Hi there! I'm so sorry you are dealing with this, I thought of some things that could possibly help you out.
First, I'd recommend wearing headphones and listening to white noise, blue noise, etc. It blocks out noises and calms the mind. There are lots of colors (types) and you can see which blocks out/calms you best.
Second, do you have a spare bathroom you can keep them in at night? As long as they have a litter box and toys, bed etc. It should be a fine place to keep them for the night. If not, I would get crates so that they can't bite you or anything at night. . If none of that helps, then I'd suggest unfortunately that you rehome the female kitten, unless you're willing to wait the kitten stage out.
