/Ice Skulk/M: She stopped and sniffed the border. She could smell foxes from the Forest skulk. Maybe two or three though they didn't cross the border which was something. There was the trace of a outsider. Her black fur stayed flat and she knew that she had to tell someone. Rak? Vishanti? Minerva? While she was looking for food, she figured that she might keep a eye on the border. She wasn't sure which foxes but she was now alert.

Minerva | Ice Skulk Leader | Mentions: Open The vixen stretched as she finally left her den. The day was advancing quick, and she had yet to take advantage of that. Her little paws skirted across the top of the snow as she ventured out into the tundra. Perhaps it would be dangerous for her to go alone, but she was a capable vixen— she could handle herself. She could always hide in the snow if anything tried to get her... though the snow was few and far between in the Summer months, as it was. Minerva's brown summer coat gave her the advantage of blending into patches where the snow was fully melted. The day felt warm enough, at least for her territory. Her eyes gazed over the brush, seeking something to eat. Hawley | Trader/Farmer | Mentions: Open Skittering along the desert dunes, the swift fox made their way to their special, super secret farm! They slowed as they approached, careful not to destroy their precious crop. Climbing carefully, Hawley came to the top of the long-abandoned fencepost that rested near her plants. They snatched a prickly-pear from one of their cacti, dropping down to the dirt to dig into the fruit ferociously. It made a splendid meal, thank goodness they were ripe! It would be time to harvest them and make trade for them among the skulks soon, they determined, licking the juice off of their maw. Edited at June 17, 2024 01:56 AM by los campesinos!

Nori-F-melinistic grey-Expecting forest mother-M: Da pile of foxes Nori smiles. "You don't need to worry. The eagle didn't appear until after I was coming back. Most that would happen is a bunch of noise." She leans over and whispers in Candy's ear. "I'm going to get that mint then turn in. Will you stay with the skulk tonight?"

Candy || M || Grey Fox || Forest Skulk - Candy sighed in relief when chestnut didn't rat him out to the leader and despite Fire storm's warning he didn't seem like he would tell on him either. The young fox nuzzled his mate lovingly when she whispered in his ear, he nodded and said first to firestorm and then to nori "I got a bit caught up chasing a squirrel and went a bit to close to the border, I'll be more careful next time. I think I'll avoid any nighttime hunts from now on, I'm bad enough during the day so i think I'll just stick with my beautiful mate from the now on. Besides I'd rather be around to take care of you if you start to feel sick again." Edited at June 17, 2024 06:21 PM by Raving Dancers

Nori-F-melinistic grey-Expecting forest mother-M: Da pile of foxes Nori blushes at her mate, the (Inset color that a fox would blush. I have no clue.) barely showing through her silver black fur. "I'm not sure it is sickness. I think I know 'what' it is, or rather, 'who'." Nori yawns and gets up. A smile nudges and her mouth and she finds some mint. After checking with the healer, Nori chews it and slowly walks over to her nest. Climbing up the fallen tree to it, she can safely watch the camp. Nestled in the croock of a tree limb, she watches the sun start the show of setting and colors.

Crimson | F | Forest Leader | M: Foxes around, Open! Chestnut bounded of to his den, huh that was strange she said to herself why was he so concerned. Anyway what did she want to say, ah yes. She spoke up so that all the foxes could hear, "Does anyone want to go on a hunt with me?" She looked up at the sky, eagles everywhere, great. She was getting slightly cold and was excited to get going, in truth she didn't actually do anything while she was out all day, she liked to be on her own when she was stressed with all the pressure her skulkmates put on her. She was glad to have a second in command, Arrow, although she didn't like how they were talking to her like she was the leader, why did it bother her so much?

Saraid/Female Arctic Fox/Ice Skulk/M: Open Saraid shook her head and quickly went about searching for food. She found some voles that she quickly caught before nervously approaching the water and watching for fish. She wasn't the best at fishing but she was willing to try to get some though her back up plan was going to traders. That was her last idea if all else fails. It was peaceful and quiet most of the time so she kept her focus though she found catching a fish wasn't easy.

It is night time and the heat of the warmth cools in the night. The eagles have left unable to catch any dinner. Rumors have started to spread about the skulks and another fox has gone missing.

Saki - Forest Skulk Saki ends up back at the skulk. At some point she got separated from Arrow and thought she'd meet her back at the camp. She sets the berries by the prey pile, unable to catch anything. She returns to her burrow, exhausted, and falls fast asleep.
