Name: Violet Gender: Female Age: Four and a half Breed: -Akita -Dutch Shepherd Dog -Keeshond -Eurasier Appearance: Violet is overall a mix of a bunch of fluffy breeds. She has the structure of an akita, yet the fur of euraiser. Only her ears showed where her shepherd came into mix, with the tall, pointed ears. Violet has hazel brown eyes and a pure grey nose, along with matching paw pads and claws. Her fur a mix of grey, white and tan. The tan points were mostly hidden in her undercoat. The grey faded into white along her spine, tail, face, and front paws. - Personality: Violet is very straight forward. She's not going to ask for something and not uphold her end of it. This female has a calm, caring nature. Due to the fact that she doesnt have the best hearing, she may ignore things if she isnt listening. Other: Is a mate with Darling ----------------------------------------- Name: Apex Gender: Male Age: Six Breed: -American Leopard Hound -Lagotto romagnolo -Wolf Appearance: Timber is a rather odd looking canine. He has curly fur, yet a lean and bold structure. His fur is short, curling close to his body, providing a shield for water to run off of. He has a semi-circle like scar on his left flank from a sticker bush in his earlier years of life. Timber's only wolf-like feature would be his long tail that is odd for his most distinct breed. His eyes are a light blue, fading into an almost grey color in the middle. This canine's fur is a liver color, with splotches of black on his legs, face, and back. -- Personality: Timber isnt the brightest crayon in the box, but he does come in handy for scent-hound work. He is known to dig a great deal of holes, looking for small delicacies known as truffles. This canine doesnt like to talk about things that have to with death or mourning. (Will be developed more throughout roleplay) Other: Bisexual, no mate as of now. ----------------------------------------------------------- Name: Darling Gender: Non-Binary Age: Three Breed: -Borzoi -Wirehaired vizsla -Afgan Hound -Pharaoh Hound Appearance: Darling has the skinny build of a borzoi and Afgan Hound, with wire-like hair of a Vizsal, and the large, round ears of a Pharoah Hound. They are erupt with the ability to blush, thanks to the hound breeds in them. This larger dog has long, soft fur that drapes off of their body. Both their eyes and paws are a light color. Darling's fur is a golden or cream color with a fading black at the end. -- Personality: Darling is more on the serious side, and is known to have a temper as short as a cats' whisker. They can be kind, but that is almost always around young'ins or a mate. (Will be developed more) Other: Is a mate with Violet ---------------------------------------------- Name: Jaxin Age: Ten years Gender: Male Breed: Purebred standard-size poodle Appearance: Jaxin has poofy, curly fur that sticks out. His fur is pure white, but it is stained brown with dirt and leaves. He has icy, blue eyes. His build is weak and skinny, making his old age apparent. Jaxin is deaf. ------------------------------------------- Name: Coral Age: One year/12 months Gender: Female Breed: Chi-pin (Chihuahua and Miniature Pincer mix) Appearance: Coral is the size of a normal Chihuahua but she has the ears of a Min-pin. She has black fur with rusty, red points, almost identical to those of a min-pin. She has a scar on her front leg. ----------------------------------------- Name: Divot Age: One year/ 12 months Gender: Male Breed: Chi-Pin Appearance: The same as Coral, only with tan points. Other: Sister of Coral. ----------------------------------------- Name: Cameo Age: Two years Gender: Male Breed: Aussie-Mudi mix Appearance: Cameo is the size of a Mudi, yet he has the markings of an aussie. He has long, wavy fur that stays flat to his body. ------------------------------------------ Name: Abilene Age: Three years Gender: Female Breed: Wolf-dog -Wolf -Shepherd (More than one kind) Appearance: Abilene has the wolf-like facial features, and coloring, yet the muscular build of the many different shepherds in her. Name: Lilly Age: Five Gender: Female Breed: Husky mix. Appearance: Lilly has the fluffy fur of a husky, but is larger than normal. ---------------------------------- Name: Milo Age: One and a half Gender: Male Breed: American pitbull terrier --------------------------------- Name: Bailey Age: Four years Gender: Male Breed: American staffordshire terrier |

"Darling!" Howling cries of fear broke the otherwise silent town. The canine yelped, pulled into the quickly moving flood waters that raised what felt like a foot every few minutes. Darling thrashed against debris and rocks, banging into the side of what was once a house. They instantly were knocked unconscious, now having a few puncture wounds on their side. Once the canine was pushed off to higher ground the group rushed over. "Are they breathing?" A worried little dog Divot yappped. He whined, panicking as he paced around his sister, Coral. "Shes gone,' Jaxin burst in, the large poodle placing a paw on the chest of Darling, easily rolling the mangled corpse over. "Drowned, puncture wounds didnt help either," He explained, the old dog's gaze neutral as he stared down at the Canines wounds, that seeped into a puddle of crimson red blood. "We've got to get out here!" Apex growled. He rounded everyone up, went they set off for the hills. Our of the wrecked city. |

A large beast laid on a cliff, their talons hanging over the outcropping. Their spiked tail was curled tightly to their body, the heavy raindrops cascading down their scaled body. Seafoam eyes stared down at the drowning city. They could see the water rising and crashing into buildings as the seconds passed. Almost everyone was dead by now, they were sure. "Agave," a soft voice called from behind them. Their diamond-shaped ears flicked backward, and they glanced behind them. A pale she-wolf was sheltered in the den the group had decided to camp in. The fur on the top of her head was matted and dripping wet. "Come into the cave," she said, gesturing to the warm entrance behind her, beckoning Agave. They could see a brownish wolf with tan stripes curled in the back and two humans talking with one another in hushed voices. "I like the rain," Agave called back to the she-wolf, who let out a soft sigh. "Just don't stay out too long, alright?" Agave let out a laugh, but they didn't feel it. "Will do, Mayday." She turned and went back into the cave, shaking off the rainwater onto the smaller human, who yelped, causing the bigger one to chortle and thump him on the back. The air around Agave grew quiet again, and they resumed staring down at the city. All of those poor creatures. |

Violet took a final look back, watching the corpse from afar. She'd whine, sighing before turned back around and tagging along with Jaxin, who carried both chi pins on his back. "Hey, Jaxin?" The female would try and get the attention of the larger male. "Yes?" "We need to find shelter soon, we're all soaked.." "Once we get to high ground." He stated simply. Apex led the group. A while later that were out off the warped roads, and everything was turning to marshland infront of them. There was no way they were going to go through, until frantic barking made Violet charge forward into the mud. She pulled out the medium sized dig that was stranded in the mud. They had some sort of birth defect for sure, without any front legs. Violet help the canine over to Apex, who'd slip them onto his back. "Let's get up to the caves. We can shelter there until soothe storm passes," Apex huffed as he trekked upwards, up though the marshy field. The rain and wind was blowing almost sideways, all of the dogs fur slicked down flat against their backs. They needed to find shelter fast, or they'd die out in the fields, alone. Then it vaguely came into his view. The cave, the same cave he and his mother had taken shelter in when the first storm hit. As they neared, the dogs stopped in their tracks when they realized they weren't alone. |

Something down below the overlook came into Agave's view. A large group of... something. They weren't quite close enough for Agave to make out what they were, and the heavy sheets of rain that poured down shielded their characteristics from view. As they trudged closer, Agave realized that they were aiming for the caves. Specifically, the very cave their group was hidden in. They stood quickly, droplets of rain running down their slightly spread wings, and turned, darting to the cave. "Caramel, Mayday, Niko, Atticus!" they called in a low hiss, glancing over their shoulder, their tail lashing nervously. The smaller male, who had his arm flung over his face. "Shuddup, Agave, it's not morning yet," he mumbled, turning over onto his side. Agave stepped over to him, shaking his shoulder. "Atticus, hurry, we gotta go," they said, before dodging a swat. Agave turned to Niko, but he was too deep in his sleep to even hear Agave. "Aggie? What's wrong, hun?" Mayday said, her voice still groggy. Agave whirled around, smacking Atticus with their tail on accident. The young man let out a hiss, punching blindly at Agave's tail. The two she-wolves were curled around one another, Mayday's head picked up while Caramel's ears swiveled around. "There's a group of creatures coming right towards us," they said hurriedly, flinging their wings out in worry. Caramel shushed him softly, picking her head up and stepping towards them, nudging their snout with her nose. Agave took a deep breath, trying to calm down. "What did they look like?" Mayday said, coming up beside her mate. "I.. I'm not sure. I couldn't see them fully! There was so much rain, and there were far away..." Agave said sheepishly, dipping their head. |
