I don't really know why you'd want to use separate emails but as long as you follow the rules it would probably be okay

Yes, mobile update is so you don't need to zoom in/out any longer. It should all look nice on your phone.

On mobile it's there, you still have to scroll a bit though because the WP image is super large if that makes sense
