also for the stats, when breeding if stats are known the babies starts are most likely to be around the parents stats with a chance of outside those and a smaller chance for higher but a slightly larger chance for lower :) if that works

Yep! The rider lines are coming together (thanks to Purgatory!) and I hope to set straight some ideas with the riders, would age and fitness affect their performance as well as uniform. Maybe experience points?

Also, what pose does everyone want to dragon base to be in?

True yeah, I didnt think of that. Or should we just keep it simple? they kinda just stay one age (or age doesnt make a difference maybe) but they all start at a fitness of 0 and maybe they all start at 0 for their other stats such as;

speed:

Agility: (this would be how well they can handle staying in the saddle kinda thing)

(could also have stats like this too; quick thinking, confidence (same situation for that as dragons)

then they would also have stats to do with their outfits;

standard (would be like without any extra gear)

weight:

aerodynamics (maybe sits at 5 or something, but adding/removing certain gear this would increase/decrease)

Experience points would be cool too, maybe they need to have a certain amount of poitns to enter certain races/take on certain quests

Yeah love it! Now to figure out the dragon rider situation... can dragons share riders or have one each? Either way, each dragon MUST have a rider, I was thinking shared riders because every time you bred a new dragon, you would have to get another rider (the one rider each thing), should riders have separate training from their dragon or do they train with their dragon? (This might be difficult if the rider has a dragon younger or behind training, uneven with the rider.

I think they should train together either way, so they'll bond. This would by no means mean the rider couldn't have separate ones for themselves.
